Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Horrible. I was hung up on (monday 9/20/2021) and never cussed or said anything out of line. 0 stars!Still not answering phone. Funny how none of the good reviews are from customers. See below where the guy says customer service is nonexistent.Wont answer the phone. Trucker GPS may try to take you down 66th after turning onto Causeway, just keep going straight for 3 miles and turn onto South 50th St. 16th street is a sharp turn just after a diesel mechanic, you’ll think you’re in the middle of nowhere then the business is on the left.When you first pull in there is a “deliveries” office, but the “receiving” office is in the back. When you first pull in it’s to the right, straight narrow alley (inside their fence) leads you to the back. It is tight! Expect to do some “dancing” with your fellow truckers kinda tight.10 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment, immediately told where to dock just waiting to be unloaded

Great place. Appointment 12 noon, get there 12:45 and got a dock with no question. And get unloaded in less than 45 minutes.
Wow...I usually don’t ever post reviews BUT THIS ONE WAS Unbelievable . There is no “customer service”my sales representative does not even know what store they are speaking too, they gave me access to different accounts unbelievable. I spoke to them over 4 times on the phone and also emails, I still can’t have someone come out set up the cooler as should. This is a new business which makes it even worse. But I have to give credit to the driver he is very helpful and nice.update. still fighting to talk to the sales rep, i know everything went to online ordering but you dont get what you ordered. i called josey and i get nothing from her. she is not here to help with nothing. i called the main line and no one answers either. this company just needs clean house.A big thank you to the driver, as he is very helpful and respectful

Just got off the phone with JJ TAYLER. I have text my sales person and they have not responded. The person who answered the phone refused to give me their name said it’s the front desk.The front desk refused to help me and was very rude.JJ TAYLER needs to be more like PEPPIN there friendly and like their customers, unlike JJ TaylerJJ Tayler needs to contact me so I can explain to them what customer service is.
Stop drink beer like Asahi, Sapporo, Blue Moon and Etc. Empty their product out from establishment and move on the other company who care. Maddie is salesperson and Lisa is her supervisor. This company and these people do not deserved our love for their products

Worked there ran I assure you by kkklan members. Warehouse supervisor Tim Knox Head of the JJ Clan. The blacks are hostile and doing the labor working outside. Every hockey game Saturday Rodger and Robert leave early to the games come back drunk to close up brought it to the V.P attention but of course nothing happened this place backwards dont recommend Whites treat you below the Matt and the minorities does not take care of each other but the whites do.

After leaving negative reviews they sent a manager in to my small shop to make things right. I start buying from them again and then they tell me that I am only able to get a delivery from them every three weeks! THREE WEEKS. Today is August 23rd and if I would like to buy more beer from them the delivery will come on SEPTEMBER 17TH. Wow. Ive worked in alcohol distribution for many years and that is probably the best example of poor service Ive ever seen. Keep excelling at something, I guess.

I was a former employee. They expect you to cheat the customer and do whatever it takes ethical or not to achieve the manager/directors bonus. Even if it means selling them 2 years inventory of product dated 2 months out. Then they try to charge you $11 a case out of your check for it when it stales. I had this happen several times. They make working extra days mandatory and dont pay you for working them. Management is weak at best and try to bully you into making their money regardless if the customer needs it or not. They are too busy worrying what the bud distributers/competition is doing to come up with new innovative ideas of their own to go to market with. GOOD SALESPEOPLE STAY AWAY!

Terrible service and attitude. I cant believe they employ drivers with such bad attitudes. This driver was driving a Guinness truck license late number 9692cc on 7/4/15. The driver was very aggressive and hostile. We had to call Clearwater police on him. The driver assaulted one of my employees. Ridiculous behavior. If this driver represents the company I would stay away.
Horrible drivers and attitude! Your driver in truck 13-23 completely blocked the intersection in front of Marina Jack in Sarasota this morning. When I honked at him he opened his door started to exit his truck and screamed What the f--- do you want me to do? How about wait like the rest of the law abiding drivers? After seeing previous comments about your drivers, this is obviously not an isolated incident. I guess your company thinks your alcohol deliveries are more important than safety and courtesy. Next time I will just call the police.

One of your drivers almost caused us to go under his trailer this morning. Good thing my driving skills are better than his decision-making skills.Thanks to my quick reaction and by the grace of God no one in the far right lane I was able to veer quickly enough to JUST miss going under the trailer. I can see by your other reviews, you hire quality drivers. New Port Richey route. Massachusetts and Rowan. Wow. Just WOW! He was aggressive and unprofessional when I pulled up next to him to get driver info. So you hire adolescent boys as drivers?! He showed no remorse, even reacted childishly when I pulled up around him, then swung out as if he was going to hit my car!

I was just driving down I275 and needed to get onto I4. If youve ever been there the exit can back up. I went to merge over in front of one of your trucks and the driver had plenty of time to stop. Instead he came up onto the shoulder to pull up next to us and yell at me. I waved and apologized. Instead of letting us go, he pulls forward onto the should to get in front of us and actually clipped my side mirror. And did all of this with my 6-month old in the back seat! Then another car got in front of him and he pulls up right on their tail and laid on the horn. The driver clearly has some road rage issues and should maybe consider another profession! License plate was C1418L and he was in a Millerlite truck.

The worst customer service bar none. Only time you here from them is when they want a order for beer from you. When I contacted my rep (clark) with a problem, he basically told me too bad Im on vacation in North Carolina. These people think just because you have no choice but to buy from them, they can treat you however they want. I called they main office 2 times to talk to a supervisor but got voice mail and no call back. Today when my rep finally showed up ( because he wanted a beer order) I told him I wasnt buying anything until I talked to someone, he smiled and walked out. I dont understand why the state allows them to have a monopoly but I will call my state Representative Amanda Murphy to see what can be done about this. I have only been open 2 months and plan to be around for a while. We at breakers billiards and more strive on customer service that is why we have 5 star reviews and we will continue to make our customers happy, with or without JJ Taylor
Very poor service, ordered extra beer for labor day. didnt get delivery, same issue foe Easter day, delivery day is Saturday, but not deliver sat, sun, and today Monday, talk to sales rep and his boss, the earliest delivery I can get tomorrow, jj taylor dont care about our loss on holidays .very upset
The worst service in my 36 years in restaurant and bar business,Lynn Adams is one that you dont want to do business, or her coworker name Vince.they are both lairs,3 months ago i started to try to get my money for their kegs that they picked up from my restaurant after i kicked them out as they only deliver once in 3 weeks and they need 15 cases combined i am still trying to collect even today,i called and lynn adams would not come to the phone, its the 9th time i tried to contact her with no response, Shame on them and the company that i think should not be in business.
Because its a yes man type of place and people snitch for favor and certain jobs for the shift. Didnt laugh at one of Kyle many un laughable jokes on a Thursday was let go the following day. Thanks for the opportunity though. Comedy lessons needed.
Ok..i drive a truck for a living and after seeing how alot you tampa bay area people drive..i can see why you almost ended up under the trailer..you guys thank that a truck has good brakes or can stop or maneuver like your prius?...nnnno...next time your 4 cars behind the truck and you just have to go around cutting him off...just to turn..think about 70ft and 80lbs vehicle behind your dumb arse..
They dont care about your business.Got a text on tuesday, placed my order for 2 cases and did not get delivered on thursday as is supposed to be....but their truck was around the corner....... so you have to assume that if you are a small fish you are nothing for them.Typical American Company

They have such attitudes like the drivers are rude to you and the sales representatives dont listen to your opinion they just want to sell beers that may not sell just to make a profit out of you its just a bad company to work with.
Im constantly crossing paths with dangerous, unqualified drivers that dont show the least bit of courtesy on the road.

THERE WAS A GREAT MAFIA INSIDE AND VOTED TO MANY BUT STILL IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK
