Being a client for numerous years, I only have myself to blame for “sitting duck” and not going somewhere else for business. The experience of numerous issues from delivery, to sales rep, to sales manager and constant excuses just finally made me take my business elsewhere. Best part of all this is that the sales manager, in her own words, “I don’t know why we keep messing up and yes, at this point you should take your business elsewhere.” Just WOW! If that was my company and my employee stating that, definitely I would think twice about her being around for that next pay check. What a shame!

Fourth time visting this place the shipping and receiving guy got a little bit rude with me i was there to make a p/u and i rang the bell twice and did not see the receiving guy behind the column and he was rude about it..went there today and did not have to see the receiving guy the loader took care of me ..customer service was at a low on my 4th visit...

We deal with six different beverage distributors and our rep, Charlie from Johnson Brothers, is by far the most helpful and hard working. Maybe it is the rep and not the company, but we have had a very good experience with them and hope that it continues.

Terrible customer service. She always messes up our restaurant order. She says she will fix it, but never does. Customer service is about doing what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. Its not just about blowing smoke. If I could select a rating lower than one star, I would.
