I had a wonderful experience at Urban! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially a cashier named Sophia. Clothes are phenomenal and very chic!

Nice selection of clothing, costume jewelry, records and record players, live plants, coffee cups, accessories for men and women. The staff is helpful. This store is in an open air plaza. More suitable for young adults and teens.

Great plCe for anyone under 25 years of age. My grand-daughter and her friends loved it.

Nice vintage clothing but over price

Love this store. Great street wear fashion pieces. Pretty expensive but you definitely pay for the quality.

Purchased the Sol headboard which was on back order and arrived two months later. No big deal at all with that. When it arrived it was warped and only one side would attach to the wall. It also had neon orange spray all over it. Called and I was told another would be sent out but it’s on back order again and it would be two more months. Fortunately it arrived in two weeks. The company Ryder that they use for deliveries was supposed to drop the new one off and pick the damaged one up (not sure why UO would want a damaged product back but whatever). The company arrived at SIX AM ringing the doorbell waking up everyone after a confirmation of 8-10am and didn’t take the old headboard either. So I open the new headboard. It’s not warped but it has been sawed in half and glued back together. Then I get a call before I get a chance to call that there’s another headboard on the way so I just wait to see what happens. I again get an 8-10am appt and they show up at SIX AM AGAIN but not to bring me a new headboard. They came to pick up the damaged headboard from the first go round at 6am. I haven’t even bothered to have this headboard replaced because I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. Thanks for the inconvenience and a sawed in half $270 headboard.

Cute clothes & things but the staff needs an attitude adjustment. We walked in, they stared for 2 secs and went about their business. No Bueno. Other than that it was cool.

Cool clothes for everyone

Store is laid out very nicely with plenty of room to check out all of the different items they offer. Many unique and retro items as well as clothing. No other clothing store in the area is quite as unique, although these prices seem a bit inflated compared to retail or online in many cases. Plenty of clearance items as it seems people open items often

Bought a shirt for $45 for a shirt that was really cute. This arrived with a hole in it. Very disappointed! The hole is at the rear of the collar. No tag or anything - just poor quality. There is no way a person handling this didnt see it. Not impressed for that price point.

Nice clothing store in great location. The sizing is built for smaller people I’m bigger in the chest then most and thing tend not to fit as expected from here.

Best suburban clothing outside of j crew

They were out of chicken at 8 pm on Friday night and did want to make more. Also they forgot the gravy with the 3 orders of mashed potatoes.

Urban Outfitters has a very cute section of skincare, makeup, and homegoods. However, I feel like the clothes arent worth the exuberant prices, and the limited sizes make it hard for plus size women to find clothes, which makes me displeased with them. I wouldnt recommend this store when there are other stores that are more inclusive with their sizing selling virtually the same products for less. Aerie/American Eagle and Forever 21 are both at this mall, so there are other options.

Its becoming mostly womens clothing, which is fine, I have no issue with that really, but at first it was fairly evenly divided between m/f clothes and various random ~things~ now the ~things~ are in such a small area and it makes me a bit sad haha. Its still a very clean well stocked store. If a bit expensive for what it is.

Visited this store in Tampa and the staff wasnt that friendly. My friend forgot her swimsuit and wanted to get one that wasnt $80 since we werent going to be there long. When we asked the sales person politely if they had any swimsuits that werent so much money she replied nothing in this store is cheap she was correct, but didnt have to be so rude. We kindly turned around and walked out.

Just a casual walk threw the mall and wanted to peek into the store. Yes kind of high price for my taste but found some reptar boxers and bought them. They are so comfortable.

This is my daughters favorite go to store, whenever she needs a special, new outfit, accessories she even found her favorite amethyst gemstone slice there not to mention a great selection of very unique gifts! They often offer great discounts, seem to always have multiple sale racks. On our most recent visit shed lost her receipt needing to exchange something however since shed downloaded their app the very friendly helpful employee at the counter asked if she had downloaded the app, that she could retrieve her receipt that way even though shed paid in cash and was able to pull up the receipt making it unnecessary to forfeit 20% of the original price as they were then on sale. I have seen people comment about unhelpful employees but weve honestly just never experienced that at the International Plaza they were actually cheerful, very helpful and the employee who helped us in the fitting room actually asked what the outfit was for and an endearing conversation followed. Weve never had a less than pleasant experience, have never left without finding what we were looking for and then some!:)

Be prepared to spend your money. But regardless everything here is super trendy and edgy. So if you are feeling like you are behind on style and trends and want to catch up. Look no further than urban outfitters.

Overpriced. I have never once been greeted by an employee here, they make you feel like youre lower class if you cant afford the clothes. The clothes are cute, and they do have SOME affordable items, but not enough. I gave it 3 stars because their makeup and skincare section is really good.

I really like the atmosphere of this store and the vibe it brings to the modern lifestyle. My only problem is that its way too overpriced, and I can therefore not participate in the cool kid lifestyle. I am left to squander about in the clearance section and use every sense of dignity I have left. Please lower your prices so I can properly fit in with the local youngsters at their favorite hip hotspots.

There are lots of cool items, but all overpriced. The clothing is ridiculously overpriced. The customer service is awful. They are very slow, it took them way too long to ring up just one item. The lines are always long because of this. They are just not good employees.

Its okay I prefer the one in Orlando this one has a small selection and it took me and my husband 2 hours to find, its not I the mall its right outside the food court

The prices are really marked up too high, but great selection of merchandise. One of their employees, a man was very under dressed, and looked horrific.

This is a nice clothing store to go into where you can find a little more than just clothes. The customer service can stand to be a tad bit better.

Very bad experience I placed an online order at the store they wrote my address incomplete, my shipment is lost. Now they say they’re not responsible I should report to police and I won’t b refunded. This is a brief story of a lot of customer service phone calls and very bad system, briefly they don’t correct their mistakes and they don’t care. It all started with a careless employee and irresponsible customer service.

Very hit or miss. I was sad to see that a nunch of make up had replaced all the cool little nostalgic nicknacks. They did have albums still. The clothes were just not my style. Very farmly.

The same as most UO locations -- well curated displays of overpriced merchandise, with their signature Goodwill, but make it fashion branding. Love it.

Finding the store was a little tricky. Its not located in the mall itself but in the plaza located right outside the mall exit doors once you pass the food court. I visited the store to return an item I purchased online. It took longer to find the place than to complete my return. The service was stellar.

I walked into the Urban Outfitters at Orlando Mall of Millennia right after shopping at H&M. The buzzer went off literally when I walked in the door. I was immediately bum rushed by two sales associates who didnt ask to see my bag BUT grabbed it out my hand. I was appalled and flabbergasted but I let them go ahead and look through the H&M Bag. They were like mad scientists going through my bag, dissecting and throwing items to the side sporadically, all while they called their manager to clear the alarm. The manager quickly came of from and also went through my contents right in front of the whole store. To find out it was my sons shoes that set of the alarm. Policy is one thing but the way they handled this was COMPLETELY off base and offensive. I turned around and walked out. That same $300 I spent at H&M for my son couldve been spent at UO, but I will LITERALLY NEVER Shop there again!!! NEVER!

Quality of what is sold here clothing wise has gone down a lot over the years. Just not impressed anymore.

They use to carry more mens clothing at this store, not so much now - but if youre in Tallahassee, they have a very large store located in College Town

I just hate it, staff follow you around just staring at you leaving you in an uncomfortable place!! Hate it! I thought Tampa was supposed to be great!!
