I went to the store and I asked for virgin curly human hair that I can dye. I was given remi human hair and was told I could dye it and it will be fine. Unfortunately, the hair was dyed once and placed in my hair, the curls were completely flat!! I’ve tried placing water, conditioner and gel to revive the curls, but no avail. Now it looks like I have good curls on top (my natural curls) and damage hair at the bottom! I’m out of $300. Do not recommend this place.

Items are extremely over priced and not even good quality. I dont recommend this beauty supply.

Overpriced low grade products, customer service is scarce, customers are rude as well, better deals online, no price tag on many items, clerks looks up in the ceiling and charge a price, sealed products for hair and face are unsealed dont buy these products because who knows what was put inside them, a foreign manager who speaks limited english cannot explain why, It feels like youre being stalked when you shop.

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY ETHNIC BEAUTY SUPPLY IN THE AREA OTHER THAN SOMETHING LIKE SALLYS BEAUTY...DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO HAVE ITEMS TRIPLE PRICED. SHAME ON YOU! OWNERS ARE NICE AND DECENT THO..SOME OF THE ASIAN HELP NOT SO MUCH. I ONLY GO WHEN I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FEEL LIKE TAKING THE DRIVE TO THE OTHER SIDE. :)

Would have been 5 star experience if I wouldn’t have had to exchange a purchase. Look used to me but was easily exchanged. Clean, organized store with lots of beauty items. Salon service, and wigs!

The place has plenty of merchandise; bewildering in fact. But terrible organized. Plus, the staff were not very helpful. One item didnt have a price, so they said they couldnt sell it to me. After I expressed disbelief, they the out a price and said hows this? We bought it and left.

0 stars. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!The ladies working there have no class and ugly ugly personalities. They lied to me about the hair I was buying. Lied about the quality. Lied about the price. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores with better customer service better quality hair and better PEOPLE.

The owner( the lady) is very friendly. Although small, you can find most of what you need. One other thing, I wish they had more of the hair selection( they had the hair that i really wanted in only 2 colors and not enough of it) . Overall, I would recommend this place

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came at roughly 6:45, about 15 minutes before closing. The moment I entered, they were already telling me that they are closing and kept trying to rush me out. I had told them that their website stated they close at 8 PM, but it looks like that time was different, apparently. At one point, one of the Spanish ladies was yelling that they are closing and that she’s not allowed to get overtime. I was interested in buying 5 wigs for $80 each, and what appeared to be either a manager or an owner, tried to help me -but realized that they didn’t have the same color. Even so, when I was finally checking out, they charged me double of what I got. I had three items at 1.99 each, and paid over $10. This place is a rip off, and is extremely rude with poor customer service. I had real interest to come in and purchase large quantities. Good to know that these people are more interested in closing at 7pm

I will never spend $1 here again. I told the staff that worked here how I was looking for my first wig and I had so many questions and was really hesitant to purchase. At first the staff didn’t want to service me for a wig because they thought I couldn’t afford their $300 wigs. After I continuously showed interest a woman sold me a synthetic blend wig for $300 but she told me it was real human hair. I was deceived, lied to, and scammed. I will never come here again and I hope you go out of business.

I love ❤️ this hair store, I’ve been going to them sense they opened. I’ve moved from the area as of two years ago and now I live in Wesley Chapel, Fl and I still travel here. I love 💕 both of the owners, they are always kind friendly respectful and concerning about my family. That speaks volumes when they know u use to always have ur family on every hair run to them. I can remember when they first opened they were closed on Sundays and the owner told me no worries 😉 luv call me on Saturday and I will come for u after church GOOD GOOD PEOPLE. MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT HERE.

Love this place! The owners are wonderful people and know exactly what they are talking about! Mi runs such a great store! I love getting my hair from there! They go to hair shows all the time to know more about the hair they sell to their customers. I trust them when they tell me which product to buy when I’m not sure! Definitely recommend them! Don’t go to Sally’s!

Love love love this store, drove quite a ways to get there and Google had the hours wrong so they were closing, literally half the lights were off. The lady who owns the store was so very nice, she turned the lights back on and helped me select the perfect item. Product selection & quality is impressive. More inclusive choices than most of the other stores Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!

I was really racially profiled and accused of stealing for looking at products with my sister. This was the second time I visited the first time was not bad but then I come again and have someone follow me and point at me and then stare Coldly at me. I buy what I need and tell the lady that I don’t appreciate it and she just give me an attitude. NEVER GOING AGAIN. I am completely disgusted and saddened I had high hopes to come again. Don’t waste your time look for a better business with more respectable people.

I was very disappointed with my experience today, I was there walking around for at least 20 minutes before finlay the Spanish woman who was helping someone else asked me if I needed help I said yes I do then she tells me to pick out the wig I want then she will help me when shes done with the other customer so I told her I need help picking one that is the color I want which was blond so she gets me a dark wig and I said do you have it in blond she looks and says no so I pick another one that was a strawberry blond and she goes takes it to the desk telling me to follow her so I said I want to look for another one thats blond and strawberry blond and not even telling me what she was doing she cut the lace off it and I told me i have to buy it because she cut it already so she sells me this shampoo that she says will lighten it so I got it, got home washed it and it didnt make much difference. This was my first bad experience so I will give them one more chance to see if they improve their service if not Im not going back again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady in there is SO RUDE and follows you around the store and asks if you’re going to buy whatever you are looking at. She blamed us for messing a wig up that we didn’t even touch . Would not recommend spending your money here !

I absolutely love this place. He always makes sure i get the right color. They have an amazing selection. Im pretty lazy when it comes to my hair so all i have to do is wrap what little hair i have in a bun or pigtails and add one of their hair pieces. I get compliments every day on how great my hair looks. This place is a definite must for every woman! 10 stars!!!!

A friend of mine told me to go here for hair extensions. I walked in and was overwhelmed at the amount of products in the store. If you can’t find what you need at this store I would be shocked. I believe the owner helped me. She spent a lot of time matching my hair color to different extensions. She worked with me on my budget and custom made extensions to fit my head and length of hair. I was very impressed. She measured everything and said they would be ready in an hour. The hair is perfect. She also recommended a hair treatment solution for damaged hair. I was very skeptical bc the packaging was all in Korean and I had no idea what it was. I took her advice and used the solution that night. My hair feels amazing. I would recommend anyone going here. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable.

Great selection on wigs,hair pieces oh and they do hair extensions here as well.The staffs are helpful and friendly.Mr Song and one of his female staffs helped me pick a hair piece and hair color.

The woman there was so sweet! I was looking for green extensions for St. Patricks day and she made me some with the hair they had there and put clips on for me! She helped me with fun makeup after. Such a sweetheart!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The Spanish lady that works here is very disrespect. Once I walked in at 6:56 there was no greeting at all. And then when she finally sees me says that the store is closed but clearly online and at the store signs it clearly says that the close at 7. Then she continues to ask me what am I getting and that I need to make it quick with a very disrespectful demeanor and attitude. Will never go here again

Lots of hair-related products here... extensions, wigs, accessories, etc, plus some jewelry & makeup. This store is MUCH larger inside than it looks. My daughter wanted new hair extensions, so we stopped here one night after school/work. I think theyre called the clip-in style... She didnt get my long thick locks, so she knows more about faux hair than I do. Customer service is great here. The lady helping us was very patient trying to match Madelines hair color, and still staying in her budget. The quality of what my daughter bought is fantastic. Faux hair is not cheap, but she is pleased with her purchase, and so am I!

Disappointed! I went there to get hair dye for my wig I bought from them. I even told the sales lady was for a synthetic wig. I bought the product she advised me to only to go home and Google how to apply and find out you cant use hair dye on the wig. I would think the people selling the products in their store would have a better understanding of what can and cant be used..

Had a great experience here! The sales woman, Yu was extremely knowledgeable about human hair and helped me to make the decision to spend more up front for better quality hair rather than buy cheaper hair but having to rebuy it monthly. She guided me in the right direction with the quality of hair I bought and I couldnt be more thrilled that after 2 months, my hair still looks brand new! Will totally be rebuying this hair again from this shop!

I needed braiding hair and they have a very small selection. Not like Kims Beauty Supply or Ebony on Nebraska. Instead of telling me no sold me weaving hair. My hair Braider said no not the right kind of hair. They should have told me no...maybe I should have known better but I went on the advice of people who are in this industry. They only care about the sale.

Lots of wigs, mostly outdated colors, styles. Even though the website boasts wigs at $9.99, $29.99 and $39.99, the saleswoman scoffed at that claim; the only $29.99 wigs were cheap, messy Halloween wigs! I ended up buying a decent wig for $49.99, but it was the floor-model and NOT on sale. Once home, I noticed two places where it was in need of repair, and NO returns on wigs. Shop around; this place is a last resort.
