I’ve been ordering from PNS for... maybe ten years? Not massive volume but here and there for that long. I’ve never had a problem, with fast and reliable shipping. Just got a new order yesterday, everything was packed perfectly. Also REALLY glad they finally updated the website aesthetic some, though it could still get better.

Fast shipping! Arrived well packaged and love the free samples that come in my packages :) They have an excellent product selection at reasonable prices. Surprised at the amount of skincare and hair product lines they sell now. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Overall great experience!

It seems I always get the wrong order or my products I need are always out of stock, they don’t send things the next day if they do mess up so now I have to go elsewhere to find things I need every day like files etc..

I recently had a rough customer service experience with PNS and left a message and was called back by Courtney, she was very helpful and took care of my invoice discrepancy .I was then contacted by the Owner and then the president of the company . They could not have been more apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right .Their prices and the products are exceptionally better than local nail supply .Thank you for the goodie box Michael Kerzner

VERY RUDE!!! June 17th I drove 40 minutes because their website stated they were open for business get there an they would not let me in. I then proceed to call and the supervisor was RUDE she took my order over the phone and sent me THE WRONG ITEMS! I then call to get a shipping label sent to me so send them back and she would NOT send me stating I would need to pay for shipping or drive 40 min to their store AGAIN. False advertisement, sent me the wrong item, and wants me to pay to shipping for their mistakes !

Im not sure when people are saying this is a fraud company. I am a nail tech and have ordered and received products from this company many times. It may be true that they arent great at getting back to you, I havent had to do much communicating. The only thing I stay aware of with this company (when buying from Canada) is the weight for your purchase. If over 12lbs you dont get free shipping, which they state. Also need to be careful about duty fees or extras charges from FedEx. The prices are the best Ive seen so usually I find it worth the risk.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! they will never answer the phone nor respond to emails. I highly recommend if you have placed an order that you call your bank IMMEDIATELY and get a charge back. This company is a SCAM!

These customer service reps are so nasty they deserve to work in a landfill. I have never ever experienced such a service the way i did with this company. They did not properly pack all my polishes two were broken and they rest were expired and covered in lacquer. I would honestly like my refund. They can jsut click on you if you hold them accountable for their fraud and scam.

I have 2 locations and I had been ordering from Premier Nail for years. On Black Friday I submitted 4 large orders. When they arrived I was out of town so my front desk staff put them in my office. A few days later I opened the boxes and did a quick survey to see if my order was correct.One of my nail techs told me the pink gel was very thick and would not spread. When I called them, they said they would need to see a video. ??? What for a $20.00 bottle of gel? We submitted a video to get the response, you have to contact IBD to get this resolved. Why would they not tell me that in the first place?back to my order, when I broke down the invoice for my account I had forgotten that I had purchased Black Friday specials, buy 2 bottles get one free of a couple different items. When I checked in the box I saw the products I ordered I just didn’t pay attention to the amount of bottles. Again this was a very large order, over $600.00. This was my fault, I should have paid better attention to the quantities they sent. When I called them to tell them they shorted me 4 shellac top /base coat, this was their response, “ sorry you had 24 hours to report that”. What?? I didn’t even open the boxes for 3 days? So needless to say I went back-and-forth with absolutely the most rude customer service person I have ever dealt with!!!I deal with Saloncentric, Cosmoprof, Manoccoblue, TNG, Voesh, Thermafuse and a couple other distributors every week, I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a distributor. I will never order from Premier Nail Source again, nor will I recommend.

This company sucks! they take forever to get your order and then for some reason they shipped it to a address i didnt list for shipping and now i cant get the package back and now im out $50 i wont be buying from them again

I wrote this review only because I couldnt believe that others said such non true things about a staple company to my business. PNS is a awesome company in my opinion! There prices are next to none and everything that any tech of any level may need or use can be found here! The products are exceptional !This site is epic for the student or beginner nail tech as they have endless affordable products thats perfect for building a kit without breaking the bank. I love PNS and I couldnt run my nail studio without them!! I also had a issue with one of my packages not making it to me due to a fed ex error, and they were beyond awesome with accommodating me in receiving my package..Dont believe the hype as far as other reviews are concerned because they have always been more than helpful with me in any issues.. They do respond to messages in a very timely fashion and are always eager to handle any concern that Ive had. I have had times where I couldnt reach them directly but after leaving a message I was surprised at how punctual they were with calling me back. PNS is def one of my Rolodex Most faved companies that is a major part to ensuring that my business is a properly functioning smooth sailing success.
