Ive been coming to this Fantastic Sams location for more than 5 years. Voula is the only person who can cut my hair so that the waves fall properly. Shes friendly and welcoming, and the salon is always clean and presentable.

I usually go to a more decent establishment to cut my hair but I just wanted a straight cut so I thought Fantastic Sams would be sufficient. The employee used a comb that was used on the female before me and then a pulled a brush out of the drawer and pulled hair right out of the brush right in front of me. The cut was straight forward. It took five minutes but this is how head lice gets spread and afterwards I felt like my head was itchy just thinking about it. I will stick with my $40 cuts and go back to a cleaner environment.

Literally the best hair salon Ive ever stepped foot in. The service here is great. The stylists are super nice and actually care to make you look good, rather than just get your money. Plus, the atmosphere in here is so much fun and it has a family feel to it. Ive been going here for years, and it has been my go-to place to get my hair done.

New to town and was skeptical, needed a home color gone wrong fixed and Kathleen did a great job!! Additionally, I had the best time hanging out with her and Von. They made me feel so welcome to the area and gave me apartment and restaurant tips! Enjoyed it and my hair looks great, Ill definitely be back!

I am very very disappointed in my sons haircut. When asked if the stylist could fade his type of hair, my mother who took him was assured yes they can. Apparently they couldnt because his haircut has me asking why did you pay for this? Too much hair was taken off the top, its not lined up, its not straight... It looks aweful!!!!! I am a mother of 4.. With This experience I will not recommend nor visit FANTASTIC SAMS again.

Im rating my stylist, not neccesarily the chain. Voula is an absolute gem. Shes friendly, caring, excellent at her job and just a super nice person. Nice enough that Ive been her client for almost seven years.

So last year may of 2018 I came here and the lady who did my hair did a great job minus taking 3.5 hours to cut color and blow dry. Today may of 2019 I came in and the stylist didnt listen. I asked for 2 inches off and to be relayered, very rushed and didnt use heat to blow out my hair. Also picked a clip up off the floor and put it back in my hair, total health violation. When I get home my hair is frizzy and he only took half an inch off and no layers just a straight cut. So I ended up having someone at my house give me what I wanted.I would of gave higher stars but this was just a bad experience.

Good haircut unfortunately the stylist kept saying loudly over and over that my hair is soooo dry. After I told her I had leave in conditioner she kept telling me about 5 times I need leave in conditioner. Id go back just not use her again. She was very annoying.

Ive been going here for years, Voula is amazing, shes the only person Ive found that gets my hairstyle perfect every time.

I never post on stuff but the service was awful. The manager was the meanest most untalented hair stylist I have ever met. I tired to explain to her I have curly hair and I was nerveous to let anyone touch my hair. She said she could do it. I wanted a dye and partial blonded highlights. She claimed I was fine and that my roots were black. It was like she wasnt listening and long story short she messed up my hair and didnt applogize rather called me a mental case when I started to cry. I told if she fixed my hair I would pay for it, but she told me it was extra that I had to pay for the mess up. Lucky I went to the Eriwn Technical salon and they fixed it up. Please spare your hair and dont go here. You shouldnt have to feel rushed, insulted or pay for a mistake someone made. IvIe never had such an aweful experience. Terrible customer service!!!
