The hair and hair products are reasonably priced, but skip buying hand sanitizer from them. They had a bottle for $10 that was the same brand and size as the from Dollar Tree store.

Didnt have what I needed

This beauty supply store has been around over 20 years and has friendly staff and owners. Everything is organize and the prices is reasonable. Arlene is great for ponytails and lacefront wigs(glue) only.

The store is well organized and the owner was super kind. The establishment gets thevultra-low rating due to the male employee with dreadlocks. He tried to hustle me, charge me a price other than what was advertised and did not place all items purchased in my bag. When I informed him that I would be reporting the establishment and asked that he summon the owner, he started laughing, saying I was just playing, I wanted you to come back to the store. I knew you would notice the items missing from the bag. This was not comical, not fun and definitely not professional. If it happened to me on my first visit to the store, I am sure he has done this before.

The help was awesome only thing was it good about it was they didnt have much stuff in stock

Can find a good natural looking wig 90% of the time I show up. I very picky about my wigs looking like my kinky hair texture, and if i go for a straight look it must look and feel like black girl hair. They usually have mW covered with a decent priced wig selection. I can spend about a good $60 and cone out slaying.

I am totally shocked at how this place has changed, customer service is awful. Its been 6 mos since my last visit, now I understand why. Prices are high and selection is small. If you looking for a wig this is not the place.

I bought a front lace wig today, first time purchasing one. Asking questions on the lace part the employee was very short and didnt seems interested in answering my questions.

0 stars. Items are extremely over priced! The cost for a small container of coconut oil is absurd - You can buy organic at Publix or via Amazon for the same price and at least you know what youre getting is authentic. Guy at the register tried me - Rang my items up and attempted to charge me $45. We took everything out of the bag and rung it up again and wouldnt you know it - My total was actually $27. Don’t waste your time here, you’ll only be greeted with a negative attitude and rudeness. I walked in at 8:15PM, mind you I’m well aware of what time the place closes. I’m looking for ONE, specific wig and that’s it. I walk to the wig section and the attendant asks me if I need help (clearly not really wanting to help me) and says “Oh what time do you have? We’re about to close.” Oh ok... I’d be out way faster if you had better service.... If you don’t know what inventory you have that’s understandable because things come and go- But to try and rush me AS IF I have not right to look for what you don’t know is available or not is just plain rude. I walk to the other side to see if I can find a dupe for the wig I’m looking to buy since I don’t see it in the other area, and 1 of the 2 staff members on that side is just as unfriendly. Some of the wigs spill over onto the ‘not wig’ wide and when the man asked me what I needed help finding heard that I was looking for a apricot wig (clearly seeing 10-15 wigs on the counter next to him) he says “oh all the wigs are in that side” and points. I respond and say “that may be true, but I’m looking for a specific wig and there are displays on this side as well.” Then the woman on the original side yells “we’re about to close!” Girl. Let the OWNER tell me we’re about to close. Obviously he’s okay with me being in here. If he weren’t, he would have escorted me out. I won’t be back. Larger sized store but I certainly wasn’t impressed with that selection OR treatment. There’s no need for me to return. Save your energy, people. Items are well overpriced as compared to countless other stores with more helpful AND polite staff as well.

Upon arrival, I was greeted well at the door. After that things went down hill. The staff person who assisted me wasnt friendly at all. She wouldnt smile and was very negative; even to the point of contention against her employer. I thought it strange and asked myself why is she her? Leave! Do not let your negative feelings show on your countenance when assisting a customer. And for this reason, I will not return to this establishment!

DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Their wigs fall apart even though they say they are human hair. I paid 300.00 dollars for a wig that does not curl and has lost massive amounts of hair in just shy of 2 weeks. They will never see another penny of mine and suggest you spend your money else where like Ebonys. They have never steered me wrong and I have always had an amazing experience with Ebony.

They try to make you buy expensive products by telling you they are sold out of the less expensive ones. Poor customer service. Super high prices.The hair I purchased tangled up in two days....hated it,waste of my money

Awful customer service ! If you can stomach being followed around the store and actually make it up to the counter beware of their ambiguous policy before making any significant purchases. They will not give your money back (regardless of your same day receipt). They will offer you a store credit that they may or may not accept during your next purchase. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere !

Went to several beauty supply store in town. Every single employee was ready to help, extremely friendly, extra polite. This was the only store of five that I visited that had what I needed then some.

I felt very uncomfortable due to the type of language that I was experiencing foul language by customers and employees, and its not an environment that I would feel comfortable bringing my children into. its not an environment that I felt comfortable in. product was there but, the professionalism was not. I wont be returning or referring people to the establishment.

Ive been going to this store for years because of the staff friendliness specially the black guy with dreads. I pass ove 10 beauty supplies because of the service. However today was a different story. There were two black females that were so rude. I will never have them in my business. They rolled their eyes every time we asked for help. One was mumbling every time we asked for help. I just can not believe their level of unfriendliness and unprofessional. Unfortunately the owners were not there for us to bring the issue up. I hope this review will change their attitude. Because we can just go to ebony accross the street. And when the store is slow they will just reduce their hour then they will start complaining.

Best hair store period

Worse customer service experience ever. Cashier with the short wig and bad attitude never acknowledged me as a patron. She was clearly and vocally upset with her management team and figured itd be okay to vent to customers.

I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE, NOT EVEN IF THAT WAS THE LAST STORE IN TOWN, I WOULD GO OUT OF TOWN AND SHOP FOR PRODUCTS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, COUNTER PEOPLE HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AND THE STORE MANAGERS ARE NO BETTER THEMSELVES. I HAD AN IN STORE CREDIT FOR $235 AND MY WALLET WAS STOLEN ALONG WITH MY RECEIPT AND THEY SHOWED NO SYMPTOM AND NO WILLINGNESS TO HELP ME AT ALL. THIS GUY WHO CLAIMS THAT HE IS THE GM AND SAYS HIS NAME IS JOE, SAID TO ME THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME AND I WOULD JUST HAVE TO SUCK IT UP. THAT EXPERIENCE ALONE, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE. AND WE AS AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE JUST MAKING THESE CHINESE STORE OWNERS RICH, OVER PRODUCTS THAT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
