My family and I have been going here for over 20 years. The only thing they wont fix is my motorcycle. I cannot tell you how great the prices are. I just bought a 77 rv and fixed everything for under $500.Honestly, every other mechanic shop needs to get on board with this level of service.

These guys care for our fleet cars qt work and always take care of us quickly and efficiently. Most of us take our personal vehicles there as well because we know they are honest and reliable.

Great staff. Always looking out for what is best for you in quality and price. First discovered them after an auto accident when they made my girlfriends car look like new again. I started bringing vehicle in for repairs and body work, now it is running great and looks good too. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest mechanic.

My friend recommended this place, as I was looking for a second opinion. Before I even set foot on the lot, I was given advice on what was recommended and what could wait, like brake fluid that still had its color. Mike walked me out to my car, showed me a few things and said he would have the car checked out. I got a call that said they would love to take my money, but there was nothing wrong with my car. I am impressed with the honesty and professionalism and look forward to taking my car there in the future.

Work done 12/2020- 01/06/2021At first, it started off good when they worked on my previous vehicle (08 Chrysler Sebring). Never had any issues then but once I got a different vehicle (07 Chrysler 300), they totally changed and were finding issues on my vehicle and breaking stuff then using an excuse of it’s an old car. Black mechanic they recently hired can’t seem to fix my vehicle correctly and I came back 5 times after an initial repair of a oil pressure switch turned into a water pump . Which I found out the water pump, it wasn’t installed correctly and caused my head gasket to go out. Now I no longer have a vehicle due to their misdiagnosis of my vehicle. They seen water leaking during the repair of the oil pressure switch which in fact could’ve came from many different things and assumed it was the water pump. Upon taking their recommended service, this led to a bad installment of my water pump.With the bad installation of my water pump, they tore my timing chain and serpentine belt. They was a good mechanic shop while it lasted until this new crew came in. I did trust them with my vehicle but after this incident and the bad treatment they gave me once I received a refund especially from the owners wife and voiced my opinion about the sloppy job of the water pump which caused numerous of other major issues. I would NEVER go back to A&A Auto. If you have a Chrysler, I would suggest you to save the money and take your vehicle to Chrysler Dodge & Jeep to receive better service and an accurate diagnosis.

Took my car here to get looked at because it was making squeaking noise and I thought I needed new brakes..... Mike was so nice and took the car for a drive with me right away to see what could be wrong. He was so helpful and informative and went the extra mile to see what the problem was. Was having an issue with my car. Discovered several problems with my car. I called around for estimates. This place offered me a quote that was not only less then any other place.. all the repairs, were less then just one of the repairs anywhere else. Even helped with getting my vehicle to them. All other places told me they would take 3 to 5 days to get the repairs done, this place, even after telling me they were really busy, told me they would have it done by the next day. Not only did they deliver on that promise, it was done first thing in the morning. To make things even better, they even showed me the old damaged parts and as part of my receipt showed me what they paid for new parts and exactly how much was charged for labor. They only charged me for the actual labor time, and not the book listed labor time. Needless to say, they saved me a great deal, and at a time I really needed it. I will definitely be using this place again and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

Just gained 2 new customers- had an oil change done at take 5 and they messed up big time. Mike let me swing by to check out the issue and fixed it in 15 min when he had a full lot on a Friday. Someone drove my car! Filled the tank when I took it in, got home and noticed there was only an eighth of a tank of gas, push my trip setting and more than two hundred miles was put on that tank of gas that I had just filled. I reset my trip every time i fill the tank.The repair was not completed and they would not fix it the correct way because of a mistake they made in the estimate! I will never return to this shop and if you have a luxury car I encourage you not to either. Bad work and joy ride what we suspect was over the weekend because they said three days but did not get the car back until Monday, a week after taking it in

I have been living In Tampa since 2008 and I have never found a shop that is worth me going back for service. About 5 months ago I bought a car and the car started giving me problems with the breaks and I took my car to AAA car shop because of the reviews. This is the best shop I have went to since I have been in Tampa, the service is great, the prices are very reasonable, the employees and owner is very honest, friendly and does a great job with your car. Every problem that they have fixed I never had to return for that problem. Also if it is a simple problem they will not charge you at all. This is one of the best shops in Tampa I highly recommend this shop.

2018 post! My entire experience with Mr.Mike and his lovely wife was indescribable! From my phone call inquiry about the job up until him handing me my keys after the job was completed was the best of all time. I came in for an AC job! They got my car back to me right away! They showed me what the exact problem was instead of just telling me anything. Even allowed me to put the glasses on the see where the green dye was leaking! Honest, helpful, caring.I was about to get on the road and head home to Gville, when suddenly car was not starting. I went to have lunch at local restaurant Acropolis, and there are great waitress told of Mike Dave and Dave right here near us. They would have come to where my car was, but it cranked up. Dont judge a book by its cover! Looks like a hole into the wall place but these guys were great. I had a transmission problem and they took a good look at it (30 min) and found out the problem was a fluke and told me an easy fix. And they didnt charge me anything! They could have easily upsold me because i didnt know enough about transmissions to diagnose the problem myself. Because of their honesty and straightforwardness Ill be coming to them for all my mechanical needs because I can trust them. I definitely recommend them.
