Lot of good household items at a cheep prices. Lots of overstock of leftover items from prior work for sale at a cheeper price to the public. I will definitely be passing by again when I have my next project

This used to be one of my favorite stores. I think they have gotten way too big for their britches. I went today and saw a pair of old ceramic lamps. One was chipped up and the other was in ok condition. I asked an employee how much ( their was no price), and he told me $20 for the one with little damage and $15 for thd other. Think he forgot this is used and damaged? Then I saw a bundle of planks, it was apparent they were used on a piece of furniture. They were about 2 feet long 1x2 with screw holes. When I asked thd price, $15. The two people working there acted as if they were doing me a favor. I understand that this is for charity but there prices are getting closer to retail.Last week I was at the East Hillsborough store and their prices were normal. I guess I will nust go to this store.

Ive been into the Silvermill location several times. The first time I had a terrible experience with a manager by the name of Sabrina D. I overheard her mocking a fellow customer with a heavy accent. I went to ask about a price of a couch and she was completely defensive out of the gate about the price I was asking about. She made it seem as if I was just trying to get a freebie when clearly the item should have been thrown away. Stains and a couple tears in towards the back corners. I actually decided to just let it go and even came back a second time in hopes that maybe she was just having a bad day. Of course it was the same situation the following visit. I saw time and time again during that visit how she would initiate petty arguments with customers yelling out how its her store and how she was the manager and if you dont like it then get out! Absolutely atrocious customer service with a racist demeanor. I was hoping to buy quite a bit of furniture as I have a few co workers who are doing a big of remodeling and were asking about habitat but, after that fiasco I most definitely let them know not to waste their time! Where is the customer service?? Where is the respect and manners?? DO NOT GO THERE WHATSOEVER!

Fair prices on essentially everything in the store. Well organized and good quality to the selection. They are doing things right here. Great mission to the charity and at the same time providing good low cost items to the community. Staff is friendly. Keep up the great work!

They have a lot of options for whatever project or houseware you need. The prices are very good and reasonable. I saw 3 employees when I was first browsing before I purchased but then when I needed someone I couldnt find an employee. I dont know if they may have been understaffed or if I just missed the employees. The employees that I spoke to were very kind.

Let me just say this! I came into the store looking for a specific item yesterday. Note well, I wasn’t sure if to get this item or not, I was so confused. This young man came up to me and I explain to him exactly what I wanted and what idea I had in mind. It didn’t take him 10 mins, he came up with exactly what I wanted and the color was perf! I think his name is Dale. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I have to acknowledge and give thanks to him, his very attentive and I left the store with a smile. These days, you don’t find souls like him. I felt like I needed to leave this review. Thank you dale! Good job son.

This is the best Habitat for Humanity Restore that Ive been to so far. Compared to the other Hillsborough Ave & Brandon location, selection is much nicer & the store itself is pretty well kept.I visited this location on Friday March 13th, 2020 to browse & I was warmly greeted by an employee by the name of Sabrina. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular & pointed out the furniture for living room, kitchen & bathroom sections, etc. She also offered a tape measure which youre able to borrow in case you need to take measurements of anything.I was -shocked- to see couches marked down as low as $1! Some were marked at $4.50, $5.50 & $7. I didnt even see those prices at any of the other stores. All of the couches & other furniture were in great condition, LOTS of reasonably priced doors, flooring, cabinets, bathroom & kitchen fixtures, some bedding, appliances, paint (gallon & 5 gallon), home decor, lighting, you name it, they pretty much have it!Thanks so much again to Sabrina & Steve for making my shoppig experience an excellent one! Will definitely be returning all the way from Lutz, well worth the trip! Also, sending my friends & family to this location.And from the cat; Thank you for the great sofa! Ill be spending most of my time on it 😸

This is the better of the two H4H Reuse Stores in Tampa. Dont know why that is the case, but this is my second visit to this location, and the merchandise and volunteers are much better at this location. The selection is greater, better condition, and more fairly priced. Like any store that relies on donations, there is no guarantee what will be in stock when you arrive, but they seem to get a lot of refrigerators, sofas, armoires, sink basins, doors and windows. They have many other items, but always a lot of the above.

If remodeling, you might be able to save on supplies, tools etc. If looking for appliances, furniture and other fixings, they have those too... saw a great GAS dryer for $125.. its a typical thrift store set-up only the money goes to a great cause.

I have been coming to this for several months and will continue to return.not only are the prices fair the staff is remarkabley friendly and always helpful. The mgr Sabrina has always greeted us with a smile.i would recommend anyone who wants to save money and help a great cause stop by this store.i have frequently shopped at Goodwill and other resale store but there is no comparison to the friendly atsomphere at this store

Went to talk to the front desk about lumber priced higher than Lowes & Home Depot and woman insisted that thats what people pay. I showed her the Lowes website. She was very defensive and actually had been arguing with the guy before me about something that sounded super-petty.

This is the neatest most organized resell shop I have ever seen. On top of that they have great stuff to buy.

This place is waaay too overpriced! The items are super old, dusty and dirty. I asked why the prices are so high and didnt get any answer. Later on i realized that maybe it was ti fundraise more funds for Habitat for Humanity. That would have been a good answer and maybe motivated me to huy something. However, if they really want to sell things for market prices, they should at least clean them up!

Bring a tape measure and be ready to pick and choose what you need and can use. But it helps Habitat for Humanity and it gets you cheap construction material. Its a win-win situation.

Stock is always changing, and the prices are fantastic. If you see something you like, better grab it today because it probably wont be there tomorrow.

Their prices are going up and selection and quality going down.

The prices, value, and selection are all great! Easily the best of the Habitat ReStores in this area, and definitely one of the best used furniture stores in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

I had an awful experience in this store. The manager was so disrespectful with me. I bought a washing machine and the day after I went to returned cause It was not working properly and she did not want return my money back even that I have the receipt. Awful experience
