Had chrome for over a year. $2,000 deposit put down and nothing was ever done. Crooks

I had an excellent experience! Had them re-chrome my 1973 Roadrunner and it looks magnificent! Friendly people and honest. You cant ask for more. Would recommend to anyone!

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING GO GET IT. Took 5 trips over a year to retrieve two bumpers that sat untouched for a year. The place is now a granite company and they have 95% less space, most of the work is subbed out now. Commented that they used to do nice work and was told to check my attitude. Avoid completely.

The first time we used this company they did a great job but were a little slow and did not respond to emails or phone calls as quickly as we would have liked.The second time we shipped them our product and paid for 50%. They told us it was done and to pay the other 50%, which we did. Now we have not received the product and they are not responding to any phone calls, emails, or texts. They have my money and my product and we have been trying to get a hold of them for 6 weeks.Did they go out of business and keep my money and product?

The prior reviews speak truth. Same thing happened to me. Took my expensive product and ghosted me. Had to cancel my job that I had multiple people lined up for. Stay far far away!!!

I brought in the gas cap from my 1982 Yamaha XJ 750 motorcycle to be rechromed. I was quoted $120. Pretty pricey for a 4 inch oblong piece but the bike is 100% original and I didnt want a repop. I agreed and paid up front. I was told it would be done on Friday (this was Wednesday) as they were not chroming for a month after that. I went back the following Monday to be sure they had time. I live about an hour from the shop. Surprise! Its not done, so sorry I didnt call you...Im pretty steamed but what can I do? Come back Wednesday, it will be done. Ok, I return Thursday and am given a box with literally 18 pieces in it. The entire locking mechanism disassembled, springs, screws, washers all the size of, well tiny as hell. Oh also the cap which simply had to be popped off the rest to be chromed. When asked what was up the reply was You can figure it out . I really dont have anything to say. The shop and owners actions speak volumes. I did put it back together after a couple hours. When you dont take it apart it is harder to put back together. Glad I used a credit card as this is one charge that will be disputed. One star is the least and they deserve it. The chrome on the cap isnt even that good. Shoemakers not refinishers...

Stay away!!! Customer service is horrible.. I called to inquire about a job and instead of telling me if they could or could not do it they just hung up. I called back thinking it was a mistake and the person I spoke to said we dont do that so theres no reason to continue the phone call. Would not recommend.

Service was slow promise to have it done in a week and a half took almost 3 monthsWhen I got it back the item back was ruined had several dents that were not there when I dropped it off
