Decent if convenient or cheaper. Have never had to work so hard to buy a product before in my life.Had store associates tell me it showed in stock but no one would put much effort into looking just walk away. Could bother to try seeing if the other store had them either.Told to try ordering online…. That’s a joke too. Cancelled the first two then after finally going through an hour on the phone and adding a middle initial…. It gets cancelled again and this time finally gives a generic excuse of maybe this or that maybe the items aren’t available but still basically a shoulder shrug and an I don’t know….You will receive better service at northern tool or probably even harbor freight.

Tractor Supply here in Tallahassee are on point. Its 4th of July they were closing at 6 and wouldnt you know that I would be that customer holding up the process, preventing the employees from getting to their families because I absolutely had to had my dog food and pet toy today! The manager Freddy handled the situation with exceptional customer service, never once getting frustrated and absolutely meeting my expectations by far! Keep up the good work and thank you to all of the Tractor Supply emploi!

Three last 3 times we have been there, their propane tanks were not working. I dont get it.

The staff is so appreciative of the consumers coming for me and my husband are regulars there for pet supplies and puppy shots also the staff really enjoys when we bring our bully Diesel with us he is also a regular they love him and we love them...thanks u guys 4 everything

I tried to order an item on the website but it was cancelled for some reason. I called and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They located the item and let me know I could purchase it in store since I was having a difficult time online. When I got there they were still very friendly and helpful, and even gave me some tips on using the item. I will definitely shop there again.

My dogs favorite food is here... and he can go too. Perfect shopping!! Great clearance sales on boots and clothes and theres an insect control product here that solves ALL of my indoor and outdoor critter problems.

This place has a lot of products for almost any animal you can imagine, but at some stores, things are a little difficult to find. Things should be organized a little better but overall, it is one of my favorite places to get pet food and pet related products, and also some outdoor things. Sometimes an employee is difficult to locate, but when you do and you ask for help, theyre always very helpful.

Store is under staffed, the staff dont know what they have in stock, and are un-accomodating to your needs.I go to Crawfordsville store instead which is far superior when it comes to customer service and knowing their stock.Like night and day.

This is a great store for me and my chickens. They have everything we need from food and treats to bedding and coups. I highly recommend if you have farm animals. They also have some cute clothes. Go for a visit.

Normally this is a great place but I went there for something very specific a small safe for a friend and they had none I mean zero. Lots of safes large enough to fit a small family in but nothing you could carry out a hernia.

I like tractor supply. They have a huge selection of dog supplies and food with good sales if you pay attention. Plus a lot of other great things for those of us who live in the country. My only gripe is their card machine at the register. Twice for whatever reason it has locked up my debit card. Cashier said its happened to others. There is really not a good excuse for that. This is for the Tallahassee Florida store.

Cashier wasnt wearing a mask, was very slow, and was incredibly rude. Store was very messy, even for a tractor supply. Crew needs to spend a little more time cleaning and a little less time standing around.

I think, largely due to staff that this TS is one of their very best. I can not pick up heavy bags of grain due to AS. But I can come to this store and walk inside and they dont think twice about pulling and loading whatever I buy. It has made my life so much easier. I have never been stuck with a bad size choice or something like that. They are amazing. My beautiful dog can go with me on a leash and loves to go as a treat. I highly recommend Tallahassee, FL Tractor Supply.

On point when it comes to helping me out in the store.I was working out of town, and tore my pants...The young lady I spoke to turned me onto Blue Mountain canvas pants and they worked out great for me!The fit is great, and they looked good...The lot of the store was dark as heck, but otherwise outstanding...Again - awesome staff.

Bought a pressure washer from them yesterday. Good quality and a low price. An employee loaded it into my car for me. What I love the best about this place though is that dogs are allowed in and can walk around without a leash. More places should allow this in my opinion.

Not only do they have everything from gardening to animal care but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Took a 3 week old kitten there for supplies and advice and left feeling confident in the endeavor I was taking on.

I mainly go to Tractor Supply for pet supplies, but on occasion need something from another part of the store, like hardware. They have a pretty good selection storewide, but sometimes finding things in stock is a bit frustrating. The neatest find is the assortment of books & magazines on all sorts of rural topics like homesteading, dogs, horses, chickens, you name it. You could learn about raising chickens and buy all the stuff you would need right there in the same store. I come from an extended family of farmers & ranchers, so Im probably partial to all this stuff.

You can kind of lose yourself in the variety of items offered. Im not a misplaced cowboy, but I do enjoy wandering around looking at what things you need to live in the country and have farm animals. Though saying this they do offer good durable clothing and interesting items for the household even if you live in the city.

Great service and are willing to meet online prices for things you buy here.

Tyler was very helpful. Thank you sir. He was also way over worked but held his cool well for a young man. The ladies workers call on him a little to much...they should be able to handle themselves a little better than I observed I am sure they are getting paid the same or even more than the young man but he seems to have great manners. He should get some praise for his efforts.

Ordered online but didnt get all of my order. Didnt know it until I got there. Would probably just go in-store for purchases to avoid disappointment since they were presents.

Not just for farmers! They carry pet supplies, home goods, hardware, tools, fasteners, trailer parts, lawn tools & equipment, pool supplies, animal feed, fencing, kennels....you name it! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Ample parking for any size vehicle– really! And the prices are better than the big box stores.

As of June 26, they still have straight run chickens.

Best selection to dog food outside of a full pet store. Best price Ive found on TOTW for my dogs who have sensitive stomachs. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I normally buy my hay in the Monticello branch. even if $65 for a round bale that stays outside without a cover is pretty expensive, I took the habit to get my hay there because it’s convenient and that they are most of the time nice.However my experience today at the Tallahassee branch was unusually horrible.I pay for my hay, went to get my truck and wait for someone to help me to load it.After 15 minutes I decided to call in order to make sure they didn’t forget about me.The employee was not apologetic at all about the delay and told me that everyone is busy (less than 4 cars in the parking lot).After another 5 minutes (so 20 minutes) a woman came obviously annoyed (mumbling indistinct things with an angry face) when I pointed the bale I wanted ( the first was so moldy that it was black).She told me « what’s wrong with this one » I decided not to argue ( it was obvious that the bale wasn’t first choice quality) and just repeat calmly and nicely could I have this one please.She finally got one (not the one I picked that was protected by other bales and conveniently accessible from the side) that was okay.I tried to be nice and make a joke saying that the first bale looks like she is 200 years old and that many people will “bother her” to move it out the way to get another one.She answered “yeah yeah goodbye »in a very rude way as she was leaving without looking at me.That being said if the management sees this (by pulling up my membership with my name) They will know that I’m a very loyal costumer that happens to have 5 horses 20 chickens 2 goats and 3 dogs and that I was essentially feeding all of them at tractor supply.It took 30 minutes to load that bale in my truck, which even if I feel everyone would agree is very long, it would have been fine with me if the employees would have been apologetic and nice about it ...Will probably find other options to feed my animals or at least completely boycott the Tallahassee branch.I was late for my appointment and I cannot stand unnecessary disrespectful people.If it’s more expensive, the quality is lower, it’s long, have rude and unhelpful staff ...what is the point?

They have these awesome little chickens they are so cute and inexpensive theyre only a dollar 99 summer 349 but thats it there no higher than that they have cute little things in there you know if people dont get them theyre going to die but theyre really awesome little chickens the store is very clean the people are very nice and also very very helpful

Friendly staff. They have everything that most tractor supply stores have. We go there to buy dog food and food for our pot belly pig. They have a good selection and also typically carry hay. The outdoor section has lots of supplies for farming and livestock.

Ive visited this store for a year now to get 4health dog food for my two pups who are about to be a year old this January. This is not the first time they have run out of the puppy formula that I give them. My lab can not switch foods often due to his light stomach and they both really love this food. Today they were out so I asked if you got some on their truck and I was told they did and it was being unloaded that I would have to wait. 20 minutes later I am told it did not come they wont have more until Thursday and to try another food or buy the small bags they have. These bags are more expensive as when you buy in bulk the price goes down. I was not offered a discount though the woman was friendly.If the product is in such high demand that they run out every truck they should order more. Im going to look into switching my brand and taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully I find something before my dogs go hungry.
