This place is amazing!! I am a single mom and went in with the intention of purchasing one mattress and then coming back when I could afford the others for my three kids. I walked in and explained to the owner what my issue was. He offered me all three mattresses for under 800.00. They weren’t the cheep ones either. This place is a family owned store! We had a great experience today when we went to buy our mattress. We contacted Mattress Today of Fife via Facebook and setup a last minute Sunday appointment. They were flexible and fit us in at the end of day. We chose to do financing which was easy and done through an online application. We were approved, picked out our mattress, and setup delivery in less than an hour. They were ready to bring our mattress out same day which is excellent, but we opted for delivery 2 days out since thats when our bedframe arrives. All around I felt respected and that they provided great customer service. We will be back in the future.

My daughter decided she wanted a new bed and opted for a day bed with a trundle, having had a full size bed we needed new mattress’s yep plural...we need 2 new mattress’s. I stumbled upon Mattress today and was helped by Patrick. He was so very sweet and patient with me as I had questions about everything lol. But I got 2 great mattress’s that a super comfortable and AFFORDABLE!! We had to order one as it wasn’t there when we made the purchase, ETA was 4 weeks but got it in less than 2! Bought our mattress about 2.5 years ago. The buying process was easy and simple. The mattress was comfy. Fast forward to this last month our mattress has gone down hill dramatically. Our springs in a mattress are all out of wack! On one side of our bed there is a GIANT 5in dent that wont come back up and on the other side the springs are parted like the red sea. Like you are sleeping in an uncomfortable taco. Weve rotated our mattress regularly for even wear. Less then 6 months after we bought it it started sagging in the spots where we sleep. Sadly have to try and fine a new mattress now. Unless you want to buy a mattress every 2 years. AVOID.

Great price, and decent customer service, the reason I say that is because I had to make several calls just to double check about the delivery of my bed, and today is delivery day and still no call to confirm the time. I have worked in Administrative Support for over 5 years and I have to say communication is key with customers especially if you want them to come back and buy more from you.

Salesman doesnt qualify customers very well. What was offered on OfferUp is not what was presented at time of sale. Do not buy here, you can get a better deal somewhere else.
