My wife and I had no idea how to shop for a mattress, so we started the look for mattresses online then go try them out in the store, then buy online thing. We stopped in to Mattress Depot and didnt see the mattress we were looking for online and were about to leave, but their sales person Jeff, started asking great questions and probably figured out we had no idea what were looking for. Jeff did a great job of educating us on the difference between the brands and set us up with a great mattress at an excellent cost. We ended getting pillows, sheets, and a mattress cover all for a great deal. We ended up with a better mattress plus all the extras for about as much as we were going to spend on the lower quality mattress we were looking at. If you are in the market for a mattress Jeff is your dude.

The store manager Jeff is a self-proclaimed mattress nerd which means he spent lots of time making sure we were getting exactly the right setup for us and our sleeping styles. He uses or has used many of the products in the store and I felt like he really knew his stuff. Cant wait for the cloud that is our new mattress to arrive!

The gentleman that worked in this store was so helpful and amazing. We put a whole bed together that had features we both loved and with the help of the gentleman he made it very affordable. My mom and I spent an attire day mattress shopping. Mattress Depot was our 3rd and final stop. By the time we got here we knew what type of bed we were looking for and what our budget was. Lenny was eager to help us make the final decision but did not come off as a used car salesman. The store we went to prior to here was clearly after a sale. He showed us features and products that were WAY over our budget and tried to justify the costs because we were saving SO MUCH MONEY. We were glad to get out of there and on to our next store. My mom and I both purchased a mattress and because the price was such a steal I went with an adjustable frame. The store prior quoted me $600 more then what I spent here for just the mattress (no box spring or adjustable frame). Overall great experience and now I am patientally waiting for my new bed to get delivered! :)

The staff here were very helpful and didnt force us towards something that we didnt want. My wife and I got an adjustable mattress base, and we were originally told that we were going to receive it early June but ended up getting it in July. I would say thats more of a manufacturing issue. Overall it was a great experience shared with a knowledgeable and caring sales team.
