Super great place. The food is good, the produce stand is good, the coffee is great. There is a hand-blown glass shop that is really cool and immediately got 200.00 of my money and I didnt even know I wanted glass art in my house. I went to the market for broccoli for crying out loud. Go there is pretty neat.
This is small market space where small business owners can sell their wares. You will find arts and crafts, foods and body and beauty products. There is also a taco stand open now serving decent Mexican food.If you visit, make sure to stop by the Only Oatmeal Cookie Creations shop a for tasty spin on the oatmeal cookie!
Great little market, inside out of the weather. Kind of like mini Pike Place Market. Produce, food and crafts.
This public market is dog friendly. All the vendors are superfriendly. It has a parking garage as well. Make sure to stop by Love Lurra and grab a candle, they smell so good & burn evenly. We got cute car stickers at the hoodie sweater shop. The shops range from roasted nuts, meats, glasswoeks, coconut camdles & bathbombs that smell so good as u walk by. A shop with crystal bracelets, bath products, and oils. There are hoodies sweaters, car stickers, and coffee shops. So glad we stopped by here. There is a road that goes up & down the Bayfront, with parking spots & piers to look for otters. Then off to Point Defiance Park.
Public/Farmers market Lots of parking easy to get into and out of . Its worth stopping in and see what they have. next to Point Ruston. Excellent place to walk with outstanding views of Commencement Bay!
Im from out of state visiting family and its my first time here. There were several shops inside that had a lot of cute things. We walked along the waterfront trail and I couldnt believe I walked it all.
I love the atmosphere. The taco street is awesome. Love the choices of proteins.
Point Ruston Public Market is a good place with lots of vendors Cafe jumping goats and a nice indoor outdoor Mexican place also everyones friendly good place to sit down and relax I recommend this place not too crowded ever either
Ok, this area was, for decades, a toxic waste area from a former industry. Now there is a long public waterfront, along with a huge INDOOR local market. Quite a bit if variety too.
Still small but growing. Its nice to help support local small business. Friendly staff, variety, and fresh meat and fruit.
Beautiful bouquets, delicious food, and all kinds of artisan goods. Since its on a Thursday I never have money to buy provide for my meals, but they always look great!
The Love Lurra candle shop is wonderful. I’m there buying for family and friends weekly. The cheese stand is really good too.And the flowers are always fresh and gorgeous.Last, the addition of dancing goats was perfect for us.This place makes me happy every time we go. There’s always something for us. Great addition to the community!
Small market with some neat booths. Good food and Owens Meats are worth the visit.
Went specifically to go to Owens Meat which an Great meat market but Point Ruston Public Market seems like a great place, Monday at 5pm probably isnt the best time to go as more than half of the vendors were closed. I think it will be fun to check out some Saturday when the suns out.
I had NO idea this place there! Its really nice and will even nicer once its at full vendor capacity. I highly recommend going now to get a feel for the place and this summer go to the ir Farmers market on Sundays.
Great one stop shop. Unique gifts, coffee, treats and delicious food.
So many great vendors. A lot, if not most, of the public market vendors are donating a portion of their proceeds to LGBTQ charities for Pride month. Beautiful products, yummy food, and beautiful flowers both at the Farmers market and Public Market.
This was a great after church outing and small business experience!!Just Lovely and Wonderful Products and the People that make them are even better!!
I like that we have another great place to buy local art and produce now. The upstairs seating has excellent views of Rainer and the sound.
Its still in the process of becoming bigger, but good selection of fresh meats and other goods.
A delightful public market filled with local vendors selling arts and crafts. Owens meats has a shop within and a grocery store is on deck for future expansion.
If you havent been there, you should check it out!! Really cool local artists with amazing one of a kind pieces of art! The only thing is that they do not validate any purchase ☹️. Someone hopefully is going to fix that because makes no sense.
Its not really ready yet. I hope this summer their are more shops open. Should be fun once everything opens. They need more food. Point Ruston itself is Beautiful.
Good place to visit at least once in your lifetime.
Stores were great. Disabled Parking needs to be in front of main entrance. Not way far against the walls. Too far away. They are not ADA compliant.
The place was very clean and open, the food was great. We bought a lot of meat from the meat market.
Little miss sweets NYC has a booth here and they are the best gluten free desserts Ive ever had!
Nice market with numerous booths and lots of variety. Make sure to check out owens meats. Also you can take a walk on the point and het some beautiful views of Mt Rainer.
Fun place and up at the indoor area very good meat place.
Fine place. Cute too, but over priced. Heck I safe 1/2 at.Safeway. Phil
Nice, friendly market. Check out the produce stand
This is a cool little market. Lots of items, from meat to crafts, to art. We make it a point to stop in often.
I really liked this place!👍😁 I think I will love it when its done and everything is open. Really came here for Owens Meats. They never ever disappoint! But we also tried apples at Fardells Farms and they were sweet, crisp and mouth watering!😋 They had some nice looking veggies I will be back for. There was an Oatmeal cookie store that had wonderful cookies and brownies. Also, two goats coffee shop that had a smooth and tasty mocha. No burned taste here. Thinking and hoping that they are local. Lots of wonderful handmade items and varying art. There was also handcrafted beers and ciders. Looked pretty great too. But, I was the driver. Well be back for sure. Eager to see how this place grows! Very nice so far!👍😁
Were there at least once a month. Cant wait till its in full operation
Great place to shop, eat and just walk around enjoying the atmosphere.
A must visit!! Perfect tourist spot or Mothers Day visit showcasing local products. Open seven days a week, excellent local meats, Dancing Goats espresso, cheese, flowers, SOS soapery has the best hyaluronic acid face serum, special lotions and soaps for dry skin all handmade, Only Oats makes yummy oatmeal cookies, vegan brownies huge and tasty. The whole area is gorgeous, beautiful view, lots of parking, walking trails below on the waterfront!
Stopped in for some chicken at the meat market, flowers for my daughters birthday and well, a couple of oatmeal cookies for me!Parking is ample and free with validation. Weekends are when youll find the most vendors open. Think Pike Place Market...most vendors are open daily but the weekends are where its at.They frequently have food trucks in the parking lot, so watch their website and Facebook page for those! (We missed the waffle truck by about 10 minutes this trip!)
Fun excersion, not many businesses open yet .. barren ..
Market was underwhelming. Much of it is still being constructed and good lord there are too many people.
The Dancing Goat Cafe is good. Wish more vendors will come soon. Especially the Mexican food place.
Local great find for food, bath and body, meat and art.
Love it here. Awesome I door market and great food!
Great place to browse. My wife thanked me for taking her.
Lots of shops, great vibe beautiful view of harbor
The outside parts were wet and cold but ok. Inside booths are terrific.
Fun place good selection plenty of parking
Great to see development on this end of town.
Was our first time there and absolutely will not be the last. Had fun with all the vendors and felt quite safe.
What a great market full of local vendors! This reminds me of a micro Pike Place Market without getting lost! Awesome place to support small businesses. We need more markets like this in WA!
Kind of crowded and great shops🤪🤚🏻
The food was balanced and truly authentic.Going to ask if they do catering next time I stop by (because I will be coming back).
Lots of fun. Lots of choices. A little expensive.
The public market had a lot of different foods and vegetables and flowers and wines, also have a meat market the pepperoni was yum yum and also the mixture of cheese, pepperoni, and other meats, but the landjagers were the worst Ive ever tasted. They might need to work on the landjagers.
Cool spot and it will be much better once all the booths are full.
Pleasant walk through local artistry.
Will be great when finished but its taking so long
Soft opening and already a hit with Owen Meats! To be clear, as of this writing, its a soft opening with just a handful of merchants. Owen is an anchor, and as far as Im concerned, its already on my short list 😋Ample parking (so far). Free for 2 hours. And yes, MASKS ARE REQUIRED, no sit in, social distancing.
Rusting Public Market has a few stores open and a few booths open at their farmers market. Its growing by leaps and bounds.Ferry Dock from here to Vashon Island and back. And, I cant forget Point Defiance Park, really nice Zoo and 2 Aquarium. They are open at the present time but you have to make appointments for you and your guest. Members or not.
Half the stores are closed or shut down. Thanks Covid
Great Meat Market and local Produce..
I went to visit as Id never been inside before until Sunday. I made purchases from Owens meats. Well go back again. Ill add pictures after my next visit
It isnt fully built out yet but it has a few operating businesses. Its worth a stop. Looking forward to more businesses and loved the meat market and fruit stand. I will try the Seattle Nuts next time.
Many vendors were not there, not much to shop.
Loved it.
Owens meat is fabulous!
Everyone was closed when I went, but Im sure its fins
Flowers are so pretty!
Nice little market, good meat market. The place will be even better as more businesses move in
West Coast Laser Design LLC booth is amazing!
Love this area!
Like the one on Pearl street .
Cool place
Nice 👍
Friendly shopkeepers. Fun variety.
Overpriced and with vendors who are aggressive to the point of rudeness, this is not so much a fun place to shop as a stressful one.
Love it!
Not much variety
Different
Is the beginning of pike place market in Tacoma
Mexican all zo good
