Had 6 beanies embroidered in a short time frame. Cost was reasonable, and good customer service. They helped me pick out font style and color of thread to go with the color of beanie I selected. Will be using them again!

Horrible customer service and zero integrity as a business. We took in 4 jackets and 20 shirts which the owner counted himself and wrote the numbers on my invoice. When I picked up my order there were only 3 jackets, not 4 and they didnt mention anything to me about the missing jacket, (even though they knew it wasnt there) and I found out when I got back to work and opened the box. I called them immediately and the owner argued that there must have only been 3 jackets to start with and when I reminded him that we counted them in together, his reply was: I dont know what to tell you. I will never go back and I encourage you to take your business elsewhere!
