As a church in the PNW we love to support local business. When we came across Promo we instantly felt connected to Lauren and Tyler. They understood what we wanted and the look and style that we were going for. They go above and beyond for their customers and that makes all the difference. A client of mine needed artwork recreated to be turned around for a big shirt order in a small time frame. When I reached out to other companies they all turned me down telling me they could not recreate the artwork or even get the shirts turned around in time for the event. And then Promo Originals got back to me and said no problem! They recreated the artwork, made color and style suggestions for my client, and even worked within our budget. In the end the products were delivered in time and looked fabulous! I really would have been up the creek, if Promo hadn’t stepped in. Huge shout out to Tyler and Lauren for making my clients dreams come true. They even went above and beyond to keep the shop open late and donated to the event! Definitely the best local shop around. Promo Originals gave me excellent personal customer service to meet our needs for a mask that would provide safety. We LOVE the masks. They are comfortable, breathable and well constructed. What I especially like are the arms that go over your ears. Easy on and off. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Promo!

Love them! I purchased their masks at the start of Covid to try out at work. Im a hairstylist, so I work long hours & get pretty hot in the mask but these were the most comfortable. They come out far enough on me that it doesnt touch my mouth & fit my face perfectly. I really love their design & that fact that you can adjust the sizing. I also wore them throughout my pregnancy & felt super safe in them but I also felt like I could actually breathe. Can’t say enough great things about their products. 10/10

A great place to work!

These guys are amazing and their products are amazing!Their mask is the only mask Ive found that sits on my face without pressing on my lips and its the only one Ive found that I feel like I can actually breathe wearing it.One of the coolest features of this mask are the arms that sit on your ears much like glasses would rather than other masks that have elastic that goes around the ears and is very uncomfortable! This mask is lightweight and VERY comfortable!!! Its the only mask I wear and Ive bought one for everyone in my family and recommend it to everyone I talk to!!

Ordered 2 face masks from them and the masks were far too small and the ear hook was not fully sanded and very rough. I reached out to their returns to request a return and was told that they are not doing any returns. This was not disclosed on the order email or on their website. I have been asking for a refund for multiple emails or for them to send a replacement but they do not email back. Strongly discourage working with this business.
