The kiddo had a Banana Split with Blackberry Hibiscus, Tripple Mango and Cotton Candy ice creams. Everything was delicious.

Love the ice cream, you pretty much know what youre going to get when youre going to Baskin-Robbins. However my girlfriend ordered the banana split and that was a disgrace. Please teach your people how to make a real banana split. When the whipped cream is melting before she even hands it to you its time to whip out a new bottle. Nuts and cherries would have been nice too.

When you come here be aware of the short hair lady it looks like she works routine here now, bad customers service. She is not a pleasant lady, you can see she is easily frustrated/giving you attitude when you ask her to do more than 1 thing that she is supposed to do as her job. Never stop by again.

I went in on a Tuesday night about 10 minutes before closing time, where they are offering discounted scoops for Family Night. I have to say, most places make it clear they are closing (which is totally understandable) but I did not feel rushed at all to place my order even though it didnt take me long. I just appreciated that they didnt give off that hurry up and get out feeling. I didnt get the names of the two young ladies that helped but they were so friendly! The only downside is that you arent able to tip when using a card. I hope the owner reads this and makes a change because I know their employees would probably get a bunch more in tips for the service theyre giving.

I frequent B&R alot. I am a fan of the blasts. Today I went to get a blast with an extra shot. I was also using a t-mobile $5 coupon. The first blast I got was not mixed thoroughly and was just chunky with ice. I returned it as I couldnt drink it. The shift manager was not pleasant having to remake it. She did not add my extra shot but tried to make it look like she was. Im a pretty mellow customer and seldomly complain unless its related to how Im treated. This manager was clearly distracted. Today your service fell short of nice, and that makes me sad.

I went in search of a bday cake (last minute) and I found one at Baskin and Robbins! Cookies and cream icream partnered with white cake. The associate that assisted me even wrote on the cake for FREE which was fantastic! It was absolutely delicious pairing of ice-cream and cake. The frosting was light and not overpowering too- which was perfect! So they have these pre made cakes but you can also pre-order them to your need. I absolutely love these cakes from Baskin and Robbins and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Went to Another baskin robbins at 9:50pm. They said we are already closed,Sorry!Then we went to this location at 10:02pm(they closed at 10)and the girls over there didnt said anything, They still helped us. 5 star for this location.

My son and I showed up at 9:03pm to get some ice cream for our Saturday movie night and the door was locked. The manager said through the door they were closed and I said online it says they stay open until 10pm.. He shrugged his his shoulders and through the glass said he can close whenever he feels like it.. my 5 year old was upset and crying. I called the one in downtown Puyallup and they said were open and per franchise rules all locations are to stay open until 10pm..

My daughter and I have bought ice cream twice in the last month its been melting before the worker brings it to the counter.First experience we got a sundae plus half gallon of ice cream by the time ice cream hot home it was melted. This time ice cream sandwiches were melted before I could even eat them.. this has now happened t wes ice where the ice cream is more like milk. If I wanted milk I would of gone to grocery outlet. Or a grocery store. I have coming to this place for at least 3 years . Its gone down hill. If you going to keep business going then give the customers what they want. If you cant then shut your doors..close up.

Closes at 9. Closes at 855 and claims to be out of milk for milkshakes. But, its in a little fridge and doesnt want to open it because of the inconvenience for them. The clock in there in 5-7 minutes fast making the customer think its closed. Its not. Couldnt give a phone number to corporate because this is the SECOND TIME this has happened. But could all the sudden make my milkshake right after I asked for the phone number. How professional. Put your sign to 855 if you wanna close at 855. Dont make me feel bad because your getting paid to do your job and was hoping no one would come in last minute. How rude. Dairy Queen shall be the go to. It was the only moment I could sneak out from the kids.

The owner is super stingy. The scoops are maybe 3 tablespoons. The 2 and 3 scoop ice creams weighed the exact same. He weighed them and I had to come home and see what they weighed. Have lost my business entirely. No need to pinch pennies unless you want to completely lose a customer. Your customers keep the lights on, remember that.

There was no blueberry cheesecake ice cream so I chose the strawberry cheesecake one instead. Except there was no strawberry in it. Also the lady dropped half a scoop into the butternut toffee and then picked it up and put it in my container! I am pregnant and hormones are crazy right now but I kept my cool and just waited for my kids to be done and left. I dont think Ill be going back if shes still there. If I wanted butternut toffee with my cheesecake I would have asked for it!

Sweet and affordable. I often order from them, happy with the service. It has been a while since last time here, but now that I am back to the area, they are about to see me a lot.

I love this place! The owners are so friendly. Yes, they both have strong Indian accents but dont let that deter you from getting great tasting (if a bit expensive) ice cream.

Sub par experience. I walked into blasting rap music and barely friendly customer service. Ice cream is fine however. I definitely wouldnt stay to eat my frozen treat. Also the front door is unnecessarily heavy.

Havent been to this place in so long. I always loved baskin robins. They have different flavors to choose from. Cups, cones and even bowl cones. Cool.

Their is very good I tried the love potion flavor to day it was great it was a white chocolate and rassperry mix with heart chocolate.

I ordered a reeses peanut butter cups sundae. The picture looked simple enough and sooo yummy, but unfortunately I got the new girl who didnt know how to look at the picture or read the directions apparently, so I didnt really feel like I got my $8.00 worth and definitely did t get the picture made Sundae. So would that be false as advertisement or am I just being too picky. I just wish the girl wasnt so skimpy on the ice cream scoops and the other things too. Ugh... and some of the items on there menu is way to expensive.

VERY RUDE.My bf & I are regular customers and get the same thing EVERY TIME; pint with 4-5 different flavors, Even have had the manager take our order with no issues. But today, the young man said no and that his manager only allows 2 flavors which isnt true and gave an attitude when i said I wanted to change the flavor since I can only get 2 now.Very disappointed. Only reason we go to Baskin Robins is specifically for our multi-flavor pints and he ruined that for us.

Quite a shame. Came in on April 4th, 2019. Door says 9 but they were closed by 8:30 and we were told very rudely to “get out” by a young lady because they were “closed” with the open sign on, a costumer inside, and all lights on. Lost my business. Train your employees to be kind. You never know what kind of day a person could be having.

A little inexperienced staff but nothing bad to say. She was trying her best and was doing a good job of not being frustrated.

Ridiculous you need to change your hours or fire whoever you have working there For the closing shift. 10pm oclock is what time you have For what time it closes not 9:20pm. This is the 2nd time weve come here After looking online to make sure it said 10 oclock p.m. . The 2nd time of showing up well before 9:30 p.m. And its closed. The last time it was 9:15 and there were people inside still working they just wouldnt open the door.

Not neat and not clean, i ate my ice cream and there are alot of hairs on it, itsfrom the employee, who serve it, notice them theyre not even using proper gloves to scoop the ice cream, using only bare hands, no hair nets, and some of the employee sneeze alot, not even wearing mask, not going back here again..should be zero star.

Ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone for 6.25. The scoops were so small they barely were over the edge of the cone, which tasted like cardboard.
