They have awesome shirts and pop figures! I found a lot of pop figures of the simpsons which is really cool. Some were even exclusive to the store! Really good service and decor, and I suggest everybody to go!

Staff was super polite, good humored and friendly. Made it a fun experience. Went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

We love going to Hot Topic they always have all the cool clothes and accessories but with the pandemic it make it a hassel to get into store. We had to stand in line for over 30 minutes due to health regulations and capacity limits. Hot Topic once we got into shop was awesome They are always very helpful and polite.

I really appreciate the fact that they only let a certain number of customers into the store at a time. The staff was amazing in asking if I needed help with anything and answering all the questions I had about some of the items being sold there. 💜💜

I like the fact that even though it was annoying to wait in line tonight, the staff member didnt let anyone else in because there was a child that was too young to wear a face cover in the store. Its nice to see that level of caring during these times. Also the manager was actively making sure that people were keeping their masks on correctly.

Just not what it used to be. All the plugs are silicone or plastic usually as well. Band shirts arent the same, too many classics they used to give appreciation to that have vanished. I understand keeping up with the times but im 25 and Hot Topic was my generation, they dont have the Tripp pants like they used to and all their prices (have always been expensive) keep even their clearance at a higher price than expected. Points system changes every 4-5 years so if youre a random shopper dont worry about the points continually accumulating over a longer time. Hot topic has become the same as Claires, unnecessary. I wish it was a store that would take a side of maturing towards its customers and products as well.

Was my first time in there. My daughter was super excited to find what she was looking for. Their reward system seems pretty good. Only thing I didnt like was how cramped it was. Its not very wheelchair friendly.

A very nice hot topic. Typical for the chain, but the staff were very kind and helpful. The store was laid out in a path that made sense, and their different sections were very clear to identify. Angel was very helpful in directing me to what I needed to find, and overall I would recommend this store.

Best place for Anime merchandise..

Theres hardly any space to walk through the store, not to mention the lack of space for a line (which is especially bad as the cashiers always seem to be as slow as they can be). The staff is helpful if youre looking for something, but the store just really isnt pleasant to be in. Though, Ive never been to any other Hot Topics, they could all be set up like that.

I absolutely adore Hot Topic! This location is slightly smaller than others I have been in but they really take advantage of their storefront. They have stuff from ceiling to floor and every square inch in between. There is always awesome music playing and killer deals to be had plus the employees are just awesome that work there!

Hot topic has been my favorite place to go for anything rock. I just wish it was bigger.

They had cool stuff, well stocked and the staff was friendly and funny. They werent pushy and didnt hover as most places do. Pleasant experience.

I really like Hot Topic as they have a variety of fandoms and there is always something there I like. But my biggest complaint is how small it is. You get the occasional rude shoppers who just stare at you when you are trying to squeeze by and they dont want to shuffle out of your way. Ive also experienced both good and bad customer service. Some welcome me with smiles and make sure I get the help I need but other times Im completely ignored, even at the cash register. Ive stood at the cash register right in front of a girl and waited literally 10 minutes while she talked about her personal life to another employee and when I asked if I was at the right register, she rolled her eyes, snatched my stuff, threw it in the bag and then kept talking to the other employee. My most recent experience, however, was pretty decent and all the employees were very friendly and talkative!

Came in looking for a birthday gift for my nephew and wanted to buy half the store (per the usual). Great selection of pop culture clothes and accessories, all really good quality. The staff were very friendly, also!

Normally I have a good experience here. Today not at all. Wasnt even greeted. Was glared at anytime i even looked at an employee. And was not once asked if i needed anything. Pretty dismal. I didnt even get asked if I was ok for accidentally knocking a display. The gal with faded green hair just glared at me like I was a bug she couldnt swat. It was really uncomfortable. I may just spend the gas and go to south hill from now on :(

Hot Topic has become a stop for me when before it never was. The workers are very friendly and helpful. And the SELECTION is HUGE. If you are a pop collector this is a must stop.

I always have fun going to Hot Topic. Every time I go to the mall I visit. I love their selection of geekiness, especially Doctor Who. To really get a wide selection of Doctor Who apparel it is best to visit the website and use the store for sizing if they dont have what you want in-store.

The manager very politely accommodated a return even in this busy back for school fees and I appreciate it.

This is a trendy store. I only go in when I am with my kiddo. The music is just WAY TO LOUD for ear comfort. Good sale on shirts tho so I braved the headache I knew I would have by the time we where done...in we went. Amazingly I was actually greeted sincerely this time...usually as I am over 50 the sales people great and immediately turn away. However this time the young lady that asked if I needed help actually stopped and saw me and listed to my question about the genre I couldnt find and helped me find what we needed...I asked her about the music and processes to tell her that with the noise so loud the store may be loosing my demographic who actually has a disposable income to spend and actual interest believe it or not in the merchandise the store has to offer due to the unpleasant experiences of the shopping experience noise level. I would rather shop on li e and not have to put up with the auditory assault than come to the store and support the brick and mortor establishment. To my impression that young women went to the manager 3 different times and by the time we left the music was almost tolerable...cpncert loud but tolerable. And this gal had a bit more commission coming in her check for taking the time to help and listen and act. Good job and thanks for helping me start my Christmas shopping.

This place is hands down my favorite place to shop, not just at the tacoma mall but anywhere. Its probably been that way for the last 10+ years now on top of that. Every time I walk into this place I get the feeling that they must have made the place just for me specifically lol. The females side would be for the clothes Id make my girlfriend rock lol. Great deals, great clothing, great accessories, usually great employees and awesome all around style on their all of their clothing. Be you a nerd, goth, emo, punk, scene, gamer, anime fan or just somebody who likes having a variety of different genres when it comes to your clothes you will almost positively find at least one or two things inside here that youll like. 5 out of 5 ☆s from me!
