This place was busy. The had the shoe styles and brands that we needed. They had cons, berks, UGGs, crocks in most sizes. There were accessories for sale here too. Being near the food court, there was plenty of foot traffic. The ladies were also very helpful. We were in and out quickly with 3 pairs of shoes and socks.

Not as many options as online, but employee- Mariah patiently walked around the store with me for about 20minutes, giving me information on each shoe I inquired on along with her honest opinion until I found a pair I loved. 😊 EXCELLENT customer service, nice vibes in the store from all staff and cool prices.

When looking for workers, LEARN TO READ THEIR APPLICATION AND AVAILABILITY BEFORE MAKING THAT CALL TO SET UP INTERVIEWS!!!!!! People like students apply because they want to start having experience and esp. going into the holidays. Of course they OBVIOUSLY cnt work full time, so why call them and act like your interested in having them come in?! Only to turn them down and discourage them saying no stores in tacoma mall would hire you you sound IGNORANT and you dont run other stores!!! It would definitely suck to work for a company with people like you, LETS BE HONEST!!!!! FYI JOB WAS OFFERED IN THE SAME MALL😎

Bree is such a good asset to the journeys name. She helped me and my niece and nephew get all taken care of minutes before a big graduation. She was so helpful I love her so much

Today during the 5 oclock hour I came into the store without wearing a mask. I was in a car accident just over a week ago where my nose was broken and my life was nearly taken from me in a flash. I came in hoping to find a cute pair of vans to wear with some new jeans I got hoping to just feel a bit better after the last weeks accident. I immediately told I needed to put my mask on, I told the team member that addressed me that I had a medical reason for not wearing a mask and was left alone. Then was instantly ridiculed by a young gentlemen at the front counter wearing a purple and pink tie die type shirt and told that if I couldnt wear a mask I needed to leave and was not allowed to shop there per the governers restrictions. I am aware of the restrictions and ALL of the laws that go with it. I will be reporting your store to higher authorities and will not ever shop here again after the way I was treated today. I told him he had just lost my business, and he replied, thats okay, we take COVID seriously. I also take covid seriously and have lost family members due to this awful disease, however I still have rights as an American citizen and the way I was treated today took those rights away. I am appalled and astonished. If I was able to post pictures on here to show the bruising my makeup is currently hiding I would. I can not believe how rudely I was treated. And this is where mandates overcome human decency. I should sue. And I might.

I was extremely pleased with the service I got on the phone with Evan. My daughter needed to exchange her boots I sent for her Christmas, and he assured me hed take care of it which he did. I received much greater assurance of resolution from him than I did another store in Seattle. Highly recommend!!!. . . Update: The manager was waiting on her after Evan passed her info on, and she took care of my daughters needs. Overall great store and people!

Small but great little sports shop with many brand names....my favorite? Vans! They dont have the large inventory that the Vans store has but the have cool stuff at great prices! They have other brand names too all at great prices! The staff is very helpful and will do what they can to help you find that special thing youre looking for. Journeys is located in Tacoma Mall near the food court.

Bought a pair of converse here- asked them what their return policy was and they said theyll take it back as long as its been purchase within that month. Tried to return them because they didnt fit quite right and they wouldnt take them! Made me go to the bathroom and clean them!!!!? Seriously, guys- just buy your shoes at Nordstrom. They do pride matching and their return policy is incredible.
