Worst customer service ever! Staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Most of their products can be found for a lot cheaper online. Highly recommend dealing with any other company! Safe yourself the hassle dont even call.

Charlie is the man. We spun a hub on an old Mercury outboard two weeks before a major trip. I tried three places and between lost packages, wrong parts, and bad inventory, had come up empty handed with two days before our trip. When I called, Charlie knew the motor we were trying to find a prop for, knew his offered options, and double checked inventory. Then he got two props in a box and overnighted them. We had the propeller on the boat in time for a test run and then had a great trip. Thanks Charlie and Tacoma Propeller!

Fantastic service. Spun the hub on my 15HP Evinrude yesterday. Spoke with Mercedes this morning. Very friendly. She said there are a couple different options and rather than guessing, count the splines and call me back. Called her back when I got home from work. She still had the notes we talked about this morning. Double checked everything and shipped it today.Im in the parts business myself. Good help is hard to find. Mercedes is good help!

Charlie definitely knows what hes doing! I came in needing the right propeller for my boat that I just bought. He set me up with a prop that was the right pitch that got me out of the water and on a plane right away. I was able to reach max RPM and speed right away. Once there back off on the throttle a little bit and find the sweet spot, less fuel burned with max horsepower available when needed.

These folks are great! Stuck with a bad prop on the Tombigbee river in Demopolis Alabama. Called Charlie up Monday morning and he machined a new prop and shipped it the same day. Received it Tuesday afternoon, installed it Wednesday morning. Fit perfect and smooth running. I highly recommend these folks and I cant say enough about their great service. Thank you guys!

I have used this shop for years and they are always very prompt, professional and friendly. In this case, I repowered an old boat with new powerplant (60s big block Chevy to new small block Chevy) which can be challenging to get the prop just right. Charlie worked with me to identify an issue of noise with the old prop and sizing for the new one. We went with a new 4 blade prop which is quieter, smoother and hits the manufacturers recommended RPM spot on. We couldnt be happier with the service. Great Job !!!

By far the best customer service I’ve had with anything to deal with a boat part. I live about 2.5 hrs away and was able to do business quick and painless right over the phone. This is small bizz mom and pop shop, we came in with a bent prop strut that needed straitening and a Prop that needed cut and balance. They did An A class job. At a great price. On even better time schedule getting us repaired 3 days early Ill be buying all my zincs here also.We cruise/ live aboard and they had,us back in our home faster then we could imagine. I ordered a propeller on 4/24 and received it a couple days later. It was very prompt delivery and impressive support emails with tracking number to notify me of the shipping progress. Outstanding sales and service. Their price is super competitive as well.When I attempted to install the propeller the next day, unfortunately, I encountered a problem. I noticed the new prop is a little bit shorter than the original and does not have the brass hub to secure the washer. I contacted Sales, and within an hour, Charles called to help me realize that the propeller I ordered was for an older Mercury engine. He shipped out the correct one which I also received promptly and installed it perfectly for the same price. And lastly, I received a full credit for the other propeller when it was shipped back.I am so thankful for the outstanding customer service, quality, price, and delivery. I wish the company the best and strongly recommend it to my friends, family members and coworkers.

I would give 10 stars of if could. Truly experts on props and prop repair. I explained the problem with my current prop, i was given a recommendation, which turned out perfect! The boss even came out and helped me change my prop, THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their prices were as good as internet pricing too!

I found the service fast and efficient and they were also very friendly. They had what I needed and suggested additional things that made them top notch. I would definitely go back to them if I break another propeller. They also fix propellers but I had damage mine so much that the cost of repair would have exceeded the cost of buying one of their new ones. Great service thanks.

Wow! I am so pleased with the service and product I received from Tacoma Propeller. After hitting a submerged obstacle in 20 feet of water on a camping trip, I had to put on a worn backup propeller and hub to get by. The one destroyed was brand new at the beginning of this season. So when I got home, I immediately started a web search for something that was better priced than the one I bought at the beginning of the seasonI hadnt heard of Tacoma Propeller, before but after searching the Web one night at around 1 AM I found they had great prices on name brand equipment. And they were a local Puget Sound based company. Their prices were better than anything I found on Amazon. They also had $5 shipping. So I placed the order at 1AM on Tuesday, they emailed me at 9 AM in the morning indicating they might not be able to ship it until Thursday since it was out of stock but would let me know. But later that day I received an email indicating both parts had been shipped. And the best part is that it all arrived on Wednesday, the next day, via UPS ground!Heres why I liked them and highly recommend them.1) They communicated quickly, honestly and concisely (3 emails in addition to the order confirmation automatic emails),2) They exceeded my expectations by delivering in just 1 day. Totally surprised!3) Their prices were the best for great products, not some knockoff.4) They are a local store and I love supporting local merchants.5) Charles Wright did all the work in this case and is a great asset to Tacoma Propeller.
