What a Great Service! This is my second time bringing my vehicles here for repairs after a car accident and I will not take my vehicles to any other place. The two front desk ladies were amazing and thorough and took extra care to remind me to grab items like my garage door opener that I consistently forget, not only when I dropped my car off but also when I returned the rental and even double checked I’d remembered to get gas even though that’s not through them. The work done was amazing and the customer service side was excellent, I’d definitely go to them again (but hopefully won’t have anymore fender benders).

While the repair date is a month and a half out, I had missed my estimate appointment and they were able to squeeze me in same day no problem. Erin didnt waste any time, explained what they were looking for and the potential unknowns, and had me out faster than I expected. Great customer service and well set expectations. Actually I was surprised on how I was treated and how easy it was to work out a time and day that I could expect to have my car repaired. Every thing was explained in detail and from the first visit to picking up my car there were no surprises exactly as planned. Super friendly and the person doing the work explained exactly what needed to be done and when I picked up the car he presented me the results I was happy and totally satisfied with the results. I was referred to Carstar of Parkland though a co-worker when my truck was involved in a hit and run. The whole entire process from estimate to drop off and picking up my rental was painless. Frequently sending updates in regards to the repairs. Just all around good people very nice and professional!

The whole process went perfectly, Genaro Morales at CARSTAR Hi-Tech Parkland was awesome! After the assessment, Genaro completely explained everything that was going to be done to our car and how long it would take to complete. He kept us informed/updated during the entire process and had it completed on time exactly as promised. They do great repair work, laid out and matched the silver metallic paint perfectly, the car looks as good as new! Highly recommend this shop to others...

I received text throughout the time my car was being worked on and the front desk clerk always had an update to my vehicle. I even got to drop off a part for my car while it was depaneled that got installed. I appreciate their patience and understanding.

Professional, communicative, and excellent customer service. Teresa was on top of everything by having the car rental prepared and by keeping me informed with the timeframe of everything. Genaro, did an excellent job with my vehicle. Not only did he fix the body, but he and Carstar went above and beyond the touched up the plastic trim to match the color of the new rear bumper, straighten out my bent license plates and was washed and vacuumed. Things I did not expect. Most shops would’ve just had the job done on the bumper and that’s it. I’m happy, I’m pleased, so much that if I ever wanted to go and fix my vehicles with the cost out of pocket, I would go to Carstar in parkland. Definitely would recommend this company and this locations staff and management.

The front office had excellent customer service. We left the car there and kept us posted daily on what was going on. They did such a good job with the car that it looked just like it had came off the showroom floor. I will pass the word on to friends and relatives that if they are in a collision to go to CARSTAR in Parkland, WA and that they wont find a better body shop in the state of Washington to repair their car.

I came here for auto body repairs from a collision. They were very friendly, patient and informative. They kept the lobby clean, communicated well and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely return if needed.

My car was stolen and when it was finally recovered by police, it was a mess. Car star helped me identify damage and made the entire horrible process so easy. They were kind at a time I needed kindness. My car looks great, they made sure that all evidence of the theft were erased. I wanted to hug them when it was all over. Highly recommend.

Not very happy with the service I have gotten so far. Hopefully they take better care of my car when they have it. Unfortunately due to the other persons car insurance paying, I dont get many choices on where I get my car fixed. This would not be my first choice.

This place is a collection of liars. for a simple scratch on my bumper i was estimated $1100. i have a photo of it if needed. they said i had to replace my bumper because scratch is to deep. lie. every other 3 places i went did $150-420 estimate. just little fix and paint. rip off. dont come here ever.

Good work however poor attention to detail, tailgate left un locked twice steering wheel left un locked antenna left on cab floor and not reinstalled allmost all knobs turned all the way up(temp 80 degrees there work is goo but be ready to check all your settings and knobs

Ive only gotten my estimate at this point but Im very thankful I was sent here. The staff has been friendly and kind. Genaro (G) looked at my car and simply asked what I would like to do about it as its quite a lot of damage. I told him I want the necessities taken care of and he listened. He kept it simple and cost effective.

I was very happy with my service here! The staff was super nice, they got my car done ahead of schedule, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. They even have candy and a Keurig in the waiting room, which is a huge plus. Would recommend!

I was treated with excellent customer service right when I walked in the doors

I was an employee on the mechanical/transport side. You would think, if a mechanic is ASE Certified, they would know exactly how to diagnose and repair an older vehicle. Not to mention, take care of their own. Not the case. The shop supervisor insisted on his guys to do the necessary repair on my pov. There are reasons why only I wrench my vehicles. A new alternator was installed incorrectly, thus creating electrical issues. When I diagnosed the error of the mechanics ways, I discovered the wires were sandwiched up against the motor and there was, also, 4 wires that were burned clean through, as the wiring harness was laying on the exhaust manifold. Unhappy am I. And quite ticked off. Hence the reason why ONLY I MAY WORK ON MY VEHICLE.

Customer service was EXCELLENT dealing with these guys. Kept me informed throughout the repair period and the business being open until 6pm was a major plus in being able to pick my vehicle up after work. All of their work comes with a guaranteed warranty (even though I dont think Ill be having trouble with the work that was done!). Would absolutely recommend this business!

Exceeded my expectations! My car was fixed quickly, they have text alerts, washed and vacuumed too! Excellent service and friendly staff.

Had my car towed here the 2nd of September and its October 1st, still havent seen my car. Theyve changed the estimated repair time on me twice. Also gave me a different diagnostic of what needed to be done two times I called.

Work was excellent. Upon final payment they charged me less than the estimate.

I took my car to fix and had electronics in my inside. After I pick up my car those electronics were not there, obviously someone from their facility must of grabbed it. I ask the front desk lady about it and she wasnt unable to tell me why. If you take your car to a shop is because you put your trust on them that they will be doing a good job in taking care of your car.

If I could give this place lower than what I gave it then I would. I never got anything done because the interaction I had with the person running the front desk discouraged me from going any further. I had stopped by on my way from work to see if I could get a rough estimate but if not make an appointment. I walked in there looking disheveled from work(I work in construction) and asked about a rough estimate done that day. The gentleman at the front desk said that ay this time of night (an hour before closing)it would be really hard. I explained to him pleasantly that i understand but its been hard to get in anywhere as i work a 60 hour schedule and have to grey up before 4:40 am and get off after 4:40pm. He proceeded to say in a condescending way that everybody works. So i opted for making an appointment. He asked that I fill out the information and I proceeded to explain the situation with my car being in an accident. He stopped me and asked whay insurance company would bet paying for it, I told him that I would be doing it out of pocket. He asked whay company would I be looking to possibly pay for it. I told him the company and he began how they have problems with this company paying for anything done there and how they dont like to deal with him. Now my problem with this is how he kept asking anout am insurance company AFTER i told him that I would be paying out of pocket. I understand that my appearance didnt give him to impression that would be able to pay for any auto body work done there but i would have hoped that I would receive the same respect as any other customer. If a person tells you they are paying cash then the conversation of any insurance should not come to play. Needless to say ill be bringing my business elsewhere.
