Dont bother making an appointment. Walk ins are always taken in front of appointments regardless of current wait times.Made an appointment for 1pm. Showed up 5 minutes early. The manager then told me that there were 4 people in front of me so I had better be ready for a long wait. After asking what the purpose of the reservation was, he actually told me that was just to get people in the door. Those appointment times do not impact any walk ins. Its always first come first serve.

The gm here was very nice The services that were preformed were done in a timely manor and I am very pleased with the services preformed!

Seemed like a good place at first. My car rattled when they were done. They couldnt keep my appt to fix it. The GM seems real fed up with life and it shows in his customer service or lack there of.

The technicians were patient they called around for the right part and the right price trying to give me the lowest price possible. They fixed the issue and they were professional about it and therefore I would recommend them for service.

I was very pleased with the service. They got my car right in found the problem and even showed me what needed to be replaced.Kevin the manager was very professional and friendly. Joe the mechanic was great. I will definitely recommend this cole muffler / mavis shop to all my friends. Great service guys.

The guys are super friendly,funny and explain/show everything great. Very helpful with everything and not pushy on what work needs to be done!

Although I used to use this shop a few years back I am disgusted on how long it took to get a simple job done. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Although I have recommended them before. I retract that recommendation. New workers not the same shop.

Rude, unprofessional and just plain lazy. 2 hour wait for a scheduled appointment for an easy job. Pass!

Dont go for tires, they dont stock any. Dont go for a inspection, they use a magnifying glass.
