Friendly, Helpful Employees. Store is clean but not well stocked like others nearby.

The cashiers know their goods and where they are so dont hesitate to ask even if they look busy doing something (it will save you time if you cant find what you need) I come here a lot the store is kept organized and clean. The people here are always friendly and helpful. On New Years Eve it was not too busy just 6/7 people in line. With two check out lines.

The store itself was well stocked and clean. The problem was they had panhandlers outside the of the store harassing people for money and when it was mentioned to the employees by several different customers, they blew it off and said that the guy isnt bothering or hurting anyone. If people are complaining about it, then yeah, they are being bothered. If that didnt happen, this location would most likely get 5 stars

This Dollar Tree is one of the Better stores that Ive been in lately here in the Syracuse area clean friendly

Dollar Tree has good deals although certain products arent worth saving a few bucks in particular vitamins, otc meds, generic mouth wash and similar products. Auto products are questionable including oil, windshield fluid labeled as protecting to -20 although at best protects to +20. The steering wheel covers can be very dangerous, when driving you want to be able to control the vehicle in an emergency situation, the cover slides on the wheel allowing the driver to potentially lose control of the vehicle.

Great for holiday decorations. Party supplies and cleaning supplies.make a fun date night with a $10 challenge. Each Person gets 10 and they use what they bought to create a date.

Friendly helpful staff here, looking for something in particular then ask they might have it and will look.

Great place always organized.Downside is theirs ALWAYS someone right outside the door begging for money.If i was manager here i would kick them off the property. You cant properly achieve social distancing with multiple people asking for money practically infront of door

I always have an excellent experience at this Dollar Tree! The Manager knows her stuff! Is always working and they are on point with seasonal displays and making sure that products are available for any possible occasion.What I like most though, is that they take the time to know their customers and will go the extra mile. I bought a bunch of office supplies with the company credit card, lost the invoice and returned over a week later to ask if there was any possible way I could get a copy of the invoice.All I could remember is the name of the person on duty - who had mentioned in conversation that she worked the afternoon shift so came in at 12. They checked the schedule, found the day she was working that shift and found my purchase. Great customer service! They saved my hide and made my day!The other thing I like about Dollar Tree is that strangely, their products are quite decent - and pretty. Found Flip-Flops to wear for my pedicure days because .......wait for it...it was SPRING/SUMMER time and Dollar Tree made sure to have all the pool stuff available. Thanks! I dont need to go all over searching. Now if ONLY they would stock distilled water for my car batteries and CPAP machine it would be good.

Always a pleasure plus its very convenient to stop by on the way home and scoop up just about any necessity. Dollar Tree has been indispensable for me and the most relied on store in my life for many years now. Didnt have to ask the price on anything...

The staff is very little and they always make us wait a lot in the box to pay..i find many things but i have stopped going just for that! The customer does not like waiting for the customer, it is necessary to have him always satisfied for a future visit. Thank you

I mean its a dollar tree store in the hood. Has everything you need when you have the munchies. Enjoy all the snacks and ratchet people you could ever lay eyes on once entering this store. Great prices no doubt. Eating Reeses pieces right now. Would recommend this place to a friend.
