Its not easy giving the bad news of a costly repair, however Bridget in the service department went out of her way to be helpful and informative. We bought a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee from a small dealership (Not Maguire) and thought we were getting a deal at $22,000. What we got instead is a check engine light that comes on and off. We went to Maguire because in my opinion they are the best in the business at sales and service. We truly regret not buying from Maguire. It wont happen again.
We came to the Syracuse location of Maguire Dodge/Chrysler as they were highly rated by their customers. We saw that they had a used Dodge Durango listed for sale and we traveled from Webster to check it out. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and they gave us a fair trade in value for our Dodge Journey. We worked with Shannon Laverty who was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all our needs expeditiously along with her manager who was also quite a big help. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase and all the staff at Maguire!My husband worked with parts & service following our purchase to have some modifications made and a trailer hitch installed to accommodate our camper. He was extremely pleased with the great job done by all! Jorge in parts and Chris Carey in service did a phenomenal job helping to get this special job done for us! I have always wanted a Jeep and this year I was able to buy one at Maguires! They had an Orange 2019 Jeep Renegade but it had no heated seats, with the weather in NY, I definitively needed those. When I turned down the car they said the price is not negotiable, but other things are. The salesman Jeff called me and said they would install a heated seat on drivers side, since I wanted both sides done, we comprised, they bought one, I bought one. Everything was done on line and within a 24 hour period I was all set. I got a call that I could come and pick up my vehicle, sign paperwork and drive away with my Jeep!!! The ppl at Maguires were very friendly, fast and courteous. They searched for the lowest percentage to get my payments where I wanted them! SUCCESS all the way around! Thank you Guys!!!!

This is the first time Ive ever given a 5 out of 5 star review to any company. I was treated like Gold. Hector was very respectful, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I was very impressed with his commitment to making sure I picked a Truck I would love for years to come. Hector went outside at 8° to clean the trucks off that I was interested in seeing & even shovel snow away from 4 different trucks to be able to show off the rims. We were outside over an hour looking at different vehicles. I never felt any sales pressure to buy nor did he ever try to sell me a specific model like the guys at the Chevy Dealership. I traded my Silverado for a Ram, as long as Hector is at this dealership I will keep doing business with them.

Bought a 2021 Ram Warlock. Buying process was rather easy, worked with Erick. Got the approval and signed that day. Had a vehicle issue, that Maguire addressed in some kind of fashionable way. Was unhappy with the mechanical side of the truck. I understand that Maguire doesnt build them. Everything went well until I was left stranded with a mechanical issue on a brand new truck.

Very prejudice against minorities. My husband was there today looking at the KIA Tellride, no salesman approached him. Once he left, a Caucasian couple went and looked at the same vehicle and a salesman came out within 2 minutes to see if they needed assistance. Very disappointed, we packed up and left. Absolutely terrible experience with the service department. We were given conflicting information, all of which was wrong. We had to get people from Chrysler corporate involved to straighten it out, and even they had a hard time getting through to that department. Sales is always helpful, but if you ever need repairs, stay well away from this dealership. Service is absolutely HORRIBLE.

Terrible customer service. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or if they are just uneducated and unqualified to do repairs. Purchased a 2020 Jeep, and early 2021 both side mirrors popped out in a car wash. I took my vehicle to McGuire to have them fixed, and the service men drew up a $1000 estimate, stating they’d need to replace the entire mirror fixture (even though that part was fully intact) along with the mirrors, and that my warranty would not cover it. $1000 for two mirrors on an almost-brand-new vehicle. I decided to take it to the car wash where it happened to see if they would pay for it. They not only ordered the mirrors for me, but also installed the mirrors in about 20 seconds flat - to their original functionality. Long story short - Delta Sonic services Jeeps better than McGuire Jeep.
I am hoping to buy a truck soon. My neighbor recommended Maguire Ram.They have a no haggle price on each vehicle. The lowest prices in Central New York. They have a policy if you could find a lower price for the same vehicle, theyll give you 5k and the keys to that vehicle.My options are open but my budget is not. April was my salesperson and she was very nice. I am hoping to close a deal with her on a couple of trucks I like.

I bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Sport Edition a couple of months ago and I couldnt be happier. The truck matched my exact specifications that I had been searching for months! The whole staff was very welcoming and helpful. Since COVID hit the inventory for good quality used trucks is extremely low, as soon as this one became available I scheduled an appointment to test drive and then buy it! Maguire is extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles and very helpful before, during and after the sale. I had a couple minor things come up after the sale and they addressed it no questions asked! I know exactly where I will be buying my next vehicle and sending family/friends to buy theirs! Thank you!
Well over all my many experiences are 3 out of 5.My trucks been under warranty. I have had alota issues witch start with ram. Not maguire.I have had several bad service inquirys over the past 4 years. With damage caused during repair.There service department has caused as much damage as they repaired on my Ram.But they have taken care of every issue they caused. They didnt always own up at first I had to fight them on a few. But in the end. Theyve fixed every issue and mistake theyve made on my vehicle and none of them cost me a dime.In the end I still deal with them there doing there job.
My 2007 Dodge Caliber had an electrical problem discovered by another service where the techs were not equipped to fix it.Maguire was able to get the part ordered and successfully programmed after significant time and effort. Im so glad they were successful and my car is officially inspected. I had the use of one of their cars during the time they had my car.When I asked about problems two other stations claimed my car had, none of those alleged issues were found at Maguire.Thank you, Tim Doherty and team!

I was then told after leaving they were getting more cars delivered and would call me in the morning. I was called 2 days later. At that time I was told they had what I was looking for but price was not available yet and they would get back to me with the numbers. I am still waiting. Aside from the above everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The showroom is nice as well.

I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but had a run in with an employee on 1/4/2021 around 10am in the Mattydale area driving a red Jeep with Maguire jeep stickers on the side. The cars license plate was JPH2500. Not only did your employee try to run me into another car in a parking lot he told me to go F off when I asked what his problem was. This is a great representation of your company. This guy was rude and almost caused damage to my car. I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership that employs such a vile person.

Don’t waste your time here. Nobody wants to attend you and they’re all old grizzled sales people. Felt like I walked into a time machine of 1980s shady sales people. The cars look nice but wouldn’t dare come back here again. Walked in the showroom and couldn’t get anyone to attend to me within 5 minutes. Walked across to other showroom and the person I walked up to to ask for help smelled like cigarettes and said he’s pressed for time, so told me to go back across to the other showroom. Come on really? Pathetic customer service from this sales staff.
Not very impressed with there service and communication with each other.And should not take 2 months to get your vehicle fixed. And had to rent a vechile cost me almost $1200.And had to return my vechile for service.
I called and got an appointment as soon as I wanted. Last year I took our Grand Caravan to another dealership for service and a shifting issue which was not resolved. Brought it to Maguires. They quickly solved the problem with needed maintenance. I am confident they know what they are doing and only do what you need.

This dealership does not even deserve one star. I called to make an appointment to lease a new vehicle and specifically asked to discuss this during my time there. I was told they could absolutely do that. Only to be treated poorly when I got there, and being told that Dodge does not like to lease their vehicles and offered no further explanation?! After over an hour and a half of trying to find a good vehicle (most of which I was left alone while the rep went to another room), when Bruno came back, he was not willing to even go over the process of leasing with me, and instead tried hard to push and sell me one of their other Challengers that had been on their lot for many months, despite it being way over the price range I specified and not even being the model I wanted. In addition, their finance manager was rude and gave attitude when I asked him about the rates. The customer service there was very disappointing. I ended up going to a different dealership and processing the initial request I came to this dealership with absolutely no problems, and was even able to get further discounts on a NEW customized car. Maguire completely lied to me and then tried to insult and rip me off and waste my time, I will never go back there, and will never recommend to any family or friends.
Poor service. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived on time, they couldn’t find my name. Then, they said I had missed the appointment by two days and they were arrogant about it. Do not waste your time!
Nice selection of vehicles from what I could tell. The car I test drove had several issues and when it came time to talk trade in I was low-balled hard. Their no dickering sales approach works for them but definitely only in their favor. I took my business elsewhere ended up with a newer model vehicle with less miles/issues and also got almost $5,000 more than they offered on my trade-in. All in all, their tactics may appeal to some but they did not appeal to me. I walked out after their insulting offer for my car.

I had to have the Pacifica towed there Due to a very flat tire. While it was there I asked Chris to see if they could check the A/C system. They did, found the problem and fixed it. The best part, though, was Chris arranging for their shuttle service to come to my home to pick me up so I could pick up the Pacifica when it was ready. Excellent service all around, especially Chris!

These guys have had a few bad reviews on the internet but I can tell u from my experience they r good people. My girlfriend bought a certified as new used wrangler JL with 6K on it. About 8 months later I went to take the hardtop off and found the MOPAR tool kit was not in the Jeep. She called them and with no angry voice al all hung up the phone after a 2 minute call and the part was on the way. We live over 200 miles away they called and said the part was ready for pickup. She called back and they said no problem they shipped the part. When I need a new Jeep myself I will be calling them.

Im very pleased with the service department after a recent service done to my Town and Country. The transmission failed on us the week of Thanksgiving, not allowing the vehicle to move much or at all. Maguire scheduled me an appointment about a week out but later called me and said they could get it in earlier. I was extremely satisfied with the communication, the service group called me to keep me in the loop before doing anything, even driving the vehicle. At 1:21pm on Tuesday they called me and confirmed after a test drive the transmission was slipping and had a plan of what needed to be done. By 5:10 that afternoon they called me back saying it was all complete. In an afternoon they fully serviced the transmission, including replacing the torque converter, and even did an engine oil change. This blew me away the speed this was all done, they had all the parts in stock which made this a quick repair. Fortunately, the power train warranty covered this repair which also made me very happy. If youre looking for service on a Dodge or Chrysler stop by and see Maguire.
