The first car I ever purchased on my own was a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 many years ago from Audi Sylvania! The experience was so good that I’ve since traded in my Audi A6 and purchased several more vehicles from Audi Sylvania and even have had friends and family purchase as well! Nothing but 5 star quality from sales to service!

Called three or more times for the parts department and got no answer left three voice mails with the parts department and recieved no call back very disappointed costomer at that disappionted shop.

Been close to a month and absolutely no communication on my parts order. They sent an email a couple days after ordering saying the parts I ordered didnt match the VIN, and then it was corrected, and now close to a month later, numerous emails not answered and no one ever answers the phone for parts. Lets see how the refund process goes......

Highly suggested to avoid this place at any cost.Their mechanic technician are clueless and they will give you a turn around after they have taken your $$$.Most of their 5 stars reviews are from friends and family.

This was a second time buy. I was treated well and had what we were looking for. For the wife. They showed all the add on services for purchased and did not pressure to buy one. Both times I have purchased a car there it was about as painless as it will ever get. I will be back back for a 3rd vehicle in the future.
