Absolutely wonderful store . Great selection of items . I Came in with my teen daughter and her best friend and they found some lovely dresses. The employee Terri was so helpful, accommodating and provided top notch customer service. We will definitely continue patronizing this business in the future .

The new owner and employees are wonderful! I had had a negative experience in the past with the previous owner, but since the change the whole atmosphere is so much more welcoming and the ladies who work there are upbeat and very helpful!!!! I am so glad I have given them a second chance. They sell wonderful things and great prices and it is much easier to browse as the store is well organized and not packed with so much stuff like it used to be. Again, the change is night and day! Love going there now.If you havent been in a while you should try them out!

I wish I had read the reviews earlier because my experience mirrored what a bunch of reviews said- when you go to consign the clothes, the employee working there was rude to say the least.I had called before going and they had told me they would be accepting winter consignments on/after November 1st. So I go there today and the ladys attitude was as if she was doing me a huge favor going over my stuff and as if I was trying to sell trash to her. There were sweaters and jackets and dresses, bought from all over the world, stuff similar to what they sell all the time! But she gave me an extremely haughty attitude. I have been here before as a customer and found good jewelry and this lady has always been a sweet talker on those occasions-why not !!-they charge a pretty penny for being a consignment store. This was my first time consigning. And it was a horrible experience. She made me feel like dirt. She didnt bother to go through all my wares. Her mannerism was so insulting after the first few pieces she saw, I decided to leave. I would not recommend anybody to go here because though they may have nice stuff, theyre arrogant . Try Fabrik, Dress up, Bella Vita for boutique stores. After my experience at Panache, I went to Style Exchange Consignment, also in Suwanee. The owner was friendly and great to work with ! She did not keep all of my stuff but she was very respectful and explained what she was looking for and why she couldnt accept some of the stuff...for the clothing that she did take, she paid me on the spot. Try this place for sure.

I consigned 2 1/2 garment bags full of clothes to this place, and I never heard anything back from them. They told me that they would call me. I gave them great pieces. I have told many people not to take their clothes to consign them here.

Ive been going to Panache for years, and consign, too. I get GREAT deals every time I go there. You cant beat the prices. I dont know if the other reviewers were thinking these would be Wal-Mart clearance prices? From Boutique labels to Talbots, Chicos, Ralph Lauren and more, you will always find something. And the bags, shoes and accessories, too. I love this store and recommend it to anyone.

Today was my first time coming here and they were very kind and welcoming. I hate shopping so they helped me find a prom dress and I was done within 15-20 minuets! Definitely coming back for the next dress I need.

The prices here are extremely high!! The cost for items seems to be about 40-50% of regular retail price. With a coupon and a sale, you can do better than that with new merchandise!Also, this is the second time I have visited this store on a Saturday in the last month or two. The same salesperson (owner?) has been working there both days. She is dismissive and borderline rude. I would only shop here again as a last resort.

I have been in on numerous occasions and the staff wont even acknowledge that you exist. The two ladies that were behind the counter were more worried about anything else. Funny as a regular shopper came in and they were all over her for making sure she got taken care of. I would not recommend this place.

Do not trust these people with your homecoming/prom dresses. supposedly if they do not sell your dress writhin a year, they call you to let you know if you want it back or if you want it donated. I never received a call or email regarding my dress. When I went to the store to talk to the people in charge, they told me that my dress wasnt even in their inventory, so one of their employees either forgot to put it in the inventory or took the dress home with her for her own profit. Needless to say I was very mad considering I had saved up my money for months to buy that dress.

Staff is friendly. They have a great variety of quality products and definitely worth checking them out.

This place used to have great prices! The new management has increased prices and even sale prices are too high.

Used to be friendly and help you shop for the perfect item. Went in over Thanksgiving break looking for a semiformal dress for college and was not even greeted when I walked in. The sale associate on the floor moved towards the dressing rooms and talked on the phone the entire time I was in there: gossiping, nevertheless.I pulled 2 dresses off the rack to try on, she turned her back on me as I got closer to the dressing room. I put the dresses back on the rack and walked out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. SUCH RUDE SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN SUWANEE. Try fabrik or ensemble or dress up if you actually want a positive experience.

As someone with much experince of being a consigner, I advise anyone thats searching for a place to resell their clothing to, to not bring their items to this location. To begin, the customer service was overall very poor; when I asked the lady at the cashier (Bibi?) for assistance with collecting my clothing for retraction, she rudely declined and stated that she is not allowed to leave her station at the cash register. She told me that I should have called in advance so that they could have my items prepared in advance, even though I had already done so. In fact, this wasnt even my first trip to the store to collect my items. In the end, a very nice lady named Martha was the one that had helped me go on a searching hunt for my items scattered around the store. When I recieved the check for what had been sold, the payment was very low compared to the steep prices they have for being a second-hand shop.In conclusion, with the customer service being at its current state along with the low profit made on the items brought to this location, the hassle of attempting to resell or to purchase items here is not worth it.

I was very excited to go shopping there and extremely disappointed at the cold manner in which I was treated the sales lady /owner was very rude and acted like I was bothering I felt very uncomfortable :(
