I have been buying and consigning with Best Kept Secrets for years! Diane is honest, knowledgeable and very thorough when evaluating the items I bring in to consign.As a buyer, this makes me confident in my purchases.When I stop by, she ALWAYS tells me how much money is due me, I dont even have to ask.

Do NOT sell your clothes or home decor at this store!! I had clothing and home decor at this store for about 8 months. When I went into the store to get my items she told me that she would need to get the rest of the 5 items that were somewhere in the store and to come back today. So I did, and she gives me a bag of 2 items... and a piece of home decor. And I was told that she couldnt find my other items... ??!The home decor piece I got back was also kept AT HER HOUSE the entire time that I thought it was in the shop. I noticed that it wasnt there one of the days I went in for a check for my other sales and she told me that a customer took it home with them to see if it would work out. (I was never told that people could just take things home without making a deposit on the item or paying for it) She said she would call the customer and have them bring it back the next day, I checked back a week later... and it was STILL gone. But this time she said it was at her house and that she needed to put it in her car. 3 MONTHS go by and I continue to stop by and ask about it and she says that she will bring it, but that she forgets and its in her garage. So yesterday when I told her that I needed it back because I was taking all of my items back she FINALLY returned it to me. I didnt have one issue with her before this, she was very nice to me but the minute I decided to get my items back she was NOT nice and very rude. Its terrible business and the fact that she has lost some of my items and didnt offer me the money for them or anything is not okay. And she does NOT keep up you up to date with you invoice either. So be careful, because something may just go missing or donated instead of being sold the right way.

Not sure on this place yet. I have been in there over ten times and about every few months they get a new owner. I am not sure who is staying and who is going?

I cannot get the store to pay me for my items. They don’t answer their phone or email. I went There in person to ask for a check but I haven’t received anything it has been months since I left my items and many of them have been sold.
