After my car was hit from quarter panel to mirror, I brought it to Friendship Paint & Body to have the car repaired. The repairs needed were purely cosmetic. I wanted a dent in the quarter panel to be removed and to have the quarter panel and door repainted. The shop took a reasonable amount of time to complete the work, however the end result was horrendous. I noticed that the dent was not fully corrected, though I was assured it would be. Additionally, the paintwork was poorly done. I noticed a lot of junk in the paint and the paint [black] did not match the rest of the car [black]. The shop also painted over paint protection film [ppf] that was below the door handle and on an a-pillar, instead of removing it, along with the paint underneath the film, before painting. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car, it was not in direct sunlight and I did not notice some of the imperfections. I have since brought my car to a different shop and had the entire job redone. This other shop also observed and noted the imperfections I described above. In addition, this other shop informed me that Friendship Paint & Body Shop did not implement the correct procedures when painting a car. Before painting, they did not remove windows and other parts, but instead taped up areas with something similar to, if not actually, masking tape and painted over a number of moldings, weatherstrips, etc. I am truly disgusted by the shortcuts and poor workmanship and will never return to Friendship Paint & Body for services. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share my recent experience.In response to the owner: I did not confuse the location. Unbelievable experience. Great work!!! My truck looks brand new. Every other estimate was over $750-$1,000. The vehicle wasnt ready on the day promised because of an issue with another vehicle. I chose Friendship Paint and Body because theyre right down the street from where I live, never having read a review or know anything about them, I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. They were able to fix my front bumper when others, including the dealership couldnt. Not only that, but I was in a rush for a 12 oclock PTA and they were incredibly fast on taking care of me! Ill be coming back to them for my rear bumper replacement. Knowing what I know now, Id drove over an hour for their service if I lived further away. I highly recommend giving them your business.

I have a “aqua blue” 2020 Tucson. It was scratched pretty much all the way around with a rock. I am a college student at the University of Georgia and was looking for a reasonable, yet high quality, paint job for my 2003 Honda Accord. I considered going to Maaco for a cheaper job, but once I met Craig and his team I felt much more comfortable with putting my car in their hands despite the slightly higher prices (which were not unreasonable). They replaced my hood, my front bumper, cleaned my headlights, and took out a few dents on the doors of my car. They fully painted my Honda and even removed the pin stripes I was not so fond of in about 8 days. I was shocked at how fast the turn around was, especially after a snow/ice storm hit the area leading to a large influx of cars needing to be fixed by his body shop. After picking up my freshly painted and detailed Honda, I feel like I have a brand new car! I took a stack of business cards from their office, and am planning on giving them to some coworkers who are looking for a reasonable and fantastic paint job like mine. I took my 2018 F-150 to this shop to get my front end collision repaired.Some of the best things of this body shop is that they do free estimates on getting things repaired. They also have a pretty flexible schedule. When I had the job completed that actually finished it before when it was estimated to be finished.I had frame damage, etc. After they repaired it, it looked brand new like nothing ever happened. Strongly recommend this body shop, wouldnt go anywhere else. Someone hit my mothers car recently and that individuals insurance company had a bad reputation so every body shop we went to didnt want to work with the insurance company. My mother also wanted OEM parts on her car but the insurance company refused to pay for them. Then we stopped by Friendship to see if they could help. They were extremely friendly and happy to assist us with the repair. Somehow they got the insurance company to agree to pay for OEM parts, double the money the insurance company initially offered, and they got the repair done in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed on everything that was going on and were very helpful. When my mom went to pick the car up, the owner greeted her and made sure that she was completely satisfied with her car. We later had an issue with the car that was unrelated to the accident and the repair, but Friendship helped us free of charge. My mom is beyond satisfied with her experience and highly recommends Friendship.

Long overdue, but needed to share given that I now have some additional small damage that needs to be repaired and Im driving all the way from Marietta to Lawrenceville to Friendship! I wouldnt have considered anyone else to perform the work. Last year, Friendship addressed some acid damage caused by what appeared to be tree sap that was left sitting on the car prior to my purchase. They matched the paint perfectly and I drove off of their lot with a car that looked as good as new. What I appreciated as well, was the staff there walking me through the process so I understood the work before it was performed. Id recommend Friendship PBS to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience! I took my Acura RDX there after an accident and they handled everything. They had the car rental service waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car and about a week later I left the rental there and got my car. The owner, Troy, was very nice and professional. He explained the work needing to be done, communicated with the insurance company to get additional repairs approved and kept me updated. The repairs were well done and though my car was dirty when I left it I got it back clean. Highly recommended!
