I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collisions. My car needed body repairs after being in an accident. Once Caliber was finished with my car, you could not tell my car had been in an accident. However, the best part about Caliber Collisions was the customer service. I received updates on the repairs being done on my car, as well as a timeline of when the car would be fixed. I took my car in originally for a crack in my windshield and rear view mirror (compressive repairs) and was so happy with their service I went ahead and paid my $1,000 deductible to have my grill fixed. It had a hole in it from a trailer hitch. These guys did an outstanding job on both repairs and did a great job of keeping me informed on not only my repairs, but where I was at with my rental and insurance. Cathy was a pleasure to work with and I honestly feel like they treated my car as if it were their own. It was so super clean, inside and out, when I picked it up. They were also very thorough explaining my aftercare instructions.

My dad has taken his car here various times and they always do a good job.I came here to help a friend of mine who had a flat tire. The employees removed the flat tire for us, put on the spare tire, and then recommended us a place right up the street to get the tire fixed. Staff went above and beyond to help us.

I had an accident a few years ago, my car was repaired by ABRA but a particular piece was coming loose from my car. ABRA had repaired it twice before Caliber Collision bought the repair shop. I went in and talked with the manager Timothy. Very nice, professional and ordered a new part with NO cost to me and had it repaired in no time.It was not fixed properly the first couple of times with ABRA but Timothy took care of the problem, even thou he inherited it, it was no charge to me. If we ever need any repairs, we would definitely use Caliber Collision.Great manager, friendly staff. AND, my car is finally repaired properly!Thank you!!!!!

I took my car in for a side impact repair to Abra because they are a well know name body shop. What I expected to be a routine repair turned into a total nightmare. When I arrived at their shop I noticed so many vehicles in the lot that was very difficult to maneuver without almost hitting one. I also noticed several vehicles with large circles of chalk on different areas of the vehicles where there was damage. Some stated “Abra damage”. I just assumed this was due to the over crowded parking. However after speaking with the service manager I felt as though my car was in good hands. When I picked my car up I really didn’t pay a great deal of attention to the repair simply because I assumed they were competent enough to do things right. However was I so wrong. I am going to list to the best of my ability everything that I found once I got home.They had broken the back glass and had to replace. A cheap paper tint was used instead of the high quality ceramic tint that was on the car.The side molding was lose and falling off the car.The pin striping looked as though a drunkard had painted it on. They were cut marks into the paint where they painted the pin striping.I had several small chips in the paint on the drivers door.My rear bumper on the the side of the car had what appeared to be burn marks from a buffer.I called the service manager and explained the issues. He told me that he would pick my car up from my home and personally oversee the repairs again. When he returned it there was even more damage. The guy was really nice but that didn’t make up the fact that it was apparent Abra had a bunch of incompetent body techs doing the work.Because this was an insurance repair (which the company ask that I not use their name due to their helpfulness and didn’t want to be associated with this shop) they offered for me to take it to a shop of my choice and they would pay whatever it took to repair the damage Abra had done.The shop I took it to do a fantastic job and I’m well pleased. I’ve already reviewed them. The insurance rep and manager of the new body shop could not believe I was given such shabby work and was expected to be happy. I’m attaching a few pictures of after the repair. Please keep in mind these pictures are after Abra repaired my car. Not before. You be the judge.

I have never experienced such amazing service than what I received at Caliber Collision! All of the staff including Mrs Cathy were amazing! I received my car back in less than 5 day when it was expected in two weeks.

This is a collision shop, so nobody likes to want to be there. If you are nice to the staff, they will be nice to you. There is one exception of a woman who answers the phone and is quite rude, but once youre there in person, the service is better. The shop workers are great... Treat them with the respect you want to be treated with and everything will be fineWhen I had my vehicle towed there, they left a back window open and it rained and soaked, ruining some of my items in my vehicle. Otherwise, I would rate them more than just two stars.

Ive owned and painted lots of cars, trucks and motorcycles, and done paint and body work on many of them. I let them know this in the beginning, and pointed out what would be most difficult about the repair. That precise item (along with runs, fish-eye and orange peel in the paint) was what was wrong the first time. They tried to foist very poorly done work on me the first time, the second time they tried to put a band-aid on it when further surgery was required, and Im still not happy with the work. Pick a different body shop. They also tried to tell me how I should be happy with the work the second time because working the metal too much will degrade it. So they arent trustworthy. And the shop manager hid in his office the third time I was there.

They repaired damage on my SUV that was caused by an accident. They constantly notified us of the process. The work was amazing and my car was spotless (including the inside) when I picked it up!

I wish that I can give them a lower star. I brought my car in for a repair on 1-4-2021. They told me, my car will ready on 1-13-202. I call them on 1-13-2021. They told me will be tomorrow, They pushed back every day for over 3 weeks. I called them every day for about 2 weeks. They kept telling me sorry. It is the worst body shop I have been through.

My car was a little busted in the front so some parts had to be replaced. I had expected to not get it back for at least a month but received it much earlier! Not only did they replace all of the necessary parts, it also looks brand new with the paint job they had provided. Thank you Caliber Collision, especially Mr. Gulisano who was a joy to work with.

I brought my car through an insurance to repair & the insurance company told me cant be repair ibecause the adjuster told me, the costs of repair is almost the value of the car. I told the insurance adjuster, I will keep my car since its driveber, the damage is inside the bumper. I came to caliber colision to letting him know my adviser John, I will picking up my car Monday, so can be putting back the bumper the way I brought to shop & I told him a head of time. Mr. John told me I have to pay for the service & I told him not me, it will be the insurance company, that was on Thursday. I came back to pick up my car, Mr. John told me I have to pay for disassembling fee & I said to him I am not paying, the insurance company will be paying for it. Mr. John was very Rude unprofessional & told me, this his words look Ill be straight with you either pay me or youre not talking your car. I know the insurance will pay for it, I called the adjuster & I put the adjuster on speaker, adjuster told Mr. John they will pay it. Mr. John didnt even tried to call the insurance adjuster. They brought my car & it was dirty covered with leaves & dust. I ask can you atlist clean with water my car, he lough at me. I know I didnt bring like that. Still in unprofessional person, even his boss one of the room where Farmer insurance signs by his door, was loughing when I ask to be clean. That was very Rude & unprofessional!! One thing customers service is very important, you might have customers at this movement, but one day you will loose all, if keep treating this way.You have a lot of couching to do.In that not, the receptionist the one welcome you when you coming, she is great.Mr. John & the management take courses from her.She asked me everything okThankyoube .

Excellent work done on my car. My front end looks like new!Edit: after my headlight burned out, I had to take off my bumper and found it was only attached by half of the fasteners, and the main bracket to the headlight assembly was broken. Also my wheel well cover was just sitting in there not attached to anything at all. I had to spend a whole weekend doing their work for them and I am now in a dispute with my insurance company over this nonsense. Take your car to Sugar Hill Auto Collision instead.

I worked with Caliber Collision, Farmers Insurance and Enterprise Rent a Car when my car was damaged by a tree branch. All 3 companies made it so easy to get my car fixed quickly without creating any issues or disturbances to everyday life. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. I received excellent customer service through this experience from all companies. I dont think I spent more than 30 minutes all together inside of Caliber Collision as I never had to wait.

Caliber did an excellent job on the body work on our vehicle. It looked better than when we bought it at the dealer. The staff is friendly and professional. They are tech savvy with text and email alerts that kept us up to date on our repair. I will bring all my cars here in the future.

I had body work done there after an accident and had to bring it back again for re- work. While I was unimpressed with my first encounter there, coming in the second time was much different. I found out the first guy I delt with was no longer employed by Caliber which made me glad because he wasnt very customer service oriented and I want that impressed by the body work. The second time there was so different. I was greeted and treated like a valued customer by the service guy and the repairs were beautiful the second time around. They even washed my car and did a great job. I would definitely go back again if I ever need body work done.

Promise dates not kept. 5 different completion dates given and not met. Vagueness about reasons. Damaged parts not involved in the accident attempting to repair the vehicle. I could not under any circumstances recommend this company to do business with.

I wouldn’t trust to take my Subaru anywhere else! My car was put back to like new condition and they jumped through all the hoops with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to in order to get all new manufacturer parts after my insurance wanted to use used and aftermarket parts. I was kept up to date through the whole process and really appreciate their help!

Someone hit my parked car causing my front fender and bumper to get scratched/dented and my front spoiler broken in half. This is a preferred shop for Liberty Mutual (insurance of the guy who hit me). I had my doubts as I was told to stay away from preferred shops of insurance companies but I didnt have any shop in mind and they also offer a lifetime warranty on the work they do so I figured why not. John was my POC for this repair and he kept me informed of all the progress. They went above and beyond what was expected. They matched the paint perfectly! I got my car back quickly (in a week) although it may have been due to the pandemic with slow business and all but I was kept informed of the progress and that was important to me. Definitely using this shop again if the need arises.

Most reviews for five stars were posted from their employees.ScammersThey said that they would fix everything.They didnt.They damaged the car.Horrible. Bmw dealership said that the car has frame damaged from the accident and it is dangerous to drive it. BMW dealership gave me a report.Caliber did not mention that matter, and told me that car was fixed. But it was not.No experience at all.They didnt fix the trunk right. The door paint was completely different than the original one.My car has paint shades now because oftheir bad job.They damaged the roof..Water leak while the weather is rainy.They did big damage inside the car.My car is convertible.They damaged and cut the wires between the trunk and the roof.Bad management is plus.Please take your vehicle anywhere else.This is the worst shop in USA.After they got the insurance check, my car was damaged more. It took them One year to fix my car, and they didnt.. they did more damage.They deserve below zero stars, and I will SPARED the word.

I had a very rough time with getting Safe Auto to even pay me attention with my claim even prior to my truck coming to Abra to get fixed. I am pleased and excited that they made me feel TOP priority. They put me in a rental and the customer service was really great! They communicated very well with updates and even sent text messages to keep me informed. To ice the cake they even had a wrecker bring me my truck to my home when it was finished! With any service I would choose here... THEY ARE THE BEST ♥♥♥

When I first called to schedule my car to come into the shop, I had a disagreement with Samantha. She was very unprofessional in the comment she made regard my deductible. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning March 2nd. I was told I will get a call on Monday morning with details/updates which include time frame and price. Monday morning came, no call received. The evening came and I called Abra asking for an update which they were suppose to reach out to ME and not the other way around. I believe it was Phil who answered the phone. He gave me no USEFUL information. I asked Can you give an estimated time frame? My MAIN concern was that I wanted to know an estimate time frame for repairs. Abra could not tell me if this was going to be a 3 day job or a 3 week job. I signed up to receive test message alerts. The texts were very vague and not specific to my car. I received a text message on Tuesday at 7am stating, Your car is ready for pickup. Someone for our team will call you to set up pick up time... something to that affect. I called around 4pm asking when can I pick up my car and they stated my car is not ready. I was very frustrated. Why did I get notification saying my car is ready at 7am and at 4pm it is not ready?!! A huge inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience with Andrea and the entire team here. Everyone was super pleasant, polite, and most importantly respectful of my time. They get you in and out. They also repaired my car much faster than I expected. I was very impressed and satisfied with the experience.

Took my truck there to get fixed after a minor fender bender at my work. I have used Abra/Caliber before and have never had a issue, but this time they could not get anything right. Three times they called me and said the truck was done. First time the body alignment was way off, second time the paint was chipped and the the third time everything looked great, paid for it and then when I got home, opened my door and the paint scratched due to them not they installing everything back together correctly. Whole job was to take a week and a half, it took them 2.5 weeks and its still not right. Cost me $200 extra in rental car fees and all they offered me was $150 off stating that anymore and money would have to come out of their employees check. Well if they did the job right the first, second or third time they would not have a issue. Go somewhere else if you need the job done right the first time!

Would definitely return. Hopefully that will not be necessary. Thanks Caliber!

Quick turn time. Excellent customer service. Got body work on my driver side door (Audi A4), as someone slammed a cart into my car one day while at grocery store. The paint job/dent removal is flawless! Done within one business day. I was so amazed. So glad I chose ABRA; highly recommended and I wouldnt hesitate to chose them again if needed!

The best experience ever!!!! They completely take care of you as advertise. I would not recommend anywhere else.... Great job they perform on my 05 Mustang...1. Drop your car off. Information is preloaded base on your insurance provider.2. Enterprise come pick you up from there place and you will complete rental car info with set rental car provider.3. Constant texts to your phone indicating the status of your vehicle4. Once complete they will notify you.5. Bring rental car back to ABRA... No need to go to the rental car place. ( Make sure the fuel is where it was when you left the rental car place so you will not have a crazy gas charge on your credit card ).6. You are back excited about your vehicle. No paperwork to fill out if everything is complete on your insurance end. If you have a deductible then you must make sure you get that taken care of.7. Make sure you post a great review about your experience....

First let me say, if I could give ABRA-Suwanee a zero star review, I would. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I had an appointment set up for 2:00pm, and arrived a few minutes early. Not only was I not seen until 2:30, but the estimator, Stuart, acted as though it was an inconvenience to come out and meet with me. After explaining that this was an insurance claim and I had deposited the insurance check written to me, I told him I would be paying ABRA directly. To this he responded, and I quote, “Well that was dumb; you should have just brought us the check.” He then proceeded to rudely tell me that he would not discount anything from the estimate our insurance company gave me. Not only did I never ask him to do so, I did not expect anything of the sort. I explained to him that the vehicle belonged to the company and had special commercial wrapping that we have a particular vendor install. I asked for ABRA to perform all of the body work excluding the wrapping, and he told me it was “illegal” for me to have it done anywhere else but ABRA if they are to perform the vehicle repairs. Not only is this not accurate, he further stated that ABRA would not even be installing the wrapping themselves, but instead would be outsourcing it to a vendor of their choosing. At this point, I found there was no purpose in continuing in this unproductive conversation, and I happily took my business elsewhere. After leaving the facility, I spoke to our insurance agent, and she not only verified the inaccuracy of Stuart’s claims, but stated that her business would no longer recommend this “corrupt and unprofessional” company.Recommendation: Run like hell!

Communication was first rate. During the repair of my wifes SUV we felt that they cared about making it right. From the start we were able to have very open dialogue of how the repair was going to progress, what options we had and how the other insurance company would react to specific repair requests.We just got the car back and I feel I can trust my family to drive it again without worry about the repairs. The four star rating is reflective of the repair taking longer than expected.

Recently took my Kia to get fixed. The staff was super friendly and polite. I got my car back in time, all cleaned inside and out and they did a great job fixing it, cant even tell there was damage before. Check out process was just as great...will keep them in mind, next time I need a similar work done on my car!

Looked good at first but after a while started to notice a few things. On the back of the cab there was a edge that was bare metal/primer still. When asked they slapped caulk on it and said its good. Paint match is not good two different colors on door and the cab. (Tried to charge me to fix it ) then my tailgate does not fit right and only latches on one side. Then on top of that not very good at communication when trying to get answers about your vehicle.

The only place I take my car (2015 Dodge Challenger)..I ADORE Ms. Samantha, she is very sweet and friendly. I love the staff, very efficient & organized. They keep me updated daily with text & I love it. Best place in town.

Came in to have my bumper repaired. It was replaced in a timely manner, but it began rattling loose right away. I had to schedule another appointment to get it fixed, and was told I would be sent a gift card due to my inconvenience. That was 3 months ago, and no gift card. I called to remind, and still no gift card. Im very dissatisfied it took 2 scheduled appointments to repair what should have been one appointment. Poor follow-up.

Review by Ava Champion, David Thompsons wife. Maybe this is the best way to get someones attention over there. Drop off was easy. But we were told we would get a call the same evening with an update. We did not. Nor the next day. When we called on the 3rd day we were told the truck was on the rack and expected to be totaled. Were told we would get a call back later the same day. We did not. So have called again. No call back yet. Our vehicle is a 2002 Dakota. One owner. Have taken excellent care and put over 150,000 miles on it. Starting to feel as though since the truck is so old, we are not getting much respect or consideration. Will update this review whenever we get the truck back. Hopefully the service will have improved.

We came here to get a quote for the insurance company. The representative was professional and friendly. We didn’t have a long wait and the quote amount was reasonable.The employees seemed a bit comfortable with each other but they were very professional with dealing with me.

This body shop is an absolute rip off. Theyll take the insurance check and claim to do a ton of work. In realty they do the bare minimum. Ive gotten work done by them twice. Worst mistake I ever made. Each time the paint ended up chipping right off. That should not happen at all. My vehicle is now at the dealership getting the work done correctly. They notified me that the previous shop did not sand nor seal the paint job. They also mentioned they did not utilize any adhesive. They claim to have 100% customer satisfaction, but when you call to resolve an issue with their work they put you through the ringer. I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

They seem really nice and professional. I havent decided to use them for a repair yet, but based on my initial interview, they made the list. You should interview any repair shop prior to using them.
