Extremely unprofessional manager complaining about not being able to keep employees because of the pandemic. Would not stop preaching politics to me because I had the audacity to call their mask mandate in a state that doesnt have one ridiculous. Congratulations on losing my business and that of my friends who previously shopped at Gamestop for years. No wonder theyre doing so poorly — the stores are managed by angry children with zero social skills putting their woke ideology before profit. Keep alienating your customer base and see how well that works out.

Holy $***, Mike (637292) is the man. I have never had such a pleasant retail experience. Single-handedly made me want to sign up for the rewards program. Not only is he passionate about gaming, but everyone he interacted with walked away in a good mood. My only regret is that I wish I lived closer to this GameStop.

Love this place, get all my gaming necessities and the staff is so nice and helpful. Love talking about new games with them and as a girl that games, I feel so welcome at this location than at others. They really do know how to make a happy customer. This GameStop is my number one store to go to if I need something!

Horrible bunch of children running the store. Highly discourage anyone from going there. The last store manager was excellent but the new one & employees need to grow up.

Not too bad, their items were pretty decent. Only problem is there was a 8 year old that was maskless breathing on my leg and running around the store like a chimpanzee. I understand that yall dont get paid enough for this but at least get the kid to not go gorilla mode.

Very snotty, decidedly unhelpful employee. Wish I would have caught his name. He acted like I was wasting his time with my questions because his buddies were in the store and I was taking his attention away from them. He also demanded I wear a mask. While this is not big deal, neither he nor anyone else in the store at the time was wearing one.

Ive got some of my favorite games here but when I turn some games in I dont get a lot

I just went to this location the other day for the first time and I have to say that they have the friendliest staff of all the Gamestops I have been to. All three team members actually helped me at least once and even gave me a suggestion on a game, which i ended up purchasing. I highly reccomend this location to anybody in the Duluth/Superior location!

I went in to see if they did repairs on game systems..and they said that they didnt do anything like that.. but I still can find a few games for my Nintendo DS...

Most Gamestops are going downhill, but I visited this one and was pleasantly surprised. They still had 360, PS3, Wii U and Wii games. As a retro game collector this was really cool to see. I will definitely be checking out this location on a regular basis while I do my rounds of Superior.

Even though I am from all the way in Canada, every time I visit the staff are so nice and polite. The store is clean with good prices and so many fun things to buy! I have always had a good opinion but they truly go above and beyond. When I had the misfortune of leaving and realizing that a game had not been put in the case until I was back in Canada, they were so kind and held onto it for me until my family could return to pick it up. They even remembered after so long! I will praise this store and its staff and it will be one of my favourite places to visit when I come to the US! ♡

They barely stock any gaming headsets. I purchased a pair from another store because they didnt have any said headset malfunctioned and since that was the last one I am without a headset for another 4-5 Business days because of the moronic purchasing manager. Do yourself a favor and shop at best buy.

Love going here for all my gaming and collectable needs!! Staff is super helpful, prices on new and used games are awesome and if they dont have something that you want, they make sure they get it for you! Always a great place to stop in.

This is my favorite local gamestop. There are three in my area, but the Manager always recognizes me and always has something kind to say. They have great promo events and it has a fun atmosphere.

A little bit cramped for space, but its fairly nicely located. The staff here has always been quite knowledgeable and helpful to a higher level than Id expect, especially on the latter. It, like all GameStop stores is a little overpriced, but youre paying for the better service, and TONS more options and selection for all things gaming and many things pop culture related than the nearest national level competition.

Gamestop in Superior WI is an excellent location they have the best stock of games and collectibles. The Manager Bill is very knowledgeable and the staff working there is on point with any questions you may have.

EDIT 10/10/2018After my previous review, I stopped in randomly and spoke with Bill, who is the manager at this location. We talked for a bit and he apologized for how I was treated previously. Bills a pretty good guy, he made me feel like my concerns were valid and he listened, instead of trying to give a blanket apology, like so many chain stores try to do.Ill continue to keep coming back here, but I will leave the original review to show that bad experiences can be turned around into a good experience.EDIT: changed to one star, will never shop at this location again.saw a banner on their front that said HUGE SALE TODAY so i come in, and ask, what is this huge sale youre advertising? and the angry redhead that works there SHOUTS AT MELOTS OF RANDOM THINGS ARE ON SALE! Ive had to answer that question so many times today! its just a bunch of random stuff!so i just left. i dont need to spend money at a place like that, i can just give my money to other places.WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE SALES AND GET MAD WHEN PEOPLE ASK ABOUT THEM?Got some good trade in value for my xbox 360 and upgraded to an Xbox one S. I had purchased Watch Dogs for around 15-20$ since they were having a sale, and of course Im busy playing my other games to try it as soon as I get it. A month later and I decided to give it a shot, downloaded the update just fine, but then it says that its damaged. Ive never taken the damn thing out of the case and yet its damaged; you would think GameStop would be professional enough to TEST OUT the games, like they always boast about doing? So now Ive got a wasted 20$ and a piece of trash disk that I cant return. GameStop is a mediocre waste of time.

Liked that they recommended a less expensive, more kid-friendly device which my 8 yr old loves.

I had my wife bring my ps4 slim up to game stop to sell it and they told her she would get 128 dollars then charged her 15 dollars for a charger corde then charged her 55 dollars for referb few because it was dusty so they gave her 51 rollers for a ps4 slim that was 3months old. then turn around and sell it for 250 used what a bunch of b.s. me personally will never spend another dollar at this establishment
