They always really know what they are doing. No matter who takes care of us, they answer all our questions and handle our needs completely.

David was very helpful, he was working alone but did an awesome job multitasking and answering all of our questions. We left very happy and with upgraded phones after switching over to Verizon!

It’s difficult to review the actual business since we weren’t able to get that far.Called on a Saturday to confirm the phone we were looking for was in stock and it was. Asked about hours for the next day (Sunday) and was told they opened at 11, which I confirmed online. Showed up 10 after 11 on Sunday and the lights were off and doors locked. Waited around for another 20 minutes and nothing. Checked in online - no response.Called again yesterday and again confirmed availability and hours. Showed up after opening time and there WAS someone there but he informed us that he was too new to process a phone purchase and we’d have to come back. What!? I’m not blaming this individual at all since this is clearly a poorly managed store, but that’s absurd.We ended up ordering the phone from Best Buy since selling phones doesn’t seem to be super interesting for this store, which is interesting given the business they’re supposed to be in.

Our experience today at the Superior Verizon Store was quite pleasant. Dustin was very patient and informative. The store was very clean. Matt wiped down the used chairs thoroughly between customers.

They lie about price they wont help you in person they push you to do everything on line its a joke!! They will rob you blind on all the hidden fees every month!!!!!

Jake was great, knowledgeable and helpful with getting me prepared for the pending arrival of my iPhone Pro Max 12.With his guidance and suggestions, I walked out of the store wth a new cover; screen protector; and blue tooth ear buds.Simple and pleasurable and Ill be looking forward to returning soon to get the screen protector installed.Thank you

I went in hoping to get an iPhone 12 Pro Max & I walked out with exactly what I wanted & much more! Great sales people, very friendly & super patient. I’ve dealt with maybe 15 or more stores over the phone or in person the last month trying to hunt down the newest tech & these two were rockstars! Thank you again!

I lost my phone at a park and I couldnt find it anywhere. With my uncles help and going to Verizon I got a new phone. I got all of my contacts with my Google account along with photo and same phone number as well. Some of my apps that were on my old phone came on my new phone without having to search for them in the app store. Thanks guys!!😀

David has sold me two phones and a tablet over the last couple years. I am not technologically adept and anytime I have a problem, which does happen occasionally, I stopped in at the store and David has always been able to help me.

Ive bought my phones here for the past 10 years or so, and have always been given good advice. They explain things clearly, so that even I, a non-techy older woman, can understand perfectly. They are always willing to take time to answer my questions as they come up. I whole-heartedly recommend this store!

They sold my mother a home phone that would not work for her. They said they cannot cancel her contract, gave her a 1-800 number to call. Verizon Corporate cannot cancel her contract because she does not know what a PIN is. Now we need to drive up to Hermantown to an actual Verizon Corporate store. This is not an actual Verizon Corporate store so they can only sell stuff but cannot help you with anything else. They were not polite about it either. Amended review. Final outcome was that Verizon offered to accept half the contract termination fee. But this Authorized Retailer said there was no contract, only a service agreement. This was another scam upon an elderly woman on a fixed income.

The expensive fast charger I bought at Verizon quit working. When I tried to exchange it for the same charger I was told that was not possible. Instead, the man took advantage of me and gave me a charger that takes several hours to charge my phone. Taking advantage of people because they arent big into technology is wrong. Shame on you!

I bought a spare charger for my phone, due to traveling for work. The first time I went to use the charger it didnt work. Since I was out of town I could not return the charger until 5 days after I bought it. When I got back to town I went to return the charger. It still had the original packaging (in excellent condition) and my receipt but they would only let me return it for store credit. I will not be doing anymore business at this location. The man working that day was very pushy and not very polite.

I had a bad experience at at&t which force me to walk home in freezing weather. I found this story on the waay home and within 20 minutes had the phone I wanted and a ride home! The manager David went well beyond his normal duties in making sure I had a great experience. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Very great service and friendly atmosphere. Appeared understaffed though. Very busy for just one person to handle, however, the gentleman working handled it very well, while training in a new young lady.

They have excellent customer service. David-who helped me-was excellent with me and my family. He deserves a raise.

I always get excellent service when I go to the Verizon Store in Superior WI...I wouldnt go anywhere else for service related to my phone whether its a problem, question or purchase.

Only allowing 1 customer in at a time been waiting outside for an hour now. The least they could do is put chairs outside.

They charged 3 dollars for every transaction I made with cash. Made a remark about they pay out so they have to charge me the Money to cover extra fees if I paid cash. I had to make 3 transactions in cash to pay a bill. Then they did a separate to pay off my old phone then another to pay the fees for the new phone. Also tried to maker me feel bad that I didnt want tho pay $150 to have them usr some liquid to project my glass on my new phone.
