Jesse was extremely thorough in his detailed approach to get me into a vehicle I sought after. His organization and promptness make my car buying experience painless and worry free! Jesse kept me up to date on my vehicles status and granted me everything I desired, he made this painless. Its been a week and Jesse has made sure my family is happy with our purchase and everything is running good...we are and it is! Great customer service. Tonya was a pleasure to chat with. Had ABS lite checked out. Right front sensor was misaligned. They correct it and tested again. NO ABS lite on!!!! Checking on computer and only charged $90 for test and correcting problem.Thanks to all at Benna Ford.

Joe could have been more willing to listen to me. Just because Im a female doesnt mean I dont know what Im talking about. I told him I had free oil changes and he said whose going to pay for the oil change. Instead of doubting me he should have asked more about it. I also asked him to check my battery because I suspected I needed a new one. He doubted me again and turned out I was right. Because of the attitude toward me I went and got my battery at advantage. I would have got it from benna if he had been more willing to work with me instead of doubting me. Ive been a customer for years and expected more respect. Brad was always willing to work with me and respectful.
