This location is right next to my house so I asked if they stretch canvases, basically wasted gas money and my afternoon driving to another michaels that actually stretched my canvas for me. The young lady that told me they don’t stretch canvases was very sure that they didn’t offer that service. I don’t remember her name but she should get fired, she was caucasian and blonde. She lied to me and wasted my time.

Has craft supplies but don’t usually have any thing that can entertain kids if they don’t like crafts

The worst store I’ve ever ordered from! They always mess up my order. I run a business and can’t deal with their constant mistakes when I order online. My items are either out of stock after I purchase, broken while being mailed due to poor packaging, or shipped to the wrong address. They have lost a good customer!

I am so very disillusioned with Michaels... have purchased from them for over 20 yrs...not only are their prices OUTRAGEOUS but I purchased over $200. worth of merchandise for vases and wind up calling pest control due to bugs nesting in between ...had to throw everything out in large plastic bags ...went back to Michaels to advise them on their goods...sure enough as I browsed thru the flower department there were bugs flying around them..NO DISCOUNT NO REIMBURSEMENT...NOTHING...LAST TIME I EVER GO THERE
