Was looking for ladies shoes. Definitely disappointed at shoe selection but the rest of the store was very well stocked. Was a little confused on pricing but clerk helped me out. Not sure I would go again as Im not into looking through stuff but great place if ur into that.

Decent selection. Everything size wize is pretty mixed up. Still cant try things on so you have to hope things fit since it is non refundable. Got a suit jacket and about 11 shirts for $61.

Many of the mens clothes (pants/shorts) were not in the correct size locations, this was a bit annoying. Even though I found one item I stopped looking. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming though which gave this an extra star.

3 people working and no one speaks ENGLISH!!! Florida doesnt consist of just Spanish people. Its suppose to be a bilingual speaking establishment. Cant spend money when nobody speaks AMERICAS 1ST LANGUAGE

Scam charity workers. Found a broken item here that I could still have use for it so I made a fair offer in comparison to other non broken items offered here. The lady told me either you take it for said price or I take it back and throw it in the trash. Then the lady proceeded to talk about me in Spanish saying how I should be grateful that she could just take it and throw it away and doesnt have to sell it to me. Luckily my wife speaks fluent Spanish and heard the whole thing.

The best Goodwill store! Very organized and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly!!! We drive 30 min just to go there! I Highly recommend you to go there.

Needed shoes, but didnt have much money. Very happy I checked this Goodwill just north of Sunrise Blvd. Excellent selection, clean store, nice helpful employees. And yes, I bought 2 pairs of nearly new sneakers for less than $20! Plenty of free parking, & both the store & restrooms are wheelchair accessible. 5 changing rooms help customers get in & out in a reasonable time.

Great cashier (youngest Latin girl, curly hair).Customers here are rude for the most part...but w/e. Can find some gems with great timing.Prices have to be mentioned because they are great.

The people collecting donations were not very friendly. The donations are just thrown with no care as to what might be in bags. They dropped a nice cocktail dress right on the floor and kept stepping on it instead of picking it up. Will no longer be making donations here.

I have bought so many fun and unique items here, I highly recommend it. This is my favorite thrift store in the area.

You may be able to find something in the housewares section, but dont plan on finding any real gems. Bathroom is clean, staff is friendly. Store is unusually warm.

The collection staff is rude; In January 2018 when I made a donation they refused to provide us a donation receipt and just looked at me like I was stupid when I asked about it. Will probably take my business elsewhere going forward they shouldnt be so snooty when they are making money off those items.

I was unaware that Tuesday was seniors day, and was help by one of the workers to understand the sheets sizes. Bless her.

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. She directed me to the back for donations. In the back I was greeted with a motion (no words). No hello or hola. No gracias or thank you. There was a whole lot of Spanish though. At least learn the basics. Thank you would have been nice.

If you if you call this store early in the morning soon as they open you were more likely get a womans voice and I promise you she has the same voice as the cleaning lady from Family Guy who always says no no however this is great she was super Pleasant and helpful

They conveniently accept donations on the back side of the building. The store is clean and I enjoy finding unique items at good prices while supporting the community.

Higher rating because the store is very clean if not for that the rating would be lower though because the selection is pretty slim here. Definitely a smaller location.

Great big place I have never shopped at a goodwill but always donated but I walked around and amazingly I found a few things in new or mint condition there was a lot of people I guess there was something for everyone and amazing prices great staff and the plaza is a great shopping plaza food, exercise, massage, club congas and close to everything on university dr check it out

Quite disappointing. I dont think I will ever donate to Goodwill again, and I donate large amounts of goods and clothing every 6 months. After going in to find a few items to decorate my classroom, I was shocked to see that they sell things at outrageous prices and engage in misleading advertising within the store. I went there to find some books for my students and was shocked at the prices. They raise the prices of the teen books so I can actually find the books for the same price on Amazon. I guess the CEO needs more money.

On a good day, you may find some valuable stuff. I got a nice Jim Cramer book that worth $26 on Amazon for as little as 2 dollars.

The ladies that work there are extremely helpful and very patient.

The young lady at the register shorted me a dollar & did not apologize when I pointed it out! She needs customer service skills.

Disappointed to find no paperback books any more. But did manage to buy 3 hardback books and one lovely childs book in pristine condition.

Found a gem today! A pricey juicer that was a bargain here. They charge sales tax so you know this is a FOR-PROFIT Company..so I usually donate to a real charity like Salv Army

Great place to shop, and find merchandise for a very affordable price

On Tuesday my child purchased a music stand. After she took it home I found that it was in very bad shape. I then, went back yesterday to get a different merchandise but as I was waitting in line to see the cashier, coucarasha came from no where. The cashier demanded me to killed if I was a man! I did not! and guess what? I didnt get a refund, not an exchange. I went to complain to the lady manager and she also gave me an attitude. Some one please stop them. Or make your donations some where else.

Most times they act as they are doing me a favor when its theopposite way around! Once or twice I accidently left something in a box and asked for it back, not only did they tell me no but they insisted I buy it back! Though I am disabled sometimes they refuse to take the boxes from my pick-up. Now that is f--ked up...

Went there no air.the management was not friendly, while l was there a lady that fell outside. No one from the staff attempted to help her. Myself and my Husband stayed there while the women waited for a ambulance. I asked for some water . The poor cashier offered my her old water..the manager was not helpful at all. This is a GOODWILL NOT good staff, except for the little cashier.

Second visit - the clothes are poorly organized and labeled. They have very few books or toys. Everything is overpriced - I could get new for some of these prices! Ill try another one next time.

Goodwill is an ok place it is just the service that is awful they are so rude

Good place to save money if the budget is somewhat tight, there are things in very good condition and prices not to mention.

My experience is terrible, I have been in the country for years and I have frequented this site for a long time, and I have seen that day by day the prices increase considerably, I had the possibility of speaking with one of the classifiers and their attitude leaves much to be desired, no only for his treatment, but for his attitude in general, and it is a shame because for me disgust is from my land Cuba, what a shame because we have donated a lot and in particular I try to be the best and sadly we realize how expensive their Prices, its a shame, with astonishment I had to see a box that had an originally new price of one dollar and was crossed out and on top there was a number two, new is worth $ 1.00 and use $ 2.00 ???????? . I hope you become aware of what is an open secret among customers, and do not expect this discontent among the population to wreak havoc, and the wonderful idea for what was conceived these establishments cease to be to help and become something else
