The service department, notable service advisor Scott continues to provide excellent and speedy service. The complimentary car wash is first rate as well. I have yet to find any service department that does a better job and I have been dealing with a number of auto dealerships for over 40 years..

The sales manager Saeed Bolourian was very accommodating when we told him we were driving all the way from St. Augustine. He set an appointment time and had Gary Cohen ready for us when we arrived!Gary Cohen did an amazing job walking us through our buying experience and answered all of our questions with his firsthand knowledge! We then went to Brady Taylor for the financial part, and he did a phenomenal job! Our last stop was to Nilma Andrade’s office where we transferred our insurance! She was super helpful and even said she would research trying to get us lower insurance costs! She actually followed up the next day by sending us a quote for an insurance policy! Overall, the entire team was extremely helpful and made our buying experience great!! Thank you all again!! Was 3rd in line for 7am oil change. My service rep was not in yet, but Scott grabbed me immediately following a short service appointment he handled at 7. He got car & I through an oil change, vacuum & wash in just over an hour so I could make my 9am appointment at home. I know this likely would not have happened without him pressing to get this all done for me. Great work Scott!

Sales person was exceptional in his dealing, nothing like an ordinary car sales person. Worked together with his sales manager to try all options to make it affordable for me to reach a deal. Was very professional yet friendly, made me feel appreciated. Even went out of the way to let me drive the car to my wifes workplace so she can decide on the color of her new car.

Just purchased a new Caddy SUV. 2 stars because the car is fine, but the process took a long time (5 hours). We even test drove the vehicle alone because there was no sales person available. We both thought was strange. In hindsight, that was the first sign something wasnt right and we probably shouldve left. After 3 hours, I had to leave and my wife, who was purchasing the car, stayed for what I thought would be an easy cross the tees signing.She came home 2 hours later having paid $2,500 more than what we had agreed to as an out the door price before I left. My wife is a first responder and had a code for that discount yet I dont see it anywhere on the contract. This whole experience really soured us which is a shame because it is a nice car, but way overpriced and not worth it. We wont be buying any more cars from Ed Morse Cadillac. Congratulations, you got over on us, you win and we lose. Not a great way to build CLV.

My sales person Dennis Hernandez, negotiated my trade in, over the phone. Upon arrival, my new car was parked at the front of the show room. He invited me to view the car, we went in to sign and the payment and options (wear and Tear, Tire rim policies and service package, included, came to the negotiated price, no fuss. Always ask for Dennis for Sales and Scott Suko for service.

Im just still not sure what to think about the fact that my car has less than 25,000 miles on it & had the engine totally taken out (piston heads or something). My grill was cracked last oil change & no one told me, I saw it the next day cause they left a piece of the car hitch open or whatever the guy called it, so I noticed it myself, is my point. I have to bring it back 2 get that fix, nobody seems 2 be reaching out 2 me 2 schedule an appt. Paid 4 this car in full, youd think theyd treat me better. Its not running the same & Im not happy...went to High School w/ the owner (well son of the owner) was hesitant 2 buy but wanted 2 support an old friend. So far no bueno!

Everyone here is very nice and knowledgeable, they go out of their way to ensure you get the vehicle of your dreams. I had the pleasure to deal with Dennis there and his associate and they were very respectful of me as a customer. Every other dealer I went to before buying my SUV here, treated me as if I was clueless about the process and tried to take advantage of it. But not here, they make an effort to get to know you and what you want in a vehicle, and they dont use your typical sales pitches to take your money.....and that I appreciated. The bottom line is that, they will make money off you but they wont aim to rip you off at all, theyre fair and respectful and that is enough for me to rate them high on my book.

Would never buy another car from the place again. Car has been in the shop 7 times in less than 3 years with major transmission and engine problems and as of today they still cant figure out what is wrong with it. A complete lemon.Only person that has gone above and beyond is Scott S in the service department. He has been a great pleasure to deal with.

If you’re on the fence on which luxury car to get, Get a Cadillac. Not only do they offer great packages on their vehicles but the service department is incredible and easy to work with. That’s not the same with every brand. Both the sales and service consultants do their best to be of service. See Dennis Rodriguez for sales and Scott or Richard Kahn for service. They’ll take great care of you. Go in for a test drive.

This guy went out of his way to ensure that I was always informed of the repair progress, and when he told me it would be ready, it was. The experience was as good as one can get and as efficient as possible considering all that is involved in purchasing or leasing a new car. The sales professional who assisted me, Vanja Jeftic, was outstanding. I met with her initially on a Thursday, where I received information and test drives and then came back and finished everything up on Saturday. Our sales rep Donald was patient and presented all the details necessary for a smooth transition from our old car to our new vehicle. Sales Manager Saheed also went to bat for us. My service visit started with a unusual occurrence, Unable to contact my service adviser,with his cell # I called the dealership directly asking for Scott. A message was sent to contact me. Noon came and no call, that is totally out of character for Scott. (Being I had a urgent brake problem) Calling the dealership again speaking to the same young Lady who said lets make a appointment he will definitely will see that. Scott called 20min later.Scott said sorry new phones were given out. I brought the car in later that day.Repairs were completed the next day properly. After seeing the new phones my 90yo mom has. I understood the.poor communication. One would think Ed morse could afford 21 century phones for better customer contact.

By far the best car shopping experience. This is my second car purchase from Ed Morse Cadillac and they have gotten even better. Before I came in, I let my rep know what I was looking for, my price range and that I wanted process to be fast. Within two hours we were complete and I was driving out. The sales rep, Mr. Fares, is knowledgeable, up front and friendly. I shopped around for a while (literally throughout the country) and he gave me the best deal and it is certified pre-owned which means I get 100,000 miles of warranty. I had never purchased a used car before and am thrilled with my gently used XT5!!

Bought a CPO and had issues within 30 day. Service guy named Richard was a complete liar. I had to research myself and convince them to fix under warranty after many hoops and hurdles. Later within another 3 months, had another issue and more nonsense and more blame on me rather than Cadillac, a luxury brand, taking initiate to help resolve issues. Love the car, got everything fixed, now I’ll be going to a different Cadillac location.

Today it was my first visit at Edmorse Cadillac and i was very disappointed. I drove up to the service bay and no one out there to great you, there were at least 4 customer walking around looking for the service advisor or someone in general. Once my advisor found me he processed me and told me to wait in the customer lounge which was 7 seats and a TV really? What is this ford? Being a luxury automobile dealership they really killed it this time, take for example JM lexus once you make an appointment your advisor is always there and waiting for you before you arrive. After they process your paperwork they walk you upstairs to the customer lounge where they have coffee, donuts, pastries a patio even a sales consultant if you wish to appraise your car while its in service. One last thing when my car was done no one told me expect the guy who was cleaning the car, the advisor never came out hey your automobile is done, its in good shape, recommend blah blah nothing. Customer service was just horrible. Thumbs down!

The reviews on here are far from the truth about this place, we bought a 60k car from here and I regret giving the location a dime of our money! The customer service to TERRIBLE!!!! Every time (at least 5 times) that it had to be serviced and was told that we have have a rental, we get there and there’s NO loaner and had to figure it out ourselves because there’s “nothing more they could do” after they take your money on a car they treat you like shi*. I do not recommend coming to this location at all, working so hard and buying yourself a luxury car you deserve to get at least decent customer service. These people are nothing but low class people and that’s the truth about this location and I’m sure 80% of the reviews on here are from them or their friends and family, because everyone I’ve spoke to about how bad it is here tells me the same thing about here smh
