I spoke to one salesperson And went To the showroom Today. Due To the shortage of inventory, they Can’t sell The vehicle at the company price. The salesperson is asking for $5000 plus as a premium price from the MSRP. The dealer can decide the sales price, fully agree with their condition. But please mention this to the customer in the beginning, dont waste their time and money.

Very deceiving people - Internet price showed one amount, I called and spoke to a sales rep who verified with a manager and confirm that the price was correct. I drove one hour to the dealership to get there and be informed that the vehicle had a markup of 10 K .

Had a problem starting my GMC Yukon and took it to Ed Morse GMC for service. Battery was replaced (under warranty) and the vehicle now starts and runs perfectly.The service advisor got me checked in immediately and kept me informed while the work was being performed.I will definitely return for service in the future.

I would give no stars if I could. Very deceptive and unfair business practices. Dont just write reviews file complaints against this business. Dont only contact the BBB they are limited and in my opinion biased.It is totally unfair what they are doing to certain customers. We experienced Several failed repair attempts while car was under warranty. Each time they make a recall repair car is worst. Also be sure to check your mileage in and mileage out. Jason is the worst service advisor and it appears to me he is far from honest, especially when it comes to women. Are these mechanics are ASE certified? My mother is a senior citizen under doctors care and the numerous trips we had to make for the same issue is absurd. The treatment is unethical However I am relentless. My mother is ill and elderly and should not be subjected to such unfair treatment. I will not tolerate it and there has to be accountability.

Raphael helped me with the warranty features for a blown tire and services for my vehicle he calmed my fears about my tire being repaired and he conveyed empathy about me missing my trip to Jacksonville. And the next day was even better when auto repair called to let me know they were fixing the tire and no need to replace a perfectly good tire.

Buyer beware! If you are looking for a competent team and a great car buying experience, take your business elsewhere. The team messed up my car order and then had no remorse or desire to make a repeat customer (me) happy. No apology. Treated poorly from the initial visit through me walking out. He was patient, he answered all my questions and he let me know what was happening with a gas tank problem I was having even though I was there for an airbag recall. I would NEVER ever take my car back to this dealership for anything, I went for an oil change and paid almost $100 the cost is ridiculously high. I would rather go to Phil Smith. Im sorry I found out after the same oil change is $40 bucks at Phil Smith. Im driving simple Chevy not a Benz or Rolls Royce.

Although the process of buying my Escalade wasn’t the best, that has been addressed. The Sales Manager really cares and is very nice. From a Service standpoint, they are excellent. Highly recommend working with Todd in Service. Everything goes smooth. Todd listened to all my issues with my Escalade and made sure they were all resolved before I picked it up. Getting a loaner was simple and smooth. Todd is very thoughtful and makes sure that everything is taken care of. He is also extremely nice.

Had a 10 AM Appointment for an oil change. When I booked the appointment I specifically asked if 10 AM meant that the car would actually be serviced at 10 . I was told yes sir, we will take good care of you.I specifically asked before making the appointment; because a different Chevy dealer had once given me an appointment and took the car back on time only to leave it in the parking lot for 2 hours before doing a 20 minute service.When I arrived the very nice ( truly) service rep started processing my car only to tell me that 10 AM was the appointment to write up the car and actual service would not begin til after 12. I left.A 20-30 minute oil change and tire rotation should not take 2.5 -3 hours.

Really bad business practices at this dealership. I will never pay a “market value” adjustment on any car. They are taking advantage of COVID by marking up to the tune of 7 and 8 thousand dollars on the Yukon. As soon as you drive it off the lot, you just gave them 8 grand to sign. Additionally, ordering is an arduous process. I ordered my Tesla online for 150.00 - is was 110,000 car. Here..... 1000 non refundable as stated.I went to another dealership and ordered in 20min with my GMC military discount. Please do not pay them for this greed.

Took in my 2017 Canyon GMC in for service in Oct 2019, twice they said no issues, finally brought back and they said yes you need the torque converter replaced. It took 2 months before part came in. I brought it into the shop and they finally got to it two weeks later. They did provide a free rental that was great. But once they took the transmission down they found additional issues. Now they told me it would take another week or two. They were able to get me a new transmission. That was great, but one week passed now I am on 4 weeks and no repairs have been done. I have had to cancel my camping trip twice. I just passed by this morning ( Feb 14, 8:30am ) no one is still working on my truck. The transmission got in on Monday 2/10. I spoke to the service manager Dave, he had no solutions just excuses. I explained that I have been waiting since Nov 2019 for this and still nothing. No truck for 4 weeks. The transmission was there since Monday and no one has touched it. His answer was, we will try to finish ASAP. No a very good experience at all. I do all my service with Ed Morse since I purchased the vehicle. Everything was good until this experience. Not going back any more for any service.Update 3/10/2020 - I got my truck back 2/21. The truck is working perfect now. Long wait allot of stress but the person who made things right was Jason my service adviser. No management contacted me direct when I picked up the vehicle. I also did not get response back from Corp on the email I sent. Jason offered me discounts on new tires that I needed and made things right for the very long wait and inconvenience. Thank you Jason for going the extra mile to make things good again. The only reason I will continue to do business with Ed Morse is because of Jason. #edmorse #edmorsesawgrass.

Very bad experience. After having vehicle repaired and now similar transmission problems still exist, the service writer said they will NOT look at it again. They said try another dealer. I have never been so disrespected. We have a truck and a fairly new Corvette that we were going to trade up. Why would I do that with Ed Morse after they said to take my 17 Colorado with less than 36,000 miles on it when they said take it to another dealer to get it fixed!!!! Ill be taking my truck and also my fleet of GM vehicles that we use in our business to another dealer. 7 vehicles and 34 employees will NEVER go to Ed Morse.....GM has been notified and they were in awwww when I told them. Ed Morse want me to run my truck out of mileage warranty to avoid replacing my transmission...A common practice from other people I know...Shame on you Ed Morse for employing people like this. You CSI rating in going to drop as a result to say the very least.

Brought my 2017 Volt here after it abruptly stopped on the highway. Turned out to be a bad battery, they replaced it under warranty and got it back to me very quickly considering the part came from Detroit and Thanksgiving was rapidly approaching. Such wonderful customer service! My A/C went out on my vehicle and I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the next morning. My service rep. Alberto Salas was very helpful to me. Excellent experience in service my advisor Jason and the service manager went above and beyond to help me this time my warranty just expired right after I got one part fix. Few days later something else broke they got in touch with GM and and got majority of it covered by them. This was probably the best experience I’ve received in service in a while. We bought a used vehicle from here a month and a half ago. The purchase was smooth but the customer service afterwards has been a nightmare. We still have not received our registration for the tag and we are now driving on expired temp tag because they mailed it to the wrong address. Ive been calling every other day just to be told dont worry about it we are working on it. The sales lady that sold us the truck refuses to answer my call anymore. They didnt want to take care of the problem at all, they told me to go to the DMV and tell them I lost it. In all my life Ive never had something like this happen to us.

Excellent customer service. They have many dealerships under the same name. We specifically went to Chevy. However they have other dealerships there as well. Very happy with the service, the sales process, the least processed, and turning in my fiances old car was a breeze. Very happy to recommend these guys. Not high pressure sales. I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia back in early 2018. I dont understand why I was there 4-5 hours when I was paying in full. Why so many questions? I had an issue recently, I went to see about a email I received and the engine light was on. There were 2 men working at service repair and was shut down when I said Id stay to wait (I was assisted by the older man) he said no you cant, you can call and make an appointment to be seen!I live over 30 minutes south and came here to be spoken to this way. I said nah Ill take it to my mechanic. He shrugged and said ok with a couldnt care less look. Id never recommend any friend, family or colleague of Ed Morse.Im uncertain if it has to do with covid but please have a meeting and have him brush up on manners and professionalism.

Completing the purchase a breeze, but be prepared to receive no attention to emails or requests after that… In my case, there was a service contract that was added during the purchase with the option to cancel at a later time, which after carefully reviewing I decided that it had no added value for me. I send them the request to cancel and still, after almost three months there is no response from anyone.
