So I have been coming to this location for years and never had a bad experience until tonight.Theres a new lady that works at this location that has horrible customer service & doesnt even know the inventory items in the store.I came in and asked for an item, and she didnt know what I was talking about and so the guy in the store assisted me.At the check out counter, there was no cashier. So i put down my items and waited. The same lady came back and asked if the items that were on the counter were mine, and I said yes. She said I was to take them up. So I was quite confused so I took them up and she told another customer to come forward and cashed them. I was in shock.At that point, the other cashier called me over and assisted me. The people I were with saw everything and were appalled.

I walked from walmart to burger king and reached exactly At 9pm. The store was closed. While the opening hours at the window says otherwise.

Large selection of anything you could want to drink. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the honesty of one particular gentleman who admitted he did not know about a certain whiskey I inquired about. Ive come to doubt those individuals who know everything about anything you ask about, its simply impossible. I ended up buying the whiskey and gladly reported my finding to him. Prices are good too and dont have to wait for a sale. Clean and well maintained.

I walked in to this place looking for vodka. Running out of time to prepare a drink for an event. My partner who drove with me to help me didn’t have her id. These ladies denied to sell me a borrow because my friend, who was not buying anything, didn’t have her id. This is crazy. She wanted me to drive back home to get her id. Yes you read right. Drive back to my home to get an id for someone that was not driving or buying anything. It was my first and definitely last one. Crazy policy. And makes no sense.

They put a price offer and when you go to pay they are not there and the employees do not know anything and in front of you they take away very bad attention from the employees I do not return to that place

Great selection and great prices. Best part of the store is Larry. He is so very helpful. My husband and I first met him a few weeks back and he gave us a long history of wines. I then went yesterday to buy my dad some wines for his birthday and he directed me to the right section and what bottle he recommended for my father. I can honestly say that everything he has ever recommended has been amazing. Unlike other people who have reviewed on here I can appreciate the guidance from a person who has more knowledge than I do. I went in yesterday bought 3 bottles and then Larry recommended this 1 Cabernet that was sold out but he told me he would have more today. I went back and bought 8 bottles today. Vast selection of spirits. It has everything you could need. A great selection of craft liquors and beers. They also have a premium wine area. Coolers for cold stuff too. Tonight I walked into ABC looking for a recommendation to choose a few different Champagnes, one for use in Mimosas, one for enjoying with dinner that would not be too dry nor too sweet and most importantly one that I could gift to a friend whom is a very savvy champagne drinker whom I love to impress with a great pick! I was referred to Larry from another sales associate and WOW, little did I expect a crash champagne course when I wandered into ABC this evening. Larry went above and beyond listening to my needs, educating me so that I would understand how to make my choice based on the intended use, my preferences and of course price range. I left there knowing that I had finally found someone who is by far the most knowledgeable expert that I have ever encountered. I felt like I walked into an upscale restaurant to order rather than my local wine store. These days its hard to find people who have so much passion to share their knowledge and I feel it is something to really appreciate. I popped the bottle to go with dinner and it was spectacular with its smooth fine bubbles that fizzed with each sip. It was spot on what I wanted. I will never go to another wine store, you will not find that kind of service anywhere!

Every time I go to ABC and I see Larry I’m in good hands. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his wines and always guides me right. Last night, on a Tuesday, after a 12 hour day, I stopped by and the place was chaotic with Boyz 2 Men signing autographs. Not so great for regular customers going through the chaos... were Larry distracted me from that annoyance.

Guys there were friendly and helpful, organized and knowledgeable. Im making this place my go-to liquor store.

Horrible customer service. Whats the point of placing an order online, if the customer have to wait in the regular line. Management needs to inform the associates that online orders are picked up at the Express Order Online counter. Avoid this place, go to Total Wine and More instead.

The store has a great wine conocer (sommelier) it will teach you in a 10 minute time how wines are not the way we know it. It worth a try.

I never trust staff at any wine store in the country cause they are not knowledgeable and just recommend what they make commissions on. I travel 20 miles out of my way to Sunrise because its hard to find a wine store who has a Certified Sommelier. Its like having an encyclopedia of wine and you ask him for some brand of wine and spirit that you know and he will always give you a recommendation for 2 or 3 that aren’t more Expensive but 1/2 the price and literally double the quality of what you were asking for. What retail store employee will recommend something LESS cost ? No one but Larry that I know of. My wife wanted Moet Rose Champagne cause that is what she always buys. Larry said for 1/2 price you can buy a Brut Rose Champagne and you will like it better. I was afraid to not bring my wife home what she asked for so I bought both. Larry was right again. The Haton Rosé was $33 not $59 and it was amazingly better in taste. I never heard of this producer but who cares? My wife loved it so much she sent me back to by 2 more bottles which is still less than one bottle of what she usually buysI recommend everyone visit this sommelier and just tell him what you normally drink and don’t even question him. I guarantee you he will find you something that costs less and you will like better. I don’t know why he is in a retail job but I hope he never leaves. One of a kind knowledgeable and friendly guy that is 100% honest and trustworthy. Don’t ever leave Larry !! You define customer service.

I felt discriminated from get go. Larry was very condescending. I was buying a bottle of Veuve Cliquot champagne. $60 . He kept pushing another band for 30$ and putting down the brand i was looking for. If it is so overpriced...then why carry it in the store. When i told him i wanted to just buy what i was looking for. He became a bit rude and further condescending. Look like they make bigger commissions on these unknown brands. It is ok to propose and offer alternative. But at least resoect the custoners chouce and decision. Very poor service. Never going back. Pls stay away if you are looking for good service and honest opinion.

I absolutely love this place. It is conveniently located on Flamingo RD on the outside of the mall perimeter. The associates are all very helpful and really know the store inside and out. There are usually tastings of some sort on the weekends and they have a wide selection available. If their store does not have it, they are quick to order it from another store and call you when it arrives. I prefer to shop here than Total Wine. I rarely find that they do not have what I need.The one con about this place is the new Sommelier Larry. Unless you have hours to sit around and listen to him and his grips about healthcare, his prostate exam, and his many re-hires with the company, just stay away. He really seems to know his stuff when it comes to wine but lacks eye contact and a filter for personal information.Everyone else is great and I have never had an issue with them. They also have a rewards system to earn points towards credits on your purchase! Great if you are a frequent purchaser.

They also have lots of accessories (e.g., glasses, items for mixing drinks, etc, etc) and some food items such as various types of cheeses, crackers (stuff youd maybe want to nosh on while having drinks). Friendly staff that will help you pick out the right wine or decide between different brands of a given alcohol (e.g., several mango flavored vodkas but which brand is the best?)

Poor customer service...... So Funky Buddhas 4 pack of MoroMoro and their 4 pack of Hop Stimulator go for $11.99 each. When I made a 4 pack consisting of 2 of each beer types, they wanted to charge me as individual beers turning the $12 4 pack to a $16 4 pack. What a way to keep your customers satisfied. I always go to this store and this will be my last time. You are better off going somewhere else such as Total Wine................ # RIPPOFFS
