Love Publix. But in the last few weeks I have noticed long lines that remind me of Walmart. I pay more for a good customer service but above all for not making long lines. I think the general manager wants to save on labor by sacrificing customers this is something he had never seen in Publix

Busy..always first two days of the month. Social Security checks, and pensions hit. Lot of seniors shop here. The store carries a wide selection of products and produce. Staff is helpful. Pharmacy on-site. Bakery and deli. Great butcher always willing to trim it or cut it as you like.

Publix is one of the best supermarkets I have shopped in. Everything is fresh and the shelves are fully stocked. Great store.

I shop at a variety of supermarkets in the area large and small this Publix is always well stocked has some very good specials the staff is always helpful and friendly

Unfortunately I encountered a very rude customer service worker today at this location. (A woman, about 50s/60s, brown hair in a pony-tail, Caucasian, in the second lane from right) After waiting in line and waiting a few minutes for another male employee to buy cigarettes in-front of me from this customer service agent- I was told that it wasn’t my turn and to go to the back of line. Not my turn? I was the next person in line! And let me not forget to mention that another customer had cut in-front of me while I was waiting. Why wasn’t she sent to the back of the line?? Everyone else behind me was doing a return and all I was trying to do was buy a sun pass which was one foot behind the lady. So an employee wanting cigarettes behind the lady is acceptable, but a customer wanting a sun pass isn’t? It’s safe to say I’ll be doing my shopping elsewhere!

The customer service department here is fantastic. They know how to multitask and get things done quickly with a smile. Great customer service!

This Publix is good. Its what you would expect a Publix to be. Friendly, fully stocked, easy to navigate around the store, friendly neighbors. This Publix has offers sushi and now a grilled salmon poke bowl. I thought that was interesting! I also like that they employ young kids who have decent attitudes.

They always have full shelves on the produce a like. Lady s at the pharmacy always nice.

Sub line is always slow and only have 1 person working the line. I would put one stars but they have nice people. Lady working the slowest speed possible. Like it’s almost on purpose. :(Update, as soon as I wrote this, they sent someone else out to help out. So I’m changing to four stars. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Great publix, nice staff and good selections compared to others in the area. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Its good its near by..rate it 4 stars because its definitely not the largest publix Ive been to..and that obviously would affect selection.

Realky great Publix. I go here often and its always nice, workers are always friendly and offer assistance. It can look crowded but they always handle it well at checkout and keep things moving efficiently.

This is 1 of 2 locations I go to. Always friendly staff & stocked well. The only thing Im missing is the Publix brand yogurt I became obsessed with a couple years ago & I cant find it anymore. Publix Premium Vanilla Bean w/ Mango & Coconut. I need this back in my life!!! :-)

I wish you could rate the bakery separately from the store itself. The public is nice, small with an even smaller parking lot but everyone is friendly and Its pretty clean. The bakery however, not so much. I ordered a orange dinosaur cake for my daughters birthday and was beyond disappointed with what we recieved. The cake looked like it had 2 faces and was 70% frosting. I told the person on the phone we would be feeding 10-15 people and they gave us an 8inch cake that was mostly frosting. We ended up having to go back and purchase and larger sheetcake. I would NEVER order from this bakery again.

The store has an amazing backing department. I must say that their cakes are the best I found in Sunrise. Fresh, delicious, and very beautifully decorated. The Sushy bar is another deffenet stop to make, as well as their cold cuts and cheese department. The store is a wounderful store to shop in,. But I just wish that this location would get the same face lift as the other locations. And I cant forget to complement the staff. Always smiling and right there when you need help in finding the things you are searching for. It a good store to shop in . Thank you Publix Super Market.

Whenever you walk into a Publix all you ever see are smiling faces and happy workers of the people who work there now when I think of having me a good healthy and delicious sandwich from Publix Deli I will jump off the bus long before my own bus stop just so I can go and grab me a nice delicious Publix roast beef yellow American cheese on 5 grain whole bread is so good and the topics you have choices of so many toppings that you will be standing there scratching your head trying side which of the toppings you would like to have please keep in mind its probably somebody right behind you waiting to be served dont take too long in deciding how do you spell some fun and make sure that when youre over at this Plaza stopping at Publix

I started shopping at this store 4 months ago I really enjoy it because you guys always have products available. A few things I think is worth looking into I have been sending Western Union fron this store and I rotate using my card and my wifes card because I am a mister mom. So I do all the shopping etc. A few days ago I was ask for an ID to match the credit card well I didnt because this time I use my wife card that was inconvenient because if I new that I could have stopped at the bank to retrieve thw money I needed to send. Lnow is have the battle. Second 755pm I was trying to call the deli to order wings no one answered the phone so I called the front desk they tried to call no answer. If they do not want to answer the phone because they have to cook wings just answer and say were done frying for the day try back in the morning. I can except that.

It good to see everyone wear masks cuz covid19 increase. Oh boy

As far as grocery stores go, this is a reasonable location. We find what we need and the people are good.

Workers are friendly, but customers can be very rude. Avoid this store because of this.

Bad customer service...no employees at lotto machine...they close the line and anyone is available to take that position....

We always shop at Publix at Welleby in Sunrise, Florida. The staff is helpful and friendly. The quality of their merchandise is top notch. 👌 Can always count on Publix.

Clean, organized, friendly staff. If they dont carry what I need they make the time to look for other locations nearby that has them or order for you, but forget to call you when they do have it.

If it wasnt for Seth and Ana in the deli department I wouldnt even recommend this location. Seth definitely should be the manager back there. Epiphany on the other should be moved to the back and away from customers she has no customer service whats so ever. Overall, its a great store clean, convenient and always stocked for the most part. But Epiphany, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and does not represent Publix well. If you want a 10 star experience in the Deli ask for Seth if available believe me you wont be disappointed.

This has been my Publix for the past 10 years! My favorite person in the store is Rick!! He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and an incredible attitude! Customer service isnt nearly what other area Publix stores are..Parking lot is horrible...not the stores fault though.

Never have I had such a pleasant experience at a publix sub station! Deon went out of her way to accommodate our dietary needs, in a clean and efficient way, with a smile on her face! I never seen someone work so quickly and accurately. Deon was so nice, she definitely deserves a raise!

They had a customer that was not wearing a mask. But a face shield and a face shield is not a verb mask which is mandatory in all Publix my understanding is no mask no shop text me back and let me know if Im rightEmployees are some great people but need to know the safety factors. A very busy Publix- mostly due to its proximity to the Sunrise Lakes retirement condominiums. Good inventory, friendly helpful staff! I’ve been a regular shopper here for 32 years. Back then it was a quaint quiet little store. NOT Anymore!!Again, since the pandemic the foot traffic in this Publix is down by about 75%! People using Instacart and having their groceries delivered. 😉 ~K.

This Publix is the worst place to buy anything. Customer service, they dont even know what that means. Many times, they dont have what is advertised in the Publix add. It is a wasting time going to this location. Better drive a little more where you can receive the right services because at the end you pay high prices expecting good service

Everyone is very nice. Its so close to my place!

There were available Publix people in the aisles for asking where products were. They were so friendly and helpful. One even saw me at the cashier and asked if I had found the pesto. That was very sweet and kind.

Nice atmosphere generally, patrons respect social distancing and mask guidelines. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

If there ever was a store that should shut there doors it would be this publix. The reason being thatWhomever does the inventory should be fired. That store is so unprepared fir the public., any public. I live about an 1/8 th of a mile but I’d rather go to any of the other Publix. That is ridiculous!!! I was the first one inside and couldn’t find half the products I was looking for.Thank god for Doris’s. They have cases and cases of toilet paper every day. So then I ask, who is full of it !!

I must say this: I just moved in the neighborhood and we are getting ready for Irma. I want to thank Publix for their wonderful service. Every single person working in this store is so helpful and nice! They were working hard and restocking everything so fast, and making sure everybody gets the change to get water, bread and food! Thank you so much for all your hard work and for being so nice with the costumers! Forever a regular now!
