The first and last time I was in here, I walked in, literally walked around the entire store, made eye contact with several employees, and then walked back out. Not a single person, 3 of which were not occupied in any way, so much as greeted me. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years and find this lack of customer care abhorrent.

Good place to get building materials. Everyone is very helpful. The manager Jim will go out of his way to sure things are right.

Only place around that had pressure treated lumber in the length I needed. Took my order over the phone and had it waiting for me to pick up when I got there.
