I came here today for the first time. I had to get a piece to fix our broken kitchen sink facet. The lady who came to me and my dad in the plumbing department was wonderful. She showed us how to find the right piece to match our facet. The lady saw that the piece would be hard to match because it was so rusted. So she recommended that we change the whole facet which is really what we wanted to do. We just could never find a replacement facet because our sink has the facet directly on the wall and not on the sink itself like other sinks have. The lady even took us to the isle where the sink facet is. So it was a miracle that this store had it. So yes, the lady was great and explained everything to me and my dad. The store itself is nice. Has a good selection of houseware products. Prices are a little high, but not overpriced. The other staff seems friendly enough. I like this store better than Jones Hardware, which is the store thats closer to where I live.

Ive never had anything but great experiences here. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They seem like they genuinely want to help you. At other hardware stores Ive been made to feel like I was a nuisance. Theyre really wonderful.

Went to Coles with no clue what I was doing with a plumbing issue. There was a nice young man in the plumbing area that looked at the picture and got me everything I needed and walked me through how to connect it all.

Coles has very helpful employees. If you cannot find an item they are more than willing to help you find what is needed. If they dont have the exact item they at least suggest a substitute item which may help

Staff very helpful, asked what I needed and brought me right to what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on what solvents to use for my cleaning project.

I like Coles, you can find about anything you are looking for from Christmas trees to kids swimming pool s . There biggest down fall is they are expensive. If you are just as close to a wal Mart, or k Mart or even weiss they would be cheaper than Coles.
