The lady Lisa who works here, I think she’s a manager which is mind blowing to me.. anyways, she always looks like she hates her life and job and has no personality. She is one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with at a CVS. I generally like this location because of the sweet elderly lady but I just won’t be back due to the lack of respect this woman has for customers. She talks down to them like they’re beneath her. Not a fan.

Called this CVS on 107th and bell road in Sun City to ask a question the pharmacist was very rude I will never use this cvs,

CVS is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I like this particular store because they are fully stocked at all times and have many variety items and selections other CVS stores doesn’t have. One of the main reasons why I come to the store is the great customer service from an employee by the name of Rhonda. She is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure customers are happy and found what they want.Rhonda is a great asset to CVS and it is employees such as herself who makes customers happy and want to return back to your store.On the other hand, the red box machine has been down for months and would be great if it can be replaced with a new one since it hasn’t worked for months.

PUT THE FAX # SO PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO SIT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR TO GET IT DUH

Pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful. They have gone above and beyond all reasonable expectations to help get refill orders from docs, give 3 days of meds, no charge, for lost prescriptions and handled transfer of out of state prescriptions even though they had never been filled by cvs previously. This team deserves all the thanks and praise we can give them!

Fantastic coupons if you are a member plus sales constantly.

Ive really only dealt with the Pharmacy at this store. They dont ever answer their phone. I have called them and driven there as Im on the phone. Probably rang about half an hour, noone ever answered. The excuse was they were short staffed and busy. I have read previous comments that say the same thing.its an on going problem.

5/3/20 3:30 pmI went to to buy sanitizer. I found 3 small sprays. I noticed a sign that said 3 units for sanitizer per customer. I went front to pay for them and TAUNIE said can you can only buy 1 so I explained the sign I saw and she said IM SO DONE call the manager. The assistance Manger which was bumping hips with another worker at the store took her side immediately and took the sanitizer and put them back. I asked if my girlfriend could by 1 to and she said 1 per household. We dont live together and she said no. Then she said 1 per CVS card and I said can you give my girlfriend a card. She denied her one. Never have I ever been discriminated like this. Then she through the bag with the items I bought at me. Then she tossed the receipt. I told her you need to work on your customer service skills. TAUNIE said YOU TOO the nerve of this lady. I wrote the date and time so the manager can review the camera footage and how bad she is at her job.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Bad experience at this store, clerk was rude and unprofessional! She was an older lady, and mannerism was uncalled for. Good customer service should be the first thing you present. This is the closest location to where I live, but for this very reason I will take my business elsewhere!

Today i had a very bad experience at this cvs. Taunie was very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. She doesnt understand that people can shop anywhere and cvs is not the only place i can give my local business to. You can tell she is not a happy person and shes just there for a paycheck. Bye Bye cvs. Hello Walgreens.

5/3/20 3:30PM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! TAUNIE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE IS VERY RUDE. I WENT IN TO BUY SANITIZER AND NOTICED A SIGNED THAT SAID 3 PER CUSTOMER. WHEN I WENT TO PAY. TAUNIE SAID. 1 PER CUSTOMER AND I EXPLAINED THE SIGN AND SHE SAID YOUR WRONG. THEN I SAID ILL BUY 1 AND MY GIRLFRIEND WILL BUY 1. THEN SHE SAID 1 PER HOUSEHOLD AND I SAID WE DONT LIVE TOGETHER. THEN SHE SAID 1 PER CVS CARD. I SAID OK. CAN YOU GIVE MY GIRLFRIEND A CARD AND SHE DENIED HER OF A CARD AND SAID IM SO TIRED OF THIS AND CALLED THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER AUTOMATICALLY TOOK HER SIDE AND WALKED AWAY AND PUT THE SANITIZER BACK. THEN I TOLD TAUNIE. YOU SHOULD WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SAID WELL YOU TOO AND MADE A FACE AT ME. THEN SHE THREW THE BAG WITH THE ITEMS I PURCHASED AND ME AND TOSSED THE RECEIPT. I HOPE THE GENERAL MANAGER WILL SEE THIS. I POSTED THE DATE AND TIME SO YOU CAN REVIEW THE CAMERAS. THANKS TO TAUNIE I WILL NOW BE GOING TO WALGREENS.

The customer service here is very bad. They are rude. I hope management can take care of this issues. The cashiers lack work ethic and customer service skills. I will not be coming back here.

Always a friendly place older but they seem to work hard at keeping it nice. Always eager to help to I like that. And the fact they always know me

This CVS has vastly improved in the last 4 years when I first started coming here ...no customer service not polite not helpful. The staff has become much more friendly and even offer assistance at times, they all smile much more. I used to hate coming here but now its a pleasant experience every time I go. Good work CVS. In addition this store has an extensive home health aids department, toilet seat risers, walkers, canes, tips for canes and glides for walkers, wound dressing, creams and lotions for adult incontinence, anything you might need for an elderly parent they probably have in stock. If you are caring for someone at home, this department is well worth a look,you may discover something to make you and your loved ones life easier/more comfortable.

This Store has very bad customer service. I had to deal with Taunie and she was very rude. She told me the customer is never right here at CVS. I cant believe they have someone like her working there.

After being on hold for over an hour, I finally drove to the pharmacy. With my cellphone still on hold I asked the woman behind the counter if this was typical. She told me they are busy and short handed so; no, they do not answer the phone unless it is a physician callingEven though there was no one there except me, they still do not take phone calls

This is one of the better CVS stores to shop. The staff have always been attentive and smiling. In a crunch staffers, Denease & Cindy, helped me find the exact item I needed (after 20 min of searching!) Kudos to CVS for keeping customer service a top priority.

Terrible customer service, I went to pick up a medication at3:30 PM Saturday Aug 3rd 2019 rude old man working at the pharmacy pick up area told me to go pay for something at the front after waiting for him 15 minutes or more to pick up a medicine just because he was working by himself but there was no one waiting after me. This place can lose customers if this is how they treat customers.

I tried for 4 days to get a hold of this Stores Pharmacy to refill my prescriptions I could not get through I called my Dr and asked them to Fax instead the Dr office has the fax confirmation I feel like i am in a black whole!!!My Dr faxed in my prescription this AM but CVS couldnt find it even though Dr received a fax confirmation they still could not find it I went home tried calling every few hrs instead of wasting a drive back I needed this medication before closing for Cocci Meningitis as I was now low I Never get a answer on the phone no machine or person answered at all. I went back and was told there is a phone problem this was days ago and the problem remains you can not even call and use the service to see of the prescriptions are done and waiting! you can not talk to anyone unless you go in ! This means that you can not request a refill either using the phone and I tried from other phones and had others call with the same results!I believe if this was a technical problem as they said... they would have the extension rollover to pharmacy problem fixed by now This is the ONLY advertised # to the store!! The service is suppose to answer then direct you to Pharmacy or Customer service, I will discontinue using this store They were told of the problem and offer no work around (If there really is a problem) This store cant take in new prescriptions requests unless you walk in ! This is a retirement areaand MANY people cant drive and depend on it, thinking CVS is a reliable brand, They offer a service to call or text when its ready to pick up but that does not happen either here. Corporate should be informed I personally am disabled everything for me needs to be accountable and planned ahead I cant go without my medications or I will be Hospitalized as I have Cocci Meningitis as well and its clear the staff at this store does not care! GOD Bless ! and find another store as I am going to patronize Safeways Pharmacy from now on! Its next store SHAME on you CVS!

Their pharmacy staff is terriblely unorganized and always out of medication my second time here they couldnt find my script....i hate having to come here
