Phenomenal experience at the Sumter Mall in Sumter SC. Could not be more satisfied with the care that I experienced at this location. From entering the facility and the professional attentiveness I received, I felt like my patronage was valued, Tiffani was a breath of fresh air compared to other eye glass providers in Sumter, because she understands customer service. I felt like my vision needs were met in a superior fashion. 5 Stars all the way around! Would I come back to this location? Absolutely! Would I recommend to a friend? Yes! Your employees are an asset to your branch office!

The physician was kind and professional. Tiffany the store manager is so helpful, and customer friendly. Seems like you’re visiting a friend when she welcomes you into the store. Can’t remember the name of the rep who helped me with ordering, but she too was kind and informative about my options with my insurance plan.

REALLY!!!!!!! The only reason why I even put 1 star is because that’s the only way It would prompt me to this page. Customer service there is HORRIBLE!!! After 3 tries getting an appointment for my husband, he finally made his appointment but was 10min late. When he walked in the nurse pulled his chart THEN TOLD HIM HE HAD to reschedule!!!!! He said there was one person in the waiting room!!! Customer service in society is a joke anymore and this is a PERFECT EXAMPLE!!! Everyone thinks the public owes them but in reality that is not true at all. I am not done with this issue. I have contacted corporate about the money lost for them and my husband seeing as how he had to miss work just to be told he was 10min late. GET A LIFE!!!!

I was very pleased with lens Crafters. I had the best eye exam I have ever had there. Dr was excellent and very thorough. The eye glass part was great also. Will definitely return

If I could 0 stars I would!!! The optometrist is extremely rude, racist, and money hungry!! He talks over the patients in a very rude manner, sarcastically insisting that they should buy this expensive pair of lenses or he will not service them!!!! He keeps trying to force me to purchase daily wear when I tell him I don’t want that! Then he proceeds to say he will not service me unless I purchase those. Extremely rude!!! Unsatisfied and will be reporting to the BBB.

I broke my glasses, and needed new ones quickly. I went to Lenscrafters and was told theyd be in within the week. A week and a half passed, so I called the store and was promised theyd be in the store in two days. Two days later, I had to call again and was told that my glasses hadnt even been shipped yet, and that I could expect them in five days. No one could tell me why they had taken so long, so I submitted a complaint. Im not sure anyone actually read my complaint, though, because I was asked a few questions that were clearly answered in my original complaint. Now Im being ignored by corporate, and plan to return my glasses and go somewhere else. Id never use Lenscrafters again after this.

I cant speak to the optometrist, selection, or prices. The person who I spoke with to schedule an appt was so rude, I didnt even make an appt.

Staff was great!! the prices and variety suck! Price for frames wasnt bad, but the lens are a ripoff! Better have insurance! But... Its luxottica fault, they own lenscrafters (including eyemed ins and half the eyeglass wear around the world). And the prices will stay high as long as people buy them. Does not matter where you go to buy glasses, almost ALL designer glasses and cheap glasses are made by luxottica, so prices will be the same everywhere else.

Bought new wire rim no line bioficals Jan 18. Highest grade lens, so they would be light as possible ... unfortunately jacks the cost to abt $900 (insurance covers some)! Worn glasses over 40 years but 1st time using LensCrafters. Absolute most painful glasses EVER!! Nose piece was unstable causing me to constantly adjust, bruising, bleeding and finally discarding for outdated pair🤬 LensCrafters tried twice to fix by adding different pads...nada. Finally gave up @ 5 months but friend urged me to try exchange. Read online reviews for LensCrafters and wasn’t hopeful but explained to manager & she didn’t hesitate...”let’s find you a new pair!”Old school customer service?? Skeptical still, I prepped for 2 week wait but before a week was up... Glasses ready for pickup. Fit perfect & no pain!! Best customer service in years!! Prices comparable to rest of town. Didn’t see their eye Dr (Dr West too amazing to switch) Recommend this LensCrafters to all!😉
