I took my daughter to get new glasses for back to school. We were in and out in no time and her 2 pairs were ready in less than an hour!! Sales rep was very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely go back for glasses of my own soon!

The only thing I didnt like about the services were they say you can get a complete pair of glasses for $39.95 frame and but they dont they sneak all the other stuff into and so I end up spending $$560 all together I didnt get buy one get one free only thing I got was I had to pay for the frame out of pocket and that included with my insurance and I had to pay for the prescription. They should be honest with you up front about the cost and dont let it be a surprise at the end.

I was told my glasses wouldn’t be ready until 12 May; I was a little disappointed because I NEEDED new glasses and I really would have liked them sooner. They texted 7 May and said they were ready!!! 😁 When I got them I couldn’t wear them, it was dreadful but I took them home and tried. I went back Monday and spoke with the manager, Kim, and she explained why I was probably having difficulty. My astigmatism script has changed drastically and that was the problem. I wore them home and after about an hour my eyes were used to them. I have worn glasses for 48 years and, obviously, have had many prescription changes. This is one of the only places where someone took the time, 15-20 minutes, to go through the script, check the final points, checked EVERYTHING, before coming back to me and telling me why. She took my glasses that I had been wearing to see if she could find the problem and find it she did!! From the first time I walked in there to look at the glasses, to the time I finally purchased them, and a pair of sunglasses, to the last they have been exceedingly professional and helpful. If you need glasses go here. The staff is top notch as are their glasses, lenses and frames!

This eye glass store is very small and the customer service was very pleasant. I like that they are running a special for progressive wear and they have a clearance rack. I was looking for my glasses to be delivered but was told that they do not deliver. I would have to come into the location. I also like that they have another location in Florence sc. I do recommend this location they do have a nice selection just not as big as some other location.

Went in to purchase frames and progressive lenses for advertised price of $30. The service was excellent I was out in 30 minutes and I was told it would be by Thursday when my glasses would be done due to back log of orders. I received a text message in less than an hour that my glasses were ready. Now that is great service.

The staff in the front were very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products that they provided. The Dr. Buck that handles the examinations in the back along with his staff are very thorough. His wait staff was top notch very friendly and people oriented. I have two conditions that affect my vision so they had to gradually adjust my prescription. It took three visits but, they made sure that my eye sight correction was completely fixed. Thank you so much. This is the best care I have “ever“ received.

This place seemed like heaven sent for me. The associates that helped were Very patient, kind, and pleasant. No matter how long I took to decide my frames the associate helped me through every step of the way. The best part was that my price that i ended up paying for my out of network was less expensive than my in-network. I pretty much got two pairs for the price of one. Then on top of that I received my glasses SAME DAY!!!! This is by far THE BEST

Once again excellent service on a timely basis. So far the glasses are fine but Im still getting used to the new prescription. They are comfortable and need only a minor adjustment, if any, when I get used to them. Karleigh was a great help in getting the pair of glasses done. Needed new glasses and eye exam .... didn’t have an appointment,but I was seen as walk-in almost as soon as I finished my insurance paperwork. Staff and Doctor were extremely helpful and efficient at there job. Being diabetic the Doctor explained additional information I should be aware of because of that and ran test to make sure problems related that were good. After the eye exam I went up front and picked out my eyeglasses, had em fitted and paid for in about 20 minutes and came back to pick them up about an hour and a half later. Plan to take my daughter there for exam and glasses if she needs them.

They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their glasses. They get you in there by offering a cheap price and you end up paying the same as everywhere else. I’m very satisfied with my glasses they had them ready in about an hour 2 pair so that was awesome, my husband had to wait a week but had special lenses made, so fair enough. Overall satisfied!

This is the best eyeglasses store in town. Not only are they knowledgeable about frames, lenses, and upgrades, but they take the time to walk you through the entire process to make sure that you’re completely satisfied when you leave. There turnaround time was impeccable as well… I got two pair of glasses made in less than 30 minutes.

Im blown away by Eyemarts quality and customer service. I came in with an older pair of Ray Ban glasses that I wanted to reuse instead of letting them sit there and constantly buy new pairs of glasses, and I was able to do that at Eyemart at a reasonable price. To replace my lenses in my own pair of frames that I brought in, it costed under $70, in comparison to $200-$300 that Lenscrafters quoted me. Allison was also very kind, helpful, and patient as I tried to work out the best deal for my lenses. Thank you, Eyemart!

I had had my eyes examined at Lens Crafters and a few days later I stopped by Eyemart Express before my current eye insurance expired at the end of the year. The female I dealt with that day told me Id be better off waiting until my new insurance kicked in in a cpl weeks, so I took her word for it. SO, I went back in after the new year and worked with Karleigh, who was very helpful and obviously knew her stuff. She told me I would have been better off if I had used my old insurance!!! As it stood with my new insurance, I couldnt afford to purchase 2 prs.- I needed a separate pair as sunglasses since Im growing cataracts. I paid for 1 pair of glasses without the tinting for sunglasses... Oh well. Well Karleigh figured out how to get me a single vision pair of glasses with heavy tinting that I can use as sunglasses. What a star in my book!!! I just wish all the assistants were kept up to date as far as knowing about the insurance ins & outs so they can help customers more efficient. Kudos to Karleigh🎉

If you have a specialty lens, go somewhere else. I specifically asked before I selected frames if Eyemart could do my specific speciality lens and was assured it could be completed within the two week promise period (checked with the lab manager before promising). It took over 6 weeks to get both sets of glasses. Eyemart sent the lenses to an outside lab after sitting at their lab for awhile. I had no glasses and cant see the big E at the top of the eye chart and cant drive with out them. There was NO sense of urgency with anyone.The only saving grace is Danzel. He is excellent!!! Knew what he was doing and his lenses are as thick as mine so he was able to advise on what frames would be best. So wonderful!!! Thank you Danzel!

This was my sons first experience at Eyemart and it exceeded our expectations. He was not pleased to have to wear glasses but Denzel was very patient with him while he threw his fit and got over his attitude. When he received his glasses they were adjusted properly, clean and included cases and cleaning cloths. He even received a Shaq drawstring bag which was a very nice touch. Came in today to pick up my glasses, lady was very rude and very disrespectful! Im not sure whats wrong with her but she was rude to the point of turning her back, going to her office and shutting the door. Came out again and told me that i should leave! What kind of customer service is that! Dont treat people harshly. I will let all my friends and family know to take their business somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful with picked by frames. I have worn can ntcats for 50 years and have been advised to switch to glasses. I was very leary with this switch. The staff worked with me, helping pick the size, color of frames. Very happy!!

Fast and easy service. I felt comfortable looking with out being harrassed by a sales associate.

Purchased 2 pair, paid for them bifocals, upgraded lensss, tint etc. left store went home. Received a text about 2 hours later drove back to store waited 30 minutes, found out they did glasses with progressive instead of bifocal. Went home so they could redo glasses correctly. Next day called they had problems with machine, received text that afternoon to pickup glasses drove back to store they had them done. Great glasses they apologized for the inconvenience

I dont hate anything but to all who are planning to go to this location and just want an eye exam be prepared to not get inexpensive eye exam done for less than $100 what they advertise as a minimal eye exam and then prescribed eye glasses that you can buy at the dollar store unless you want to spend over $500 on a pair of their glasses they get upset when you ask them for the prescription so you can get them elsewhere make sure who youre going to see sometimes going to a place that advertises for Less its actually a place where you will spend a lot more do your shopping check around and find a doctor who is an opthamologist who can actually tell you whats wrong and provide you the necessary equipment to help you in the future

Michella and Roxanne were fabulous in helping me and my 3 teens choose glassses. They were both exceptionally friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Our glasses were done within an hour. We have one prescription that has to be special ordered, but in the past weve ordered quickly from other locations.

Even though they say theyre a one stop shop for glasses and same day service, they are not. I decided to try them because of their commercials. I was hoping they would be similar to For Eyes down in Fl. The office hours on the office bulding and online say they are open Monday - Saturday, and they are, except there is NO doctor there on Fridays at all. And only every other Saturday. I wasnt told that when I called during the week about their office hours and if they took walk in patients. So, I wasted time even going there. I think Ill just stick to my other doctor that I found here.As for their actual service, I cant tell you if they are good or bad. I can only tell you I think their commercials are misleading, so I cant help but think their service wouldnt be that great either.
