You pick the out what color shirt you want (high-quality, obvs), give him your digital image and he does the rest. I have been in this industry for years and was interested in the reviews and wanted to see the hype. I met the owner and we shared similar experiences and had a few good laughs. What this innovative man does that is different from other businesses in our industry is that he enthusiastically sits down with you and shows you the process. He made recommendations on different clothing brands for my company needs, he noticed small details and explained what parts of my plan were branding and what part wasn’t and what clothing brand was best for each objective. His knowledge of branding was is exceptional. My business has changed and my profits have increased by listening to what he had to say. That man will add value to his customers! Best experience I have had!
Long story short, Joe said he could shirts for me so I paid him several weeks in advance. The time comes to provide the shirts and he does not come through. Paid the man over $250 for shirts for a mission trip. That was months ago and he refuses to take calls. He refuses to give a refund. He has even deleted comments on his facebook page simply where I asked about my order. I do not recommend this business in any way.

Went to Jersey Joes to get 2 shirts made. Love to support local businesses! Met Joe and he was very nice and helpful. He guarantees shirts can me made in 5 mins once picture or logo has been okayed by you. His website claims ON THE SPOT Custom Apparel. Which is fantastic! Payed him in full upfront and he told me he was low on shirts but had ordered the shirts and they were on the way and would be in the next day. 2 days passed and nothing! No phone call, nothing! I had to call HIM to find out what was going on. Joe said there was a delay with the delivery but he would call me as soon as they would arrive. One more day and nothing! By the end of the day I had to call HIM AGAIN to find out what was happening. Always got a feeling he was never telling me the truth. He said he would email me the artwork and then print them. Went at the end of the day to see about my shirts and still not done. So I told him I would wait for them there at the store. Waited for 2hrs and 30mis. All the time with him IGNORING ME!! No feedback on what was going on. Got tired, demanded a refund in full and left. His website claims ON THE SPOT Custom Apparel, not the case at all. Joe left a bad and sour experience for sure. He NEVER apologized for any delay, never took the initiative to call me during the entire process.
