Fast and friendly. Really enjoyed my time in here, the whole staff was very accommodating and willing to help. I would recommend going here if youre ever in need of cheap quality clothing.

Terrible customer service. The woman who appeared to be in charge has an attitude and lacks customer service. The young man who works there was great. Friendly and kind. Ill be escalating my complaint everyday about how I was treated there.

Good little clothing shop. Does have more variety on luggage then anywhere else.

What can I say about Citi Trends, I never leave there without being extremely satisfiedI really like their clothes, assesories and shoes. And the (to me) most important thing of all the prices, WOW!!! you would not believe the prices, and thats not just the sales thats everything every time, as I stated the shoes are name brand and they are priced about three or more times less than in a name brand store. Its always better on a holiday, special occasion (like a birthday) and yeah they have sales also, so if you want to get the family something for the summer or going back to school or work and get a lot for a lot less, everything your family will need, there a Citi Trends near you.

I wasnt a fan of the clothes, but the employees were nice helpful. The dressing rooms are still closed and no bathroom.

Service here is great. I got jeans for $16.99, same brand that I had paid $50 for the week before. Ill definitely go here first next time!

Love the finds here. I have a hard time finding bangles to fit my wrist and they offer plus size and I love it!!!

As much as finding what youre looking for, its okay. You may not find as you would like, but they do have some decent clothing. Not enough shoes to chose from though.

Workers were pleasant and extremely helpful. The cashier was somewhat new (been with them a week) still learning the system. She was courteous, friendly, and sweet. I felt bad for her having to ring me up it seemed there was something wrong with every item I was purchasing...lol. Needless to say I will be back on payday.

I go there on occasion when I find some good deals there I love buying the socks. They have a lot of different department areas you know, similar to the Ross. Clean and pleasant shopping experience.

TL;DR at the bottom.Citi Trends may become my favorite clothing and apparel shop. For starters the warm feeling of home and lush family-like sense I got just from stepping in sent a message to my sub-conscious that this would become a prominent landmark in my day-to-day thoughts, not only had I experienced the aforementioned feelings but it was not until I reached the clothing sections that I had truly felt euphoria. Numerous clothing styles and appearances lined the walls row by row as if it were a fashion show for inanimate silhouettes, I could not decide what I wanted to take home. If honest, I would have bought the entire store! As I finished picking my new outfit I took it to the lines and the staff were oh-so friendly and charming. I will be returning more than once a week for new outfits, that is a promise.TL;DRThe store was great, the outfits were amazing, and the staff were fantastic. 5 stars.

Great merchandise and prices, but when I brought my sisters in, one of them is disabled and requires a service animal because of her seizures, they were aggressive with her about her service animal, demanding documentation which, by the way, isnt legal to do. Ill still be shopping with them because they apologized to her AFTER she cited the laws on that, but if you require a service animal, dont go there. They also proceeded to harass a customer trying to make an exchange. Just not good.
