I love going there because they always have the newest products out on the market. And Chrissy is always so nice & pleasant everytime i go there!!

I love this store. Theyre very helpful and polite. I dont have 2 show my license every single time like other hair stores do. I will go out my way to shop here!!! No gossiping! And thats a big plus with me!

I visited while in town and purchased two wigs ($150); No trying on wigs and I had to buy scissors to cut the lace on the wig even though there was a pair opened and on the table where I installed the wig. Little things matter.

After looking I asked a female cashier (most likely the owner) where the rubber bands were she said she would show me.As I followed her she pointed down in mid walk and proceeded to the counter.She didnt even stop or slow down to look back to see if I saw where she pointed too and DEFINITELY didntlift a finger to get them.The customer service in this establishment is TERRIBLE.If I could give a NO star rating and leave a comment I would have....smh
