Guy was really rude and said that he needed his truck back at 12 and then said i could bring it back at 1 and the. I brought it back at 1 and said i was a hour late and charged me and then said it wasn’t clean enough for him so he charged me 50 bucks for a cleaning fee and he overcharged me for the rental in general i would not come to this store it’s not worth it stay away at all cost!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars to accurately reflect the horrible service I received here. I came to this location to buy some U-Haul cardboard boxes for moving. U-Hauls policy is to buy back any unused boxes, BEFORE BUYING I confirmed that I would be able to sell them back at this location as I know not all locations accept them. The owner assured me that would not be a problem.Due to a few factors I ended up not needed any of the boxes, when I returned to the store to try and return them the owner became upset and refused to buy back ANY of them (all of which were unused without a scratch on them). Apparently because I did not use any of them that invalidated his previous promise of buying them back? I even tried to negotiate and just sell back a few but the owner would not budge, refusing to buy back even one. This is causing me to have to go 2 hrs out of my way to Columbia to return them. Needless to say I will never come back to this establishment and I encourage everyone else to do the same.I have filed a complain with U-Haul corporate and their regional offices so hopefully others can avoid going through the same ordeal I did. It is a shame that $46 is more important to this individual that building positive customer relations, definitely not how to build a good business reputation.
