Service department has many pros... Clean, comfortable waiting area, free bottled water or coffee, and the staff is great at communicating with you. The prices on many items are reasonable (wipers, oil changes, tire rotations). The cons... the prices of other services are not-so-reasonable (tire pressure monitors, spark plugs, tires) and they always try to up sell you (par for the course, I suppose). Overall, its a dealer service department, so you can expect to pay more. At least here youll get friendly service in a nice environment and all the work theyve done for me has been top notch.
The Scott Will mechanics took three visits to figure out how to turn off my Mazda air pressure sensor light. They need to refer to the Mazda manual because Mazdas are not identical to Toyotas. They would not listen to me when I told them there was a button to turn it off. They told me the light would just go off on its own, which it didnt. And they dismissed me each time when I said the light did not go off on its own. Very frustrating.
The service is excellent and I never had a problem when they work on my car. I would recommend this place.

A shaved my tires down and told me that my tires need to be replaced. And they also park my vehicle in the rain for me to go get in it instead of pulling it underneath so I wouldnt get wet. Terrible customer service.

Ive had some pretty negative experiences with this place. Be careful leaving your car in there care. Mine showed up at central Carolina at 8 at night when I thought it was sitting at the shop. Not good. No compensation by management, just an apology. Definitely keep your tracking apps on or even better try not to leave it at the dealership. Greg Jenkins is the only reason I return there for service. He really tried to make things right but obviously not supported my management.
