Amber was incredibly helpful through the whole process displaying excellent customer service skills. The demand for parts delayed pick up, but they did an excellent job on the repair, I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. A 2 week job took more than 2 months with a different excuse each time it was supposed to be ready. Then had to point out part of the vehicle that had not been painted and a switch in the dashboard wasnt working.The vehicle was filthy with paint on the windshield and our license plate wasnt even attached! You would think you would want vehicles leaving your shop looking decent! Required another trip back for a 3 day job that turned into 5 at the very end of the fifth day to fix the missed paint and replace a switch! Work done well but too many excuses and unprofessional!

We received prompt service when we came for Assistance. An assessment was made of my vehicle and we were given an estimate on the price. The vehicle took longer to repair than originally thought but that was only due to attention to details and customer satisfaction. Retrieved car and the price was almost exactly what was originally quoted.We are very satisfied with the work and the service we received was wonderful. I would recommend using Performance Collision Center as a repair center for any future needs.

Worst customer service. Had to bring my car to another place after I had already returned it to them 4 times for the same problem that their mechanics caused. On the 5 return trip for this problem the manager tried to tell me it was my fault and a new unrelated problem with the same check engine code. Do not recommend.

Great customer service! Texted everyday to let me know the progress and my car was done way sooner than expected...and looks beautiful!

The issue was fixed with car. But they left a mess with my car and said I have to clean it up. They left plastic stuck on my car and told me I should sand it but was was never able to get out. This was on the headlight and back bumper. They were also suppose to replace the clip in my front bumper that was never done and one of the workers stole all of my change in my car and took one of my gift cards. The owner gave me the money back from my change that was stolen but its the thought that counts. I paid them all of this money to get my car fixed and shouldnt have to do extra work to my car once I got it back from the shop.

Great experience overall. They kept me up to date every step of the way as they repaired my vehicle. The staff was friendly and was very helpful. The customer service was beyond amazing. I would recommend performance collision to anyone who needs body work done!

They did a great job with my Honda CRV 2011 it’s looks brand new and the customer service was great !!!

The service was great and the restaurant was clean. However food wise way to expensive for what they give you salad bar wasnt as fresh as it could be the one steak ordered was burned along with the kids menu burgers. The one steak that was suppose to be medium rare was just rare.
