The gas station is great... Car Wash not so much. More than a dozen times in the past month I went to use the car wash that I pay a monthly fee for and has been closed? Closed during operating hours with no reason? In the beginning they did a great job and now they have kids running it. Why pay for a monthly membership if you can’t use it?????

Car wash is amazing. I would highly recommend the club plan. My car looks amazing everytime I go and I couldnt be more satisfied.

Been a member at the carwash since they opened. Its getting worse. I use to enjoy this place. Im here now. Vacuums are off. Nothing to wipe down car with and for the past 10 times my truck is still dirty. Mud on the mirrors and all.

Gets a 5 star just for the FREE air pump!! Please keep it always running

I have a car wash club membership and they are now offering a free 2nd membership but only for new members. Existing customers are exempt. Cancelling my membership and will use one of the other 12 car wash locations in the area.Update: Spoke with Brent the Asst. Manager resolved this issue. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

So sad this place is brand new and their restrooms are beyond disgusting. I hope management reads this to fix it

Do not come here for the car wash. You have to remind them to not use the roller for a soft top, the vacuums are almost never connected or working, and just the other day, a guy hit my car pretty hard with the broom stick they use for washing the car. When I asked the girl about it before going through the car wash, she tells me “I don’t see a ding”. So he did hit it like I thought? I’d honestly like to know who to call to make a formal complaint.

This Spinx location in Summerville is a very convenient place to get gas, drinks, and food. It is in a location that works well for easy access and being able to get in and out with ease. The gas seems to be at a really good price compared to some nearby stations. The staff here is very helpful and cool. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here and it is good to have a consistent stop that you know will be worth it every time.

Slack already? I thought this would be nice to have a Sphinx to grab coffee in the mornings. However, after 3 different attempts I have yet to get coffee. The machines are always empty. Please correct this Sphinx

Poor service, constantly gets orders wrong. Not up to the standards Ive come to expect from other Spinx locations.Update: gave it another chance because it happens to be on my way to work. It got WORSE! When I went to check out, all the workers behind at the registers were gone (I guess fiddling with a slushie machine is more important than waiting on a customer) and the people in the kitchen were apparently confused by the concept of a chicken sandwich and decided to give me a slider instead. These people dont need to be retrained, they need to be fired.

Car Wash tunnel this morning had NO soap!! Usually a great place-prices are fair.

Terrible cups that dont keep ice unless in xlarge. Drinks are my favorite part of SpinX. With no refills I need my drink to last. Yard bird on point!
